Great crew! Courteous and efficient! Moved all all my furniture (including an old piano and glass curio cabinets) without any damage. Packed the glass shelves separately. Unloaded items in a storage unit exactly how I asked. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you!!

We’ve used A1 movers twice and they have always given us the cheapest estimate. We gave had a great experience each time. They actually took less time so our estimate was over what we actually ended up paying. We didn’t have them pack or unpack so I can’t vouch for that, but they started at our 3 bedroom old house at 8am and by 11:30am all of our furniture was set up and boxes were in correct rooms at our new place clear across town.

I couldn't be happier with this company. I have a TON of stuff and they had such a great attitude throughout the move on a muggy/rainy/sunny July day. The only thing I would say is to be specific as possible when describing what your needs are. We had a mixup with the specifications of the move but they were very quick in finding a remedy and were able to accommodate and were super friendly throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Never use this company for anything. I was a long time customer I needed a move in a hurry. they dragged there feet for 3 days then said they could not do. Yes it was short notice but you should know immediately if you can do it. they were my go to movers but now i agree with all the other businesses that tell me to use someone else.

My parents recently moved from their home in Superior. A-1 took care of everything, including the packaging and long-term storage of their beloved grandfather clock. Fast forward one year and the clock was delivered to me (about a 250 mile trip) with kid gloves and in the same, perfect condition. They were very accommodating, professional and friendly. A1 - Movers have top notch staff that are professional, courteous, and considerate. We moved 2.5 hours away and with the help from the A1 crew, the move went very smooth. They arrived to pick up at the time they stated and delivered right on time. They worked very hard to protect our belongings and I can say, when all was said and done, nothing broken, scratched, dented or lost. I can not state enough how impressed we were with the team. I would like to start saying .... worst service ever, they take offer you something and then they take advantage of you. I will never recomend it. I would like to continue describing my situation but makes me furious everytime i remenber . I never like to express myself like this about a service, but this time i can not let them to take advantage of anyone else. A-1 was amazing and professional from the very first phone call to delivery! They lost one small slat for a bed frame and pointed it out immediately. Then they tracked it down right away and sent it to me within days. Their supervisors and team are friendly and work hard! Excellent management!

I can't imagine a moving company doing a worse job than this one. They were three hours late showing up, I had to call the office repeatedly asking for a time frame and the staff had no idea where the drivers even were. When they did finally show up they brought no tools with them even though I had specifically told them they needed to disassemble some bunkbeds. They broke my dresser and didnt say anything to me about it. I noticed later on that evening that it was sitting crooked. When I looked down at the floor there was pieces of wood laying next to it. They broke the whole side off of it and just left it there. They charged me for time they weren't even at my house and as they were leaving one of the movers asked me out. From start to finish they were a disaster and I regret ever calling them. Zero stars would be most appropriate.

We moved from Duluth, MN to Sarasota, FL and received our stuff in 10 days. A-1 did a fantastic job, everything was delivered in great shape and reassembled at our Sarasota home. They were organized, respectful and polite. I would totally recommend A-1 to anyone who is moving.
