Further, we accidentally left something in their truck and they were kind enough to have an employee drop it off on his way home the next day so we didn't have to haul to Redmond. We used On-The-Go this March and were really happy with our experience. We found the quote to be competitive and the company had good recommendations from co-workers. We selected two movers and a 26' truck to move a two bedroom apartment. The original estimate was around 6.5 hours, but the group got it all done in 4.5. The crew (Lonnie & Johnnie) were very nice and they worked quickly and treated everything with care. We will look to use On-The-Go again if the opportunity comes up.

Qira and a crew were able to get SEVEN vaults down on a SUNDAY! They helped my mom and I go through a lifetime of stuff, consolidate the vaults, made a goodwill & dump run AND got a vault set for transport. It was a herculean effort by all parties on a Sunday before a Hawks game. Impressive to say the least. I will ONLY use them for storage as they are a full service facility and not some concrete box with a padlock on it. I will continue to use them and recommend anyone I know. They took wonderful care of my Mom and while you can't put a price tag on that, the rates were beyond reasonable. Thanks everyone at On The Go, you really helped my family cope with some difficult times.

Overall, it's a nice experience. The movers show up at the time we appointed. When they left, they gave me a call so I knew the time when they started the journey. I scheduled 4 movers but 3 showed up together. Since I did a good preparation, there is no need for #4 so he never showed up. The charge is based on 3 movers then. Moving is quite smooth. Took couple of hours loaded everything to truck and took another couple of hours to unload. Movers helped me put the box and furniture to the right place and they are kindly helped me to reassembled some furniture. Really appreciated. The reason I left 4 stars rather than 5 stars is because an issue I found when I tried to sleep on my kind size bed first night after move. My bed had some wood with some stub sitting in the middle to support. The stubs need to be correctly placed so the mattress and my body can get correctly supported. However, the movers did not put the stubs back to the right place and they did not tell me that they did not put them back. I laid my body on the bed and felt too soft. At that time I checked the bottom of bed I found stubs are not correctly put in the place. It's quite dangerous. I have to pull mattress and box out and put stubs in the right places. My suggestion is that if the movers cannot put the parts back (they disassembled it, I did not do it), please at least let me know. Don't be silently leave them on the ground. Other than this issue, everything goes well and I like the service I got. Thanks!

Drew and Charley were amazing. They packed everything up really well and still got things done at a reasonable pace. The new apartment had a large hill that they had to bring things down and then a long hallway to get to the apartment and they got everything there faster than expected and without damaging anything. Used them for the third time, and couldn't be happier! On-the-Go Moving is my "go to" for moving - I've now moved across town twice, and between two apartments in my building. They have been so helpful and accommodating in all situations, and I will absolutely call them first if I ever need moving services again. (Which, I hope won't be for a while!)

Communicated with Scot at On the Go about a move in Ballard. He helpfully explained that their location was in Redmond and that I might be better off finding a closer mover to avoid paying for drive time. He even recommended a couple local movers I should try. Didn't end up having the opportunity to hire On the Go, but wanted to leave a review based on the fantastic service I got before even becoming a customer, and even after they knew I wasn't likely to become one anytime soon.

Every item was carefully wrapped and stored in the van. They even jumped in to help on a couple of items that we were planning to take car of ourselves. I have used On The Go Moving 3 times now and the movers have always been very kind and professional. They are also very careful with fragile items and offer to bubble wrap anything that might not already be prepared to go. Their prices have gone up a little due to adding an additional person to their 2 bedroom package, but it's still below or at the going rate of most moving companies.

Justin and Xavier were FABULOUS with the load of our stuff. They were quick and polite. The unload was also good, but the three guys (different guys) were not quite as good as the loaders. (We had a 2 day move out/in) The unloaders left with 2 table tops but did bring them immediately when I realized they were missing, did not put everything back together (doors to a cabinet were left off ), left furniture wraps on all the tv's and the dining table and left 2 stacks of storage bins full of my inventory outside in the driveway instead of putting them in the garage when everything else was finished moving in. I would still recommend AND use this moving company again. the challenges were very minor and the move overall was great. An added bonus was that is came in at the low side of the estimated move quote. Scott was great to chat with on the phone. Very friendly and helpful! I would absolutely love to work with Justin and Xavier again!!!!

My husband and I did some research and I received some great feedback from a few movers in the area. However, we decided to go with On The Go Moving (OTGM) due to the SIGNIFICANT price difference. We had some reservations about whether service and quality would be deterred by prioritizing price, but had an excellent experience. OTGM was quick to respond and updated us regularly up until the move day. Sam and Joe Barrington gave us a call that they were on their way providing us with an ETA and showed up on time. The elevators weren't available until two hours after the start of our move, but they were able to manage to do everything quickly and with a sense of humor. We packed most of our items before they arrived and they moved the heavy furniture (e.g. couch, entertainment system, shelves, desks, bed, mattress) without scratching up our old place, new place, or damaging the items in between. That was one of our biggest concerns as whether we could trust someone else to actually care about our belongings. They also made makeshift carts to quickly move lots of smaller items and boxes and were able to finish everything within the expected amount of time. I will keep OTGM in mind for friends who are considering movers and will keep them in mind for future moves. Excellent service, very respectful and humorous movers, and price was on point! Highly recommend!

They Make Moving Painless ! Moving is a pain. This company made it painless. I originally reserved a truck through U Haul and hired separate labor help for the move, but the moving labor didn't follow through and I was worried moving day would arrive and I'd be stuck without help.So I looked for a full service mover. I am really glad I found this company. For about the same cost as the U Haul + labor, On The Go Moving took care of everything. Scott the manager squeezed me in at the last minute. I didn't have to hassle with picking up the rental truck and driving through the narrow Seattle streets then struggle to find parking. They took care of all that! The movers Lonnie and Mike were awesome. They worked hard and never stopped. They had all kinds of dollies etc. that meant they could minimize the number of trips it took to load/unload the truck and finish the job quickly. Honestly why would anyone move any other way. On The Go Moving really is a great value and takes care of all the logistics. I highly recommend.

The cost was fair, they arrived at the scheduled time, and the movers completed the job carefully and efficiently. Unlike some other local moving companies, they operate seven days a week and were able to accommodate our request for a Sunday move as well.

It was like having trusted friends handle your stuff -- if those friends could also move heavy furniture up and down stairs, handle tools to dismantle what had to be dismantled, and not leave a mark anywhere.
