Stop looking for mover's elsewhere, just hire these guys, seriously. They moved my washer and dryer upstairs, via a U bend staircase into a tiny laundry room with just two of them lifting. I was seriously impressed. No BS here, They come to your place pack up/disassemble what needs to be moved, drive to your new place, unpack/reassemble what was moved. No hidden extra fees like moving glass tables is extra (Which we had 4 of) No endless questions about make & model of appliances, material of the couches being moved, etc. They have tons of blankets to protect your stuff, and even shrink wrap if necessary. They charge a flat rate as well on an hourly basis, rate is a bit higher when they are driving, diesel ain't cheap you know. They don't unhook/hook up appliances either, but that's totally understandable. They're movers not installers. They pick your stuff up, move it, and put it back down. And they are worth every penny.

I've used Movers Virginia Beach for two apartment moves now, both times with great experiences. My last move was a 1bd apartment move with Hardy and Daniel- they were both very prompt, polite, and efficient. On the day of the move they called in advance with their arrival timing, and when they arrived they were very straightforward about prices/fees/start times etc. They packed my furniture and some heavy gear down a 3-story walk-up without a word of complaint and treated everything very carefully. My stuff arrived in great condition and Hardy/Daniel happily set up furniture in my new upstairs space. All in all the move took about 3 hours exactly and cost what I expected. I'd highly recommend Movers Virginia Beach to anyone!

This moving crew was as polite and hard working as they come. Paul ran a tight ship, they put down equipment to protect my floors and walls before they started and made sure all my furniture was wrapped up well. This was by far the most experienced set of moving guys I've ever gotten. Worked tirelessly to the evening and got us in our new place that night, sleeping in our own beds. It was a long day but I am glad I found these guys online and won't hesitate to use them for our next move.

I still can't believe how the movers were able to fit all of my items into their truck. Movers Virginia Beach helped me move from a 3 story townhouse into a single family home from Virginia Beach, to Los Angeles. This was my first time using their services and the reason I went with them is because the movers I had lined up for my move called me the day before to cancel. I will save my experience with that moving company for another review. Christopher and his 2 movers showed up the morning of my move and we're such a pleasant bunch to work with. Not once did they complained about the 3 flight of stairs inside my home or about the clutter I had. They were kind enough to help me pack and get my things in order. I was under the assumption that I would have to come back and carry stuff in my SUV but I was so surprised when Jesus (lead mover) came and told me that everything will fit and if I had more stuff to move I can bring it from my car which was packed. The total move did take an hour longer but that was understandable since they packed many of my boxes. This was a great experience and I would use Movers Virginia Beach again

My cousin was not wrong about them, these movers are professionals. After the relocations had been over, however, I was left amazed. I had seen them in action, and I loved what I saw. I was moved by the way these people handled their duties. The composure they kept all through the relocations was amazing. I love their crew. They are so dedicated and do the work they are given with so much commitment. The workers involved were cooperative, so organized, and full of professionalism.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not only did the movers double my quote and move extra slow loading the truck, they did not properly wrap and protect my furniture at all. I have a white couch and it was destroyed with oil stains and the fabric was ripped. The company refused to take any responsibility and continuously refused to return my calls. The most they would offer is .60 cents per pound of the damaged item. THATS 60$ FOR A 1200$ COUCH. Horrible company, horrible service, NEVER use them.

Our mover was Roy and he kept me posted on pick-up and when they arrived he explained the process and each form required. They were careful in wrapping and carrying and arrived on schedule in Virginia Beach. I would definitely use Movers Virginia Beach again.

These guys were amazing. I had Andrew and his crew for my move. They showed up on time and within 45 minutes had moved everything from my third floor walk up one bedroom to their truck. All of my furniture was from IKEA but they wrapped it all carefully and none of it was broken during the move. They even reassembled what they had to break down to move. Overall I couldn't be happier. They got everything into the new place during the time window quoted. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for any move!

Ron is the best. We used his moving company twice for 2 different moves in 2007 & 2009. He is very easygoing, understanding and his workers do a great job. Very reasonable rates as I recall. I've now moved about half a dozen other times with other moving services and still think these movers are the best.

Everything bulky that we had was handled very carefully, disassembled and safely packaged and then gently moved in thorough our pretty narrow doors and and re-assembled back to the original state by their movers. They took only necessary time to unload and unpack our furniture and boxes and presented us with a very fair bill. Nothing was damaged or lost during the move! I moved all the stuff from my house to the new house. My moving coordinator gave me a call and walked me through the process of what was in each room. I was able to go from room to room, telling her what big items I had. He told me how they were going to do things. By the end of it, he had a rough estimate of the weight that I have to move, and based on that, gave me some selections as far as how many people it might take and how quickly it could be done. We came up with a quote and everything sounded good. The move was a little bit different than I originally had expected. I was thinking it was going to be that way but I found out when they got to the house that they don’t do any packing. So, we had to quickly pack things up and they would move it. Luckily, we already started well ahead of it and there was a lot of stuff I was able to do myself. The guys who showed up were fantastic. They had it all loaded up in about three hours and unloaded it at about the same time. Everything went without a hitch exactly as I would’ve hoped it would. They were done quickly. They helped us set stuff up as necessary.

Awesome experience! They worked quickly and efficiently throughout the entire process. It started pouring down rain halfway through the move, but it didn't slow them down one bit, and they never complained. There was great communication throughout the day as well, with them double checking with us about which floor each box and piece of furniture went on when it was unclear on the label. Very nice guys, very hard workers, and we couldn't be happier with how things turned out. I would easily recommend them to anyone looking to move.
