The owner forced me to pay for an entire hour that I didn't need, the movers went 15 minutes over and I was forced to pay for the entire additional hour. Elvis tried to convince me to have them unpack my things for the additional hour he decided to charge me at the last minute, as in I was NEVER told there may be an additional charge if his movers could not complete the job on time. The movers came late and one of the movers broke a couple of my items by dropping them, my husband witnessed the same guy drop several things and break one of our appliances. All the movers were very nice, and I would have tipped them more had I not been overcharged. I will definitely be using another company next time, I did not expect to pay as much as I did or I would have hired a real moving company. I was told that it would take 2 hours to unpack my truck with the movers he sent and got charged extra because his movers did not unpack in the time frame given. I agree with a previous reviewer on hidden fees.

I am a manager of a storage facility in Elizabeth CIty, NC. I have used and referred M&M Moving to several of my customers. I have never had or heard of a bad experience. They have move a close friend of mine from NC to DE and they did amazing. Can not say enough good things about how Elvis manages his crews. They work the entire time until the job is done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I am so upset with this unethical company. I called this company early morning. Elvis took my phone number and credit card number. Told me a price waited until the end of day and called me back asking me do I have a truck to move? I said no you never said anything about having a truck. Than he said Well your going to have to reimburse me for a truck. When I kept asking how much he kept saying do you want to cancel this work order and wouldn't tell me a price. He is a scammer He deliberately waited until the end of day to contact me back adding on additional fees so I would be stuck paying his hidden fees. Absolutely unprofessional. Dont use them and ask questions because they will intentionally leave major details out until it's time for you to move.The good reviews are fake, family and friends lying.
