Delivery was supposed to be made within 1-2 business days. First attempt was made on the first expected day of delivery, after our office was closed (office hours clearly stated on the door). In my opinion, delivery should have been attempted earlier on the 2nd day. It is now 6 pm (we close at 4 pm), and I've yet to receive the package.

I do not recommend using this company. They delivered order to area that wasn't secure and also forged signature of company employee where delivery was made. We were able to confirm this as employee who allegedly signed for order was not working on day of delivery,

Based on tracking number on-line, my package was delivered and signed for on the expected day. Five days later I still did NOT have my package. I called company I ordered from. Said company reimbursed me, resubmitted order as overnight, and reduced the charge of ordered product. Two days later still no package. Called the company again and like the first time, my package was delivered and signed for on time. The problem is THE DELIVERY PERSON CAN NOT READ! My address is OVER 12 Miles from where I finally tracked my package on both occasions. The location it was delivered to has nothing to do with me, my delivery, my account with said company, etc. I would like to know why my package with correct home mailing address on label was delivered to a business not affiliated with me??
