They don't care about customers they are only it in for a buck. Before you do business with them make sure they have the licenses to move you. If they don't have the proper license to move you they are not covered by insurance to cover anything they break. They are Currently being sued, Claims with BBB, DMV and anywhere else we can seek legal compensation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! They will destroy what you worked hard to have and treat you with zero respect. Regardless of what this company tells you it is not extortion to ask a company to make it right when poor service is given. It is no different then going into Wal-Mart and asking for a refund on a product.
