Can cancel your reservation despite being aware of your intended arrival time by stating they "attempted" to contact you, yet we had no missed calls or messages. They only offered phone numbers to other companies despite the fact we had already hired help to move for the day. Never renting through them again.

They schedule trucks back to back- exact timing. And yes they do repossess the truck on top of charging for penalty so if your move has any form of complication or might go over don't go here.

They never have trucks for one way always expecting customers to drive 2 to 3 hours to pick up the truck and only compensates you 75 miles which you put on more so if you move one way never use uhaul!!!

Quick and easy to get a tow behind trailer. We reserved online, and had no trouble finding the location when we got to town. Paperwork was minimal and quick, and the attendant explained how to attach the trailer and an precautions. It doesn't get easier than that.
