We bought a sectional and realized we could not get it up to our third story apartment. It has tricky angles and the couch was too heavy for me and my fiance to get up the stairs. We could not find anyone to help us this Saturday evening. It began to rain and I just thought our 700$ sectional is ruined. We called the first moving company open ANC movers and they wanted 150$. We called these guys they were willing to help us out at half the price ! They were here quickly, and even though it was tough they didn't give up and got it up here for us. They made our night! I highly recommend these guys. They have a great heart, very friendly and affordable and get the job done . I amazed they were able to get this sectional up here in mint condition too. I didn't think it was possible with the angles of our stairs. Thanks guys for making our night and being there when nobody else was. I was in tears earlier thinking I was going to have to return my dream sectional!

I wasn't moving to a new location, I had furniture I needed moved to different rooms, including a big armoire that needed to go down our very tricky staircase. I wasn't sure I'd be able to find somebody who would do a job like that, but Andrey not only said they could do it, they did it within just a couple of days of me calling, and the rate was excellent. They were efficient, professional, and kind. They took care of my furniture and my home as if it were their own. I will definitely call them again! Thanks, Andrey, Ray, and Elvis!!!

I called them at 10a.m this morning and asked if they could make it out today to help us unload a 16ft truck. I called 2 other places before them and they told me it would be AT LEAST 2 weeks out before they could come. Andre came at 1p.m with 2 guys. A truck that took us 6 hours to load ourselves took these guys less than an hour to unload up THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. My husband and i were tickled pink not to have to deal with this. And they were very careful not to track in mud and be respectful to our furniture (some of which are antiques over 100 years old that are super fragile). Andre even helped repark the truck. I could go on forever. Seriously, THANK YOU ANDRE AND FRIENDS.

Since the review they have gotten back to me and have been dedicated to making improvements which I appreciate. Extremely disappointing service, especially after so many other good reviews. We had several issues that management doesn't seem to care about making right: windows left open overnight in the rain, incomplete packing, and incorrectly reassemble furniture. Some of the movers were nice, but others were sloppy and unprofessional. We were charged a lot and still had to make several trips on our own to try to fix things. Beware!

With very short notice, I had a team of four men moving items from two different locations to our new house. I was very nervous picking a moving company after being disappointed with a couple other companies I used recently for single items, but they could not have been any better! They were extremely careful not to damage our furniture or our new home. They even took off their shoes every time they came in the house no matter how heavy the thing they were carrying was. I was impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future!

I worked for this guy for a day. Referred my brothers and friends to him. He then refused to pay me my tips and cash. Let me drive his truck work a 12 hour day. And also refused to pay my brother a full days work. And then said if you want to get paid you will have to fill out a application and take a UA. When that is illegal after you have already let us work. Claims he already paid me and I have 2 witnesses. My brother who he's trying to rip off and my friend. I don't recommend this guy. Beware!!

So they have not moved my stuff yet but came over tonight to give me a free estimate on move. Literally felt like I made friends. That's why I'm writing this review now. It could change but I doubt it. I always try to get vibes off people. They had the best! I worked in law enforcement for 12 years and know when people are sketchy. Not one alarm. Just easy going and fun to talk to. Let me tell you. I would have paid for packing on my kitchen but they talked me into doing in myself. ( I'm lazy) lol. It was not a lot of stuff and they could have milked me for it. They didn't and that's why I would recommend them. I just want to put in a review on first impressions because after moving I might forget and I endorse their business.

Andrey from Groovin Movin is amazing! My sister called him to move a piano and he was able to do it with an associate the same day! Then when we got to the destination, he saw how tricky our basement stairs were. He and his associate were able to very carefully and calmly bring the piano downstairs. It was a lot of work that we were very impressed with! And he was so positive! Great attitude! Call Andrey at Groovin Movin!

I was introduced to Groovin Movers by a individual that I work with of whom had previously used their services to move his belongings to a new home. When I called for a quote, Andrey, the owner, was polite professional, and understanding of my situation and came to my current address to assess what needed to be moved. Keep in mind that I had a budget already set prior to his arrival, he then gave me a quote that fit my needs and worked within my allotted Funds. On the day of the move they arrived at promptly the set time agreed and without hesitation began to move our belongings. The movers, Russ and Alex wrapped our furniture with blankets and shrink wrapped everything for a safe and worry free move. Let me tell you these guys are the best! from start to finish actually was less time than was quoted and came in below my budget. I would definitely recommend Groovin Movers to anyone that has a big or small job to do in regards to moving, they are all professionals of which a lot of times are hard to come by these days. Very nice, hardworking guys, but we were disappointed with an interaction we had about a bookcase that was broken during the move. They insisted it wasn't broken by them, but we have no doubt that it was. The bookcase had never been moved since it was built in our home three years ago, and they were the first people to move it. We would've appreciated an acknowledgment that they were sorry that it happened, but instead, they seemed frustrated with us that we even raised it as a concern. Additionally their response to the concern made it feel like they were accusing us of lying about the damage. We were disappointed that this was how this was handled as we were appreciative of their hard work throughout the day as they helped move us across town.

On Oct. 10, 2019 I was in a Bind and Andrey(The Owner) helped me out. I was moving and hurt my back. I only had the rest of that day to move out and I still had more than half my apartment to pack in the Uboxes. With only an hour or so notice Andrey was at my place with a helper and in 2 hours got my things packed in that Ubox. Andrey is professional, understanding and definitely gets the job done! At a fraction of the price I was quoted with other companies, they arrived 10 minutes early and packed my 1-bedroom apartment away within a half-hour, arriving in Eugene in good time. The apartment I moved from was small, had a lot of tight corners and was filthy due to my being in the middle of sorting through my garbage and Goodwill bags. One of the guys almost collapsed from accidentally breathing in too much dust and cat hair, but he quickly recovered himself and got the job done. I was impressed with their friendliness, customer service and work ethic overall. I definitely recommend them, especially for people who don't have all that much to move and don't want to pay upward of $2000.

This is an outstanding local business. I had a last minute move. I called in the morning they sent two guys out the same day. They kept us updated with the progress and ETA of their arrival, they helped us pack, they were careful with our stuff. The truck they had was clean and full of blankets, moving dolly and hand trucks, to help move and protect our things.

Emergency and they ROCKED IT! Flying to Chicago day after tomorrow, had "friends" to help load my UPACK trailer that has to be done tomorrow but they backed out. So I panicked... I called 4 other companies and they all quoted HUGE amounts because they knew I had an emergency. I saw the reviews for Groovin as I was on the phone with another company. Called and Andre said I am going to make sure you are taken care of. They haven't even showed up to help me yet and I am writing a review! Groovin Movin gets an A+++ My last move was 20-years ago. My partner and I did everything ourselves. This time, there was just too much stuff and my feet, knees, legs, back and arms screamed in pain. My partner’s back wasn’t holding up well either. At 5pm I called Groovin Movin of Vancouver and spoke with Angela. She was compassionate, caring, and understanding. I think she even felt my pain. I pleaded, “Is there any way we can get help moving tomorrow morning”? She said, “Yes – we can be there by 9am”. Owner Andrey G. arrived with a huge truck and a helper. We had already organized and boxed our belongings into the garage to make it easy for the G.M. team. They were outstanding; professional, lighthearted, and hard working. Our job was done in two-hours. When I’m asked about moving helpers, Groovin Movin will be my recommendation!

I worked with Groovin' Movin" in July of this year. As I didn't know anyone in Vancouver, I decided to call them after looking at reviews. So glad that I did! Pleased to say that Groovin' Movin' is the very best group of movers that I have ever worked with! I called kinda' last minute and was so impressed at how patient and flexible Angela was. I didn't expect anyone to be willing to work with all of the unknowns that I couldn't control - but Angela did. I honestly couldn't have asked for more. Finally was able to tie down a time and commit to 3 guys to unload a 26 ft. truck up 3 flights of stairs.They arrived on time with a great "get 'er done" attitude. Rus, Sergey and Chris all worked tirelessly, and quickly too. They handled my belongings with care, and were all very polite and considerate. I did not hear one single word of complaint from any of them over the 3 flights of stairs, the numerous heavy items, or the horrid heat. They were truly incredible throughout. I am very grateful to all of them for their hard work and their wonderful attitude. Groovin Movin is bar far the best moving company I have ever used. They shrink wrap and protect your furniture so it doesn’t get damaged and they are quick in getting it moved. If you are someone who appreciates being organized and looking for a company to take that to the next level during your move, this company is IT! Andrey is an owner and manager and is so attentive to your individual move requests. He showed up less than a week later after helping us move the contents of our 3100 sq ft home into storage to help us move EVEN more stuff we needed help with later, no questions asked. They are timely, punctual, careful, thoughtful and professional. I highly recommend them!
