I would suggest when you see on Your BOL Excel Global in Washington, WV. cancel that load if you value your time!!!!! I came here 4pm and in the dock the past 3 hours total of 4 hours and half not even started loading. Anyway I got to sleep and see when they wake me up more likely 3 more hour plus!!!!!!!! Very bad!!!!!!

The worse place in the usa...looks like prison. ...all rude people ..... I advise all truckers not to go to this place.....I had to wait 6 hours to be loaded ..the load I booked was 35,000lb....they loaded me around 45000lb.....and I had to cancel the load after 6 hours....Thank God.....I am safe and alright. ..These people didn't attack me...I was really afraid they gonna do some thing bad to me....The old lady at the shipper was insulting and yelling at me Any way I am safe and alive....Thank God

Pire endroit pour charger, toilette chimique cabane pour chauffeurs sans mur. Interdit d'entrée de toute façon il n'y a rien. On vous donne un numéro de débarquadaire et 3 heures plus tard personnes n'est venue vous voir ni vous charger. N'allez pas demandé ce qui ce passe car je crois qu'il vous retardé a chaque visite. Moi je suis arrivé a Midi et réparti a 17:00 l'enfer sur Terre.

Overloaded my truck then had a real additude because I had them rework the load. Do it right the first time, and you don't have to do it again. I refuse to get fined by DOT, doing my job, cause someone who goes home every night, doesn't want to do their job correct. It cost me hours on my work clock, and miles from being detained at a shipper, yet for some reason, THEY seem to be angry. Strict appointment times, and yet, they still couldn't get it right. It's ok boys, tour company will pay me and my Co driver by the hour till it's right. Then I will go back to the nearest scale and weigh it again. If it isn't right, I will come back and have then do it again, or have it dumped in their parking lot. Plan and simple. I use strict diplomacy with asshats, it works well here. Weighed the load the second time.... STILL over weight with tandems in legal positions it's almost 500 pounds over. I think they should be happy to see me again. Their company must love paying drivers by the hour. Thanks guys, your doing fantastic! !!

It sounds things are different from a day to another , drivers comments have confused me .the staff was nice , no overnight parking but nobody interrupted by sleep .my appointment was 7am . I checked in 0645 Unloading started at 0730 .. its Monday morning 01/28/2019 .may be will get busy in the rush hours but till now everything are going smooth and nice .

By appointment only apparently. Waited about 7 hrs for a dock even though only one other truck came through (another driver from my company). Been in the dock an hour and they still haven't loaded. Plus seems to be enough room to maneuver. Onsite parking. So I'll probably have my 10 hrs by the time I'm done here. Staff at check in was nice though.

They won't take you early. You have to check in no earlier than 15 minutes before your appointment. Girls inside office were nice.
