Everything from the initial planning and quote to the final unload at the new place was executed flawlessly. Took them over 8 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment. In the end my fiancée started helping because it took so ridiculously long. Not worth the money at all. Do not trust these fake reviews.

I had a horrible experience with 1st Atlantic. The young man (owner of company) and another worker moved us using pods. They worked for the first hour then seemed to work intentionally slowly to increase the hours. They also did not use any of the packaging materials my husband had bought. Many of our wooden pieces ended up scratched or nicked (no refund provided). It is just a constant annoyance I have to endure daily because I called the first company i saw and as I knew late that was pay advertising. I also trusted very positive testimonials listed in their website which was not smart on my part because all their reviews are fake. I hope this review will help people to stay away from 1st Atlantic Moving & Storage!

1st Atlantic did a great job moving my 3 bedroom apartment. Movers were super friendly, fast and i had no problems with them. Move went pretty smooth, guys were extremely careful with our grandma china cabinet. I will use them again if i need to move.

1st Atlantic did not disappoint. They moved my 82 yr old mother from a condo to an apartment. Doesn't sound like much of a challenge, but it was. They were extremely careful with everything they touched. They worked hard and non stop until the job was finished. Then when they went to hook up the washer and dryer, not only did it not fit, but the dryer was a 3 prong plug instead of a 4 prong plug. At first we decided to work around that. By the next day, my mother was not happy with her decision. So we called 1st Atlantic, and after working on a very large job in freezing temps, they came back, removed the appliances and moved them back to her condo and hooked them back up. Because of the snow from the day before (yep, they moved her in the snow) the steps and landing were a solid sheet of ice. They took a shovel and chopped away the ice and used gallons of hot water to melt it in order to make moving these heavy appliances safe for them and more importantly to avoid damaging the appliances. I was so impressed and extremely grateful. I will be spreading the word and recommending them to everyone. Oh…..and they were on time! A big plus.

These guys are awesome. They are very affordable, which is great, but they offer comprehensive customer service as well. They anticipated our needs by having on hand moving supplies, like "furniture blankets" to keep our furniture from scuffing, ratchet straps, packing supplies, and material wrapping. We didn't need the tape and such because we had packed before our move, but their service didn't stop there. They came prepared with tools and knowledge to dismantle some of our more complicated furniture. They did a fantastic job. They worked quickly and efficiently, and with an abundance of courtesy. Even though much of our furniture is not particularly fancy, and I told them not to worry about scratching some of our materials. They still worked methodically and with care. We highly recommend 1st Atlantic Moving & Storage. We are looking forward to working with them again as soon as next week.
