Moving is horrible - there's no way around that. I don't know how we would have done it without JK. From initial surveying and quoting to final pack and ship, their entire team was simply amazing. Incredible, prompt, friendly customer service and timely follow up to all of our questions and requests, and clear communication with me and my wife during the entire process. The movers that arrived to pack us up and ship us out were the nicest and hardest-working guys I've met in a while. They were willing to go above and beyond to help us feel comfortable during this stressful long-distance move. The only less-than-perfect part of the entire process was it seemed as though there was a bit of a lack of communication between headquarters and our moving crew. Ultimately it didn't negatively impact our move, so it was no issue for us. I can't recommend this company enough, or praise them more highly. These folks are amazing, and we'll definitely be using them if we move again in the future.

Moving from our old house, they cancelled our move without notifying us. On the day of the move, I called to find out why the movers weren't here yet. A person from JK called to apologize that she sent the email to dispatch that we were still moving as originally scheduled, but that dispatch didn't receive the email. She also said it was her fault as she didn't follow up with dispatch to verify the email was received on their end. They also left a black mark on the carpet upstairs. Moving into our newly contructed house was even worse. They broke the wood pieces that attach the mirror to our dresser, they chipped off wood from a corner of our desk and they broke a handle on our dog food storage container. In addition, they dented and cracked our wall in two spots. They put multiple scuff marks on the walls. Fortunately, they had someone come out on their behalf to fix the walls. Most boxes were not labelled correctly, so they didn't know which box goes where. Even if a box had the correct label they put it in the wrong part of the house. In putting the furniture together, they said that some of the labels were missing so they didn't know which parts go with which piece of furniture. Also, one of the movers just walked off without telling anyone and then returned 30 mins. later. Overall, the service was very unprofessional and disorganized. I will not use their services again.

Very bad experience. 1. Poor explanation of the insurance; 2. Mis-packed and broke: (i) high end sleep number bed; (ii) gold clock; (iii) stereo cabinet; (iv) lamp shade; (v) numerous totes—cracked and bent beyond use. When we called about the need to make these claims (we bought insurance), the sales person had no clue who would handle our case or when they would get back to us. No phone number, nothing; 3. Cost was thousands of dollars more than the estimate. Particularly annoying is that they talked my wife into allowing them to mis-pack the sleep number bed even though she gave them the instructions, and then they wrecked it. So we are sleeping on an air mattress until this gets resolved. It had better be fast. I will update this post when (if) these buccaneers fix these issue, and I’ll be completely honest as I am being in this post. Just the truth, Dan Update: JK’s policy regarding the damaged sleep number bed is to have a sleep number representative come and see if it is fixable. Problem: sleep number says they can’t come for at least a week, possibly more, and we have no bed in the master bedroom with a houseful of people coming. JK damaged the bed by packing it incorrectly even after my wife showed them how to do it properly. They CHOSE to do it improperly and damaged the bed beyond use (one side won’t inflate). Now they are putting us through the risk of having no bed in the master with a houseful of people coming. They should pay to make sure we have a bed for that occasion (including the time and effort involved in removing and storing the non-functional bed) because it was their stupid choice (not just bad luck) that put us in this situation.

We recently completed an interstate move (April 2014) from VA. We received estimates from 5 moving companies and all of them had their strengths. Comparing apples to apples (not easy), JK Moving had the best value (higher quality and second to lowest price). I remember them saying they actually have built a house in their warehouse so they can train their movers on to move things without damaging the house. We obtained estimates roughly six months prior to our move and JK Moving was easy to stay in touch with during our 'ever moving timeline.' When we did finally set a date, JK Moving provided us with a professional and quick move. We hadn't packed all of our things due to various reasons, and JK packed those items for us in a very methodical manner. I was impressed with the way they documented each box and its contents. This was a fairly large move; we filled a 53 foot truck. Every phone call I made over our six month delay and during the moving days was handled in a very courteous and professional manner. They stayed in constant contact with us during the moving days which made us feel more comfortable. I received at least two calls each day when the move was occurring and had two senior managers come to our house during the loading of the truck to ensure we were happy and things were on track. The driver did a good job making sure we knew what was happening during the move and managed the teams in both locations in a fair and appropriate manner. We were also pleased with the speed at which the truck arrived at our new location; frankly I didn’t expect it so quick. As for pricing, it came in under estimate. Overall, we are very pleased with the service they provided.

I used JK to move from Virginia to Utah in February. I was delighted with their professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, and care of my belongings. Candace Huntley was the coordinator who handled my move. She was in constant contact throughout the week-long process. Once I moved to Utah (and was waiting for JK to bring my stuff), my time zone was two hours ahead of Candace's. She stayed in the office after hours to make sure she could reach me. My moving crew was headed by Samuel. He went above and beyond -- even taking his truck to a weigh station a second time to make sure I got an accurate quote. He and his crew took such care of my belongings (I couldn't believe how much wrapping they used!!). They used a computer inventory to make sure every item was accounted for at both loading and unloading. Thanks to this care, nothing was lost, damaged, or even scuffed. I would definitely use JK again!

This would have taken my husband and I double the time to move everything ourselves. They were very professional and handled everything with care. I just moved from Albuquerque, NM to Sterling, VA. A friend recommended JK Moving based on her extremely positive experience with them. As I now share this experience, I too recommend them! This was the BEST move I have ever experienced. I did not worry about a single thing because I could sense that I was in good hands. And it all just flowed. The entire process went smoothly and there were no problems whatsoever. Every person I encountered was friendly, personable, and very good at what they do. Since I got caught in the Government shutdown, I had to push back my move date several times. And I also ended up having my stuff delivered to 3 different places. JK Moving worked with me on all these changes and unknowns. The estimate, customer service, loading, transportation, and delivery processes were great. My belongings arrived with no issues, the driver actually got to Virginia before I did, and my final cost was less than the estimate! Hats off to JK Moving! Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped in moving blankets and then plastic wrap. Every item was inventoried when it went on the truck and double checked when it can off. This is a premium moving company who does it really well. All the movers were polite and incredibly hard working. If they do a great job, make sure to tip them.

Moving was a breeze with JK Moving Services. From the time we received our first estimate we knew we had a challenge to get downsize from 9400 pounds. As my we said "challenge accepted" and got the final weight down to 5540 pounds. The movers were on time and protected not only our furnishings but our home. Our move coordinator Theo was in constant contact and made sure we were satisfied. Once received our settlement date to move into our new home, Theo made sure everything was set up from billing to when the movers would arrive. Move in day was a breeze. These guys seem to enjoy what they do and work very hard with each other and once again to protected our home and also our furnishings. As we have gotten older it has become a problem moving things around from one level of the house to another. We couldn't even find teens or friends who wanted to help so we got the bright idea to call JK Moving after they moved a friend of ours. What a great service they gave us. They moved several heavy things to different levels of the house and got it done very quickly. While they didn't 'move us' to a new home this was a great service! When we do move we will definitely use them because of their service.

I would like to let everyone know that I am sure that JK Moving provides good service.. to some.. but in my case I was quite disappointed. I called JK to book a move cross country at the beginning of 2016, and I ended up needing to reschedule until about June 2016 timeframe. I paid the security deposit of $250 to secure the service because I thought that everything would work out. When June came, I was not able to do the move with JK Moving, and I called them to cancel the service scheduled and to see if there was any way they could refund something, even a little bit, of the security deposit of $250 (which is non-refundable according to the information they share with you when you book). When I spoke to the manager, a very polite lady let me know that the $250 pays for the time it takes the agents to book my service request. Ok think about this. If someone even makes $50/hour (which sales reps probably don't), it would have taken 5 hours to get to $250, which I guarantee was not the amount of time I was on the phone to book, rebook and then cancel the 3 times I called JK. That explanation was extremely irritating, and I feel that even a 50 % (equivalent to $125) refund would have even been acceptable. If you book with JK Moving, make sure you know the exact date you will move, otherwise, if life happens to you, they will not be there for you. And that is not the part that is NOT awesome.

We looked through so many movers in the area- and eventually we went back to JK moving. This local company moved our corporate office so I asked them for an estimate for our home. We only had furniture and large items - no boxes - so we thought it would be quicker! But these guys took such great care in protecting, packing and move into our new home that it still took 10 hours. But it was worth it. Typically something will always get broken or damaged in a large move - it’s natural - but nothing broke nor was any part of both houses damaged. There were many instances where I looked at an impossible situation - item too big for the door - but the head of the crew Daimler Ramirez (who’s been with Jk for 13 years!) performed magic and made it all happen. Brandon Woodson was also leading the crew and did a fantastic job communicating and being clear with everything. He took care of us by going the extra mile. The entire crew was so tired by the end but no one ever complained or said “no” to anything throughout the 10 hours. You want movers not just to move your stuff but to prepare and carefully plan it out - these guys did it! Shenieka Dennis, the customer service coordinator, was incredible in calling ahead of time and scrambling at the last moment to make changes to the move; from before the move and after the move she did a great job! And Joe Modes, the sales rep, didn’t try to upsell on anything - was honest and didn’t push but was realistic in what to expect. If you care about your belongings you have to spend a little more to make sure you get a professional job. Bravo JK! They know how to take care of their customers. I never write a review but this was truly amazing!

I had a terrible experience. They have the worst customer services on the planet. When you call customer service, the phone rings and rings -- but when you call the sales number, they pick up on the first ring. My story -- I paid ~$5,000 to have them move me across town from Tysons Corner VA to McLean VA in July. They conned me into buying an insurance policy for $500 in the event that they damaged any of my belongings (which by the way has a $500 deductible). Well they didn't properly protect an Kellogg Collection armoire nor did they strap the doors down, so they damaged it pretty badly when it slipped off the forklift (and the doors swung open and over-extended). We discussed with them they day it happened, and we filed a claim to have it repaired. They acknowledged it and accepted the claim. Then after their first furniture repair person tried and failed to fix it completely (the door doesn't work properly, and the custom painting needs to fixed), they tried a second furniture repair person. Once they realized that it will cost $500 to fix the door, they sent me a letter denying the claim. My guess is that they don't actually use an insurance policy or insurance company, but rather use "insurance policies" to pad they profit margin. My experience is that they are unethical. They do not return phone calls and hide behind their email and "I'm sorry, the customer service manager is on vacation". I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for a moving company. In preparation for the sale of my house, I had 3 crates of furniture and household goods sent to storage. The JK Moving crew was prompt, efficient, and courteous. I was especially impressed by the care they took in setting up protection for my floors, carpets, and walls, and in the actual handling of my belongings. Also, I have a steep driveway with challenging maneuverability for the truck. I was expecting tire tracks on the lawn but they took the time to ensure they stayed on the driveway. My only issue is that I cannot find a very expensive black alpaca coat. It must have fallen in the hanging box. I have an extra empty hanger in my coat closet at my new location. Would appreciate it if JK would try to locate it. My dog’s toy box is missing. Not too concerned with this. I have ordered a new one. Please look for my coat. This is the first time I ever hired movers, but I felt comfortable from the minute I made the appointment, which was very easy. The crew arrived on time and all introduced themselves to me by name and shook my hand. They were very careful with my things, patient with obstacles (a lot of stairs, yappy dogs, unwieldy furniture, a slow elevator, rain, etc), and very polite. They also came in just a little under the original estimate, which I thought was fair. Would definitely recommend.

I was not giving them any stars, but had to give them one in order to post. I have never in my life been so sadden by an experience as I am with JK Moving Services. We went with them because they were the only company that would send someone to the house to estimate moving charges. The man told us before leaving that he was over estimating the weight so that we wouldn't end up with price shock in the end. No such luck. I could have handle the doubling of the final price from the estimate. But, I ended up with things damaged because boxes were evidently dropped or crammed into spaces they didn't want to go into. There was a brand new $5000 printer damaged. Furniture damaged and dinged up. The driver who was in charge of the loading and unloading at both ends, requested I sit outside and mark off the list as the boxes went in the house which, meant for a great deal of confusion on my part as there were four men going in and out both upstairs and down in the basement. When they were leaving I went to get money out of a kitchen drawer to tip them and over $300 was gone. I called a representative in Sterling, VA to report my problems and was told he would report it all to his superiors and they would get back to me. This was well over two months ago. I am still waiting and have since discovered that a very expensive and important piece of jewelry is missing. Thankfully, all of the other jewelry of importance had been lock boxed and was locked in my car. Unfortunately, I had taken the bracelet off and left it on the kitchen table the night before, forgetting to put it back on.

This company is awful. My neighbors had a move with them today and they ran over a road sign in front of my home knocking it down and tearing up my yard with their tractor trailer. When we confronted them about it they denied it at first and acted like they didn't know about it. There are double wheel tracks in my yard and a mud trail was leading directly to their truck. We called the police and filed a police report. Later, when they were leaving they could not back around the corner they came in on (my yard). They had a tough time getting out, they went a different route and went speeding through the neighborhood as they left. They we're driving at least 60MPH in a 25 and the pickup truck that was accompaning them went even faster and passed them on our residential 2 lane road. I'm curious how many other properties they damaged on their new route. This is a quiet residential community with children, dog walkers and bike riders. They were disrespectful to my property and the neighborhood with their reckless and dangerous driving. I will NEVER use this company for a move!

There were some things that were not packed and they packed them for us. We did a storage move for 35 days and our things were placed in crates and stored indoors. SUPERB!!!!!- this company relocated me from Maryland to Ohio in 2015 and more recently in June 2018. From start to finish the service has been superb, professional, friendly, understanding, and very patient. They have accommodated me in anyway that they could. We used the Survey Bot app recently to do a walk-through of my home. I was provided an estimate that I was willing to pay, and in the end I paid less than what the estimate was. STARTED OUT GREAT!!! Used them to move after we sold our farm house. Originally it was going to be an across country move but ended up being across town move for a few months then again across country a few months later. The first move went smooth and price was as promised, but then we received another bill months later for more money they had added saying there was additional hours packing and moving. Before the additional charges for the first bill were sent we had already hired them for the second larger move across country. Two days before they were supposed to come start packing our stuff they contacted us and said they were not going to be able to honor our move because they were over booked, TWO DAYS BEFORE, in the middle of summer, we had to find another moving company to help us move, and it cost us way more than we were originally quoted, and JK did not pick up the tab even they said they would honor their price with the company we found. After months of emails back and forth with JK they agreed to refund me 1 hour of time and a refund of $302 after I spent thousands a more on both moves than was promised and many lost and broken items. The management was very uncaring about or missing items or being over billed, all the care about is the bottom line. Don’t let them fool you!!!

We have now done 3 recent moves using JK Movers. John Freudiger the estimator looked in every closet and drawer before making his estimate of weight and number of containers. He is amazingly correct so there were no unpleasant surprises. The packers and movers are courteous, trained and efficient at what they do and were a pleasure to work with. Ditto the office staff. And finally, the one glitch, which also worked out. One chair didn't show up at destination, but they kept their eyes open for it and found it several weeks later in a warehouse and delivered it right away. Needless to say, I highly recommend JK Movers.

Five Star move definitely. We made 8 long-distance moves in 24 years in the Air Force. All were good, but NONE topped the enthusiasm and professionalism of the JK folks. We did a considerable amount of pre-packing ourselves, but saved the mirrors, large framed pictures, and other special items for the JK crew. Their work was fast, thorough and extremely careful. Everything arrived and unpacked in perfect condition. They were especially careful with the large antique furniture pieces and recognized their special care needs right away. They moved us from a very rural area of Virginia over four hours from their Northern Virginia base of operations. Could I have made the move for less money? Yes. Could I have made the move for less money and still enjoyed the peace of mind and personal pleasure of seeing real professionals at work? NO. JK all the way for us.

Beware!!!! We moved from MD to NC and had our items placed in storage. Once the items were taken out of storage, we noticed numerous broken items as well as items were missing. We also noticed we had items from someone else in our unit. When I made contact with JK Moving I spoke with Helen. Helen said it was my liability and I should have done an inventory of ALL of my items when they were being unloaded. I told Helen we moved from a 5,000 sq ft home and it was virtually impossible to inventory everything at the time of unloading and JK Moving packed up my items in various boxes. JK Moving had 5 movers going in various directions and Helen continued to say it was my fault. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Helen couldn't explain why I have other customers boxes and further couldn't explain where my mixing boxes are. Stand clear of JK Moving!!! I tried to leave ZERO stars but was forced to leave 1 star.

Think twice ... They damaged a very expensive dresser. I informed the driver and office immediately but never heard anything back. I followed up a week later and they sent someone out to look at it. The gentlemen took some pictures, said it could be repaired and I would be hearing from someone in the next day or two, and left. I don't know how they would repair such damage but I have yet to hear anything. They were the highest quote I received but I felt more comfortable with them than other vendors because of their upfront professionalism. If you have to go with them, save yourself a few hundred dollars and skip buying the insurance ... no matter how good they make it sound. PS: I finally got rid of the dresser, since I expect never to hear from them or see any money for the damage that their crew did.

wanted to send some "kudos" to the team that did my pack in Montgomery AL and my unpack in DC back in July. I was definitely nervous about the 2 day pack estimate that they gave me, especially with a later start to the day but "Ox" and his guys killed it and are just moved so efficiently and with such great attitudes as well. I dont think, in 7 moves, our pack out was so fast and friendly! Unpack team was also friendly, quick and efficient. There was a mixup with the delivery not being the full delivery but that wasn't the guys' fault so couldn't blame them. But they moved super quick and made sure to protect the home really well. I will be moving again and i will be requesting JK handle my move!

I did not think businesses like this existed anymore!!! My first non corporate move in 30 years (save me please! ) We ran into a small glitch in scheduling. Within an hour a solution was found. A packing crew arrived the next day polite, professionally dressed, mannerly and REALLY good packers~~ The day was totally pleasant. The movers came two days later..again we all started the day with introductions and smiles. Watching Mario packed the storage pallets was like watching a master puzzle maker. David led the crew with enthusiasm and professionalism. Shirley my relocation coordinator was amazing....I didn't even know it but they significantly reduced the cost of the move due to a little error on the part of one of their folks. JK Moving was contracted by the Army to move my family from Great Falls, VA to Virginia Beach, VA. If you are assigned JK Moving, IMMEDIATELY REQUEST A NEW COMPANY. Although we provided photos and weights of many of our household items, their estimate was off by 16,000 lbs. Because of the unexpected overage, we were charged over $23,000 by the military, a cost we could have avoided by storing items or moving them ourselves. As things turned out, we had to move back to Great Falls at our own expense less than six months later and that move of the SAME ITEMS cost us $17,000 with Absolute Moving of Virginia Beach. The military debt has ruined my credit and my wages are still being garnished. Now every time I hear their commercial on the radio I want to scream. AVOID JK MOVING FOR MILITARY RELOCATIONS!!!

The price was slightly more than other companies we had quotes for but the quality of service and people we worked with was well worth the extra cost. Our service coordinator Temara was fantastic! Cannot Recommend Initially, we had high hopes for and confidence in JK Moving Co. for our move from MD to NC. The estimate process was professional, and it was easy to sign the contract and pay a small deposit. We were extremely impressed with the crew who packed up our house. They protected our 27-year old home as if it were new: thick cardboard on the floor and padding on staircases and edges of walls. They wrapped our large furniture pieces thoroughly with blankets and then shrink wrapped them. We even saw the crew redo one entire wrapping because the supervisor was unhappy with it. The crew was friendly, efficient, and caring. Our belongings went into storage for a month. During that month, we found our early questions quickly answered, but that did not last long. Emails went unanswered, and we often had to contact our rep just to get simple questions answered. Approximately a week before our scheduled move-in date, our rep texted and said the move was “on track.” Then one day before our move, he called to say we somehow had never gotten on the schedule. We were extremely unhappy, considering his earlier text, considering we’d supposedly been on the schedule for two months, and considering we had packed up our temporary living quarters. The company rep admitted the ineptness of the front staff and that one person had been fired. After significant complaining on our part and a request for compensation, he agreed to $200. We were able to request an increase (to $300) once we were dealing with bookkeeping. JK arranged for movers on a Saturday, one day later than originally scheduled, and while they arrived promptly, they were not nearly as professional as the Maryland crew. For our brand new home, they laid down paper, not cardboard, to protect the hardwood floor. We thought about questioning that but figured they are the professionals. Our staircase railing was not protected, nor were any of the walls. The dolly for our boxes gouged a 40’ long strip into the hardwood floor, and the newly-painted walls leading up the staircase were scuffed. The crew themselves were kind and even moved boxes or furniture as requested. We are grateful only one item was damaged and that our TV stand covers the gouge in the wood surface. Getting our hardwood floor replaced took almost two months, from our sending photos of the damage to a lengthy review process to finding someone to assess the repair needed to reimburse us. So, yes, we were compensated somewhat for our postponed move-in, which I stress was a major inconvenience and should never have happened if office personnel is watching and checking on upcoming moves. And, yes, we had our floor replaced (at a significant cost to JK Movers), but again, that should never have happened with a seasoned crew. All things considered, I would not recommend this company for your move.

Do NOT use this moving service. Although the crew that picks up and moves boxes and furniture etc. are hardworking, the rest of the operation is horrible. The cost far exceeded the estimated price, and JK refused to acknowledge responsibility for damage to items stored in their Sterling facility. JK blamed me for the damage. They denied a claim despite the crew and person who came to check on the damage saw that it was caused by something leaking externally onto my possessions. The reasons given for denying the claim did not at all correlate with what actually happened. I regret having chosen JK.

Horrible experience! While the moving crew was excellent, the customer service team was the worst. The crew arrived 5 hours late and were understaffed by at least 3 people. They tried to make the best of a very bad situation but were set up to fail. The move which was committed to be finished by 5 pm was not completed until 10 pm. The customer service staff were insensitive, unresponsive and untruthful. All of their effort went into covering their tracks. I reached out to the VP of residential and the CEO and neither responded. I have moved many times in my career and never came close to working with such a poorly run organization. Management is now involved in resolving our issues.

Do NOT use them! They have the highest prices in Maryland/DC. They charge $195 an hour and they have a 3 hour minimum! I was quoted a price, which say everything was included, it was FALSE! In addition to their high prices, they charge a $120 'consultation' fee which was NEVER discussed or included in any quote I received. Not only did I pay $1,000 for a 2 hour move, they damaged my furniture. You can find a lot of other reliable and honest movers for half of the price. Don't waste your time.

I have been a customer of JK Movers since June 2017 and have paid this company $30,340 in storage costs alone. Adding the moving fee of $8000 to move in June 2017, and then another $3000 to move some items out of storage last fall, I have paid them over $41,000 since June 2017. So here's my story. I was moving out of our house and needed to store furniture for a year or so. The sales rep Grant was great and super nice. The move came and went. The supervisor in charge of the move was no Grant, was not very friendly, but it was a move, not a party so that was fine. The problems began when I moved back to the area and had to retrieve some of my belongings last fall. I contacted Grant to arrange getting into storage. I just never heard back from him. The office insisted I had to go through him but he did not get back to me after five or six calls over 2 weeks. I ended up going through a manager, and once on site, they put a young guy in his 20's in charge of my job. This consisted of opening crates and taking furniture out, all the while I was billed by the hour. The young guy had a horrible attitude as in zero customer service skills. Even though I was charged $225 an hour for every hour I was there, I was treated like this was the worst part of his day. I sent a letter of complaint to management but never heard back. We removed about 1/3 of my belongings and merged other belonging into other crates. Also I had to pay $3000 more for JK to move the items to my house. They will charge you a fee equal to that if you have someone else move so you are just stuck. There's a lot of ridiculous stuff with billing. For example a random charge of $255 keeps popping up on my bill. Because I pay them so much and have paid them $40,000+ , I have asked several times what the charge is for and have received no response. I think paying $40,000 qualifies me as being a good customer and worthy of a response. So here's the deal. If you have a big move, don't rely on great sales reps from moving companies. Look at the real reviews and recommendations from the Homeowner Referral Guides for your county (they all have them ) or the Best Pick Reports. JK Movers is not mentioned in any of them by the way.

RUN,RUN,RUN! They were absolutely TERRIBLE! They broke family heirlooms and an antique rocking horse. They stole Christmas presents. JK Moving is one of the most unprofessional, unreliable and unethical companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I have not one positive thing to say about our entire moving experience with JK from Virginia to Florida. Their corporate office made promises to repair our broken belongings and did not! Promises made...promised not kept! For a company that has been around for such a long time, it amazes me that they are so incompetent. Do yourself a favor, NEVER use JK Moving - RUN!

Every caution was taken to see that our things were loaded carefully to prevent damage. Special care was taken with my baby grand piano. What a great experience with JK Moving! When we were getting ready to move we had no idea who to use. We asked our realtor and first one she mentioned was JK. Many of her clients had used them and always had great experience. Mentioned them to another realtor and she was very complimentary of them, saying what a great choice. When I met our moving coordinator I knew this was the company to go with. They may not be the least expensive, but you do get what you pay for. Not only do you have a constant contact with your moving coordinator, the team is very professional, quick and courteous. Furniture was well cared for and we experienced no issues with damages or delays. We would highly recommend JK Moving to everyone and use them in the future.
