The puckup for penske was great however the drop off a d no it was the home depot in oh, i was there 15 min before checkin, i was being ignored and skipped over put me 5 min past my check in time and was charged another 100.00. I am furious. However movin on storage was very friendly

The "Young Lady" originally from up North was VERY accommodating and good company while we waited on our vehicle after a 6 HOUR road trip. We hardly had time to get upset because her customer service was outstanding!! Thank You!
