The van arrived on time and the 2 guys were ready to rock.They charged only for the 3 total hours to pack the truck, drive to Seattle and unload. Their initial estimate was higher but we had a gang of friends come and help stage alot of the stuff and they charged less accordingly. They wrapped all of the furniture in padding and were very carefull. One of our friends, who used to have a moving company but has retired, suggested North Coast. We are firm believers in the BBB and they came with a good rating. They lived up to our expectations. I would reccomend them to anyone moving in the local area.

We moved this spring from Redmond to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Northcoast and Michelle made the whole process easy and straight forward. From the initial onsite survey, quote and loading through to connecting us with the importing agent. Quoted size and weight were spot on, final pricing came just under the quoted valued. On the receiving side the Allied carrier in Mexico also delivered the same great service, goods actually arrived a couple of weeks earlier than we had anticipated.

I was very happy with Joel and his crew as they packed and loaded my household goods. I had a few unique items that required special packing and handling and NCM&S really came through for me. They were efficient, contentious, and hardworking for the two days they spent at my house. They really did a terrific job. Joel was very meticulous with the paperwork. Nice job!

The team that packed us were North Coast employees who cared about the quality of their packing. They were professional & easy to have in the house. True professionals. Joel, Cesar and Moises were our packers and loaders. Fast, efficient, and they took utmost care with our possessions. We were moving from Seattle to Australia and worried everything might not fit, but sure enough... those container doors closed. Kudos to the semi driver, Emad, for maneuvering that trailer and container into our little off-street drive. If we could use these guys for all of our moves wherever we may be then we would! Thanks also to Mike and Michelle for quoting and co-ordinating the whole thing.

As a property manager I see a lot of moving companies. This poor resident had to deal with a slow moving service, top 3 worst I have seen for speed, they must be getting paid per hour. When I approached them to move their truck 3 feet forward so cars can get by they refused until I asked them to move or leave the property grounds. All three employees were just hanging out sleeping on the bed of the truck.

Just minutes before giving my 20-day notice, I was referred to North Coast Moving & Storage Co for my mid-summer end of the month move. They booked me within minutes, showed up on time for an estimate and for the actual move. The packing & the move were perfectly executed, on time, no damage, and for less than estimated. I was perfectly pleased with their performance and will hire them again in two years for my next scheduled move.

North Coast moved me from Seattle to Salt Lake City. I had a very small load, not enough to fill a truck. North Coast located a truck going in that direction with room and got my stuff on it. It arrived in Salt Lake City on time and in excellent condition. When the rest of my family moves I will use North Coast again.
