Excellent customer service. I hired Move Time via U haul. Although U haul did a terrible job, Move Time got our 2 bedroom apartment loaded in 2 hours with 2 professionals. U haul caused me to bring the truck late to the job, but Move Time accommodated us with no hassles. Would highly recommend and would use again, no question.

We had 3 guys help us move our furniture on a Saturday. Mike, DeMarcus (Cali), and Josh helped us with a basic furniture move in our 2 story house. They had a 2 hour time window for their arrival, but showed up incredibly promptly at the beginning of that time frame. Mike was kind enough to meet me at a local UHaul station because I wasn't confident driving the truck. These guys did not mess around. They had our whole house cleared and moved by 2 and a half hours into our 4 hour time frame. They were so funny, kind, quick, and courteous. Never dropped or damaged a thing, and even drove the truck to the gas station so I could fill it up before returning it at the end of the session. Their positive attitudes really took the stress out of the process. This was our first time with a moving company, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you guys!

These guys were very professional with our furniture and belongings, they didn't waste any time loading and unloading, even setting everything up , the crew was polite and never complained even after moving a few pieces a couple times be for we settled on the right spot, thank you, Jay, And MOVE TIME MOVERS!! definitely recommend these guys for your move .
