Movers were Tianna and Nicc--they were very quick and professional and took great care of my stuff. I'd definitely recommend them.

Worst experience ever with this company. They didn't have a large amount of stuff to move and then they damaged a large percentage of it. Denied my claim, even though they acknowledged the damage wasn't on the initial inventory slip and did exist at the destination. They also denied that some of the items that were damaged were even in the shipment. I fought the settlement, went to arbitration and was awarded over 10x more money then they had offered me.

Never received a call about when they would show up. Morning progressed, got a call at 930 and they eventually got there at 1030. 2 of the guys did a nice and professional job. Third one tried to talk the entire time and was dumping and forcing stuff into boxes. Recieved goods yesterday and many broken items, vases that were wrapped with one sheet of paper with nothing in between items found shattered on arrival. Military uniform shoes are misshapen from being stuffed into boxes. Generally unprofessional work compared to movers I've had in the past. Even the pickup driver the next day made a comment is was far from the most professional packing he had seen.

On Monday, 6/12/17 movers completed moving everything my friend owned into the truck but they left the key in the truck running so someone drove it away along with all of my friend's belongings. Police report was filed and truck was found 2 days later but it was empty. My friend had insurance but no insurance will ever replace the memorabilia she had. Do not use this company. The movers were unbelievably negligent!!!

They are a truly professional moving service!

We just had an extremely good experience with the packing and loading of our shipment bound for Ontario, Canada. Tianna and Raymond did a great job. Courteous and efficient is the best way to describe this team. Thank you.

Very Poor! Cheat! Liars! Lincoln M&S calculate their PRICE QUOTE based off an ESTIMATE (Not a concrete objective measurement) from an individual who visits your house and gathers information such as the number boxes, furniture, etc estimated to be loaded onto their trucks. This information is then entered into their software program that calculates the estimated weight and the price quote, which is strictly based from the amount of weight ESTIMATED. They then send you an email with the quote called a "binding quote," meaning once you agree to the pay the price and you actually had less weight (after they load and weigh the truck), you ARE NOT reimbursed the difference in price despite actually having less than estimated weight. This "binding quote" allows the individual to generously OVERESTIMATE the weight of your shipment, knowing well that the price quote is "binding." I'm not an expert, but I have moved twice from state to state, so I have a good idea of how much my belongings weigh (from using other legit moving companies). In my experience with Lincoln M&S, my estimated weight was about twice than expected and the "price quote" reflected that. [My mattress and spring box only were estimated to be 400 lb. - as if made out of cement]

Idiots had boeing vehicle parking blocked for a half hour. The unload/load area was literally within 20 ft of where they were parked.

These guys were great. Took extra care with my furniture and finished an hour before expected. Will definitely use them on my next move!

Horrible experience as a driver picking up load.Jennifer in warehouse is a beast with a horrible attitude! Office personal has lackadaisical attitude as well. They do not want to take any responsibility for anything. I would not recommend using this warehouse to anyone!

Still waiting for my stuff and no ETA. They loaded the truck a week ago. My items are still sitting in the moving truck at the place of origin. I cannot get an ETA for my items; Tara keeps telling me she'll "know tomorrow," and then I have to keep calling, only to get the runaround and no ETA. I am disgusted and need my stuff. I can't believe the truck hasn't even left the origin yet!

They got really weird movers. The movers looks like their from another planet. People working in the office is really strange and can not be trusted. The owner wants to over work their employees and under paid them. Saves your self and run away from this place.

Victor and Tiana were awesome they were very helpful very courteous and helped out with any problems that I had. And had no damage whatsoever. They should be promoted.

I have been waiting close to two months for reimbursement for damages to my property and still have received nothing but repeated apologies and repeated promises that it is coming.

Too bad I can't give this "company" negative stars. Our basement was flooded LAST March (2017). Lincoln moving and storage was sent in by the cleaning company (we chose neither, our insurance company sent them) to pack up and move our belongings to their storage units while our basement was restored. Lincoln was contacted three months later when everything was finally restored/repaired/replaced and scheduled a time for them to bring our stuff back. They showed up three hours late and when they finally got to our home they only had 6 out of our 60 boxes. They tried to give us a nasty old queen bed that did not belong to us. The bed we had them store for us was a brand new full bed set that we had just bought a few months before the flood happened. But they tried to just give us a nasty old bed...gross and we are not thieves. So my son did not get his bed back, and he also did not get his entire wardrobe of clothes, collection of video games, our collection of blue rays and dvds, many toys, pieces of furniture and irreplaceable christmas deco. The workers had us go through boxes and when i found toys and deco that did not belong to us they tried to convince us to keep it! Again, we are not thieves..we don't keep what does not belong to us. They tried to make us sign a paper saying we had everything when clearly we had hardly anything they had removed from our home. The next day we were contacted by a man named Don who told us that our belongings had been stolen by an employees teen age son and that we needed to file a police report. We were promised that my kids bed would be replaced RIGHT AWAY (this was last June, we never received a bed...ever) and to make a list and cal the police and file a report. For months we fought with the company over what they owed us and last December we finally agreed on a settlement and still have not received payment. In fact, we have been told they can't afford to pay us at this time. We have had to replace many items (including the bed) out of our own pockets, and it does't look like we will receive any compensation with suing. Fun! Do NOT hire this company!

Zero customer service, curse and they have a complete disconnect between departments.

The movers did a good job being careful with our belongings. Overall the process went smoothly and I was very happy with the job done. The reason I am giving this business a 1 star is because the final bill was 125% of the estimated amount. This 125% is the legal limit that they can charge over and above their provided estimate. This amount was not justified or explained so I requested a review of the charges before I paid it. The response I got after their review was that it was an accurate amount. Lucky for me the law limits the charged amount to be no more than $125% otherwise I'm sure it would have been more. Lesson learned: 1. Plan on spending $125% of the amount estimated; 2. The "Bill of Lading" information means nothing; 3. Any review will most likely result in no change other than to attempt to make you appreciative that it's only $125% over estimate.

I really do not like to write bad reviews. Currently on my Yelp profile, of my 118 reviews, only 2 are one-star reviews. But I will write a bad review when it's warranted. To start, we did not get a call the day before on a time frame for arrival. Shelly was the crew lead of the crew for our military PCS pack-out. They are supposed to call when they are on their way, she did not, and lied about doing so. It was a crew of 5 (we have normally had 3) and it took 7 hours for a 650 square foot condo. Somehow they still did an awful job packing, we had a way bigger claim than we've ever had because so much was damaged. Packing light boxes on bottom, furniture on top of car parts, and all sorts of senseless packing methods. They also did not have enough packing materials (leading to extra damaged furniture because it wasn't wrapped). Shelly absolutely does not belong in this position. She was yelling at the crew, complaining when she realized there was more to pack (even though we told them everything on the phone survey), and was very unprofessional. What really got me was when she made a VERY rude comment about military service members and families (kind of ironic because that's probably where most of her work comes from, so she probably shouldn't be so hateful...). And then there were some "scummy" business practices which would have absolutely screwed us over if it was our first military move and we didn't know any better. She told us that we could not mark any disagreements on conditions on the inventory, which is absolutely not true. She said that she can see scratches on furniture that we cannot because she does this for a living (sure lol). Even though she marked things damaged without even looking at them before her crew packed them. She also did not do the property inspection until we refused to sign the related paperwork (and there was property damage). When we told her there was property damage, she didn't even look, just said "fine, write it down." She argued with us and yelled at us over the paperwork (because she was mad that we wouldn't just sign and agree to the incorrect conditions and no property inspection). When all was done, and we handed her the signed papers, she did not say a word, just walked out. I have a lot more to say, but I think you get the idea. Their contracting TSP has all the rest of the details. Know your rights, especially if you're military. If you're military, please feel free to contact me and I can help you know how to best deal with this situation and help you know what rights you have. TLDR: unprofessional, lots of damages, slow, super sketchy, and be wary of Shelly if she's your crew lead, especially if military. I feel bad that one crew can ruin my view of a company, but they need to be more careful of who they hire, how they train, and who they promote.

Very professional. Thank you.

I am with another Moving Company located in the Midwest. We performed services for a shipper in our area and were to invoice Lincoln Moving for services. This shipper was a military member and Lincoln was receiving payment from the Military and should have been paying us. We have been trying to get our payment from them since December of 2015. They owe us $3284. I would advise anyone looking to move to use a different company then Lincoln. We are not the only other moving company they are not paying for services provided. If I were to be moving, I would have grave concerns about the integrity of the company. Be ware other moving companies if Lincoln asks you to supply services for military members or other shippers. It will probably be on your dime!!

We needed movers to get us across the country and got an in-person estimate from Lincoln Moving. The sales pitch was good enough to get us to commit to them. They are an Atlas agent and are at their mercy. Any issues that arise will not be addressed and/or resolved. We dealt with Atlas with on issues surrounding where our beds were, when they were going to arrive (driver texted us to confirm delivery 10+ times), unprofessional movers that were handling our items, damages, etc. It was all justified by Atlas as normal business since the driver hadn't been home in about 3 months. This was the actual response by the Atlas team (claims specialist) after Lincoln Moving couldn't help. All after being spoken down to, blamed and lied to from Atlas. At any rate, save yourself the trouble and go with another moving company. Both Atlas and Lincoln will give you more headaches and gray hairs after taking your money.

Raymond and Tianna are awesome, they are quick and careful. Very thoughtful and safe with our items. I highly recommend!
