I used Neighbors recently for a small apartment move. Joeland and Deangelo were courteous and thorough. They were careful with my items and documented everything up front even though I only had a few items. This was a last minute move and from the first time I called them to the actual move date all happened within 5 days. I didn't run into any problems so can't speak to how the company would've dealt with them, but I'd much rather not have anything to deal with :)

On 1/29/18 we moved my 92 year old mother from Tacoma, WA to Silverdale, WA. Neighbors Relocation's staff Lenin, Manual and James was there to move us. They were highly professional and helpful. They did all we could ever hope for with a smile. They wasted no time. Everything arrived safely with no damage. I rate them with a 5 star because they truly earned it. I would highly recommend their service to anyone needing a mover.

Wow, I was blown away by their customer service. We are older and I just didn't want to try and move everything ourselves. So we hired Neighbors Relocation Services to give us a hand. Everyone I spoke to was super nice, polite and listened to my concerns. The team they sent out - Lenin, Anderson and Pippa were very experienced and knew exactly what to do. This is the 3rd time members of our family have used Neighbors and we are always very happy with the service we've received. Michael and TR were our movers this time around to help us with a difficult move from two locations into one, and they were total rock stars. Showed up on time, did a quick inventory with us, went over the potential billing and got to work. We actually had trouble keeping up with them they worked so efficiently. They were very friendly and on a couple of occasions offered tips on how to save on our bill. Michael and TR completed our move in less than 6 hours and were worth every penny. If we ever move again (hopefully not), I'll be calling Neighbors again and recommend them to others without hesitation.

The guys at Neighbors were fantastic! They went above and beyond and made my parents’ move so much easier. They even stepped in to move pool table that the pool table movers couldn't move. We couldn't have done the move without them! I would recommend them to anyone!

We just moved with neighbors moving company for a local move and please stay away. They lowball the move to get the job and then increase the rate after they do the move. They went to overtime which I don’t think it’s technically allowed by the moving regulation laws after they give an on-site estimate. It should be a binding estimate. They also charge extra packing materials which they don’t talk about upfront. I paid almost $400 over what they quoted me just in extra packing material which was totally not disclosed. They just shrink wrapped my couches without asking me and charged me $15 per piece in packing material.Total dishonesty.I had to pay $1000 more than what they quoted me. Very unethical. I would stay away from them altogether. They should be reported.

Horrible business, they count every piece of furniture and give me an estimate of $4000 and let me sign. A few days after they load everything on truck and drive away they rise the price to $7000.

Professional, timely, and courteous. Those are the adjectives that come to mind. We moved from Seattle, WA to Albuquerque, NM earlier this month. From my first contact with Dave C, who put together the estimate, through to our move coordinator Debbie H., and our driver and his crew(s), our experience was terrific. Everyone did their jobs well, with integrity, and with courtesy and efficiency. Neighbors' bid was not the lowest we received, but from the first meeting I could tell that Dave knew what he was doing more than any of the other estimators. My instincts paid off. Every part of our move went off without a problem. This is a company that takes its customers' needs seriously. I would highly recommend them.
