Sucks. This company is the worst. The attitude above must be a company wide problem and the reason nothing is delivered on time. Too busy review fighting instead of loading trucks or trying to resolve issues. I know they didn't try to resolve my issue with them. I'll stick with UPS or USPS.

I have ordered multiple packages that have been shipped through Fed Ex. About half of the time this Fed Ex location says they cannot find my address. I had a package delivered by Fed Ex 3 days ago with no problem. Today, they say they cannot find my address. I'm not even sure how to rate this level of incompetence. In a 3 day span, they forget how to find my address with GPS. Now I have to wait 3 extra days to get my package.

Oh you know, typical FedEx fun. Leave notes on your door when you are home, so you can play the run around game. Their site doesn't even recognize this place. So much for finding out the hours of operation. Awesome. Wish I was FedEx cool. Where do I sign up?
