Awful service there this morning. The girl working the counter ignored me for ten minutes while she was gossiping around the corner. She knew I was there and said "be right there" and then finished her conversation. She then came to the desk and told me she would help me after she helped this other guy, and ho had just walked in! I am a very busy person and don't have time to wait around for this, guess I'll be going to FedEx from now on.

Extremely unprofessional, I had a very valuable package held for pick-up and when I went to pick it up, they couldn't find it. Even after they called me to come pick it up. They then told me it was pickup by another business and that I had to go get 2 miles away. This package required a signature, so I'm not sure how they were able to give it to someone else. After driving over to the other business it was nowhere to be found. I drove back to ups and they finally found it on the ground in the back. My item was damaged. Unacceptable behavior.

I new the package was coming any moment so I patiently waited outside because where I live it's hard to figure out which house is which due to no numbers really visible, so I watched the person pull in and made it quite obvious I was waiting on that package the driver ignored me and went to another house and instead of walking up and placing it on the door step (wrong door) they just chucked it at the porch!! Mean while I'm 2 houses over pissed because I heard the package hit the house and these are my children's expensive tablets for Christmas!!!!!! Which I've already now waited 2 weeks for!! If they are damaged you can bet UPS will be paying for new ones!! I'm really very upset with this delivery person who was extremely rude and completely careless!! I'm a single mom and saved for a while to get those for my children, I'm really not happy!!

Center is apparently under-staffed. My packages were stopped in Nashua, NH en route to Williston. The next day, they were routed back to Chelmsford, MA. It's 12/8 and they are already blaming holiday volume? "The tightest ship in the shipping business" Not!

Rude Rude Rude customer service, I am actually shocked that I was told that I couldn't be helped and that my problem wasn't their issue. I had to call the national line to receive help locally and had the phone slammed down on me. (I wasn't rude to begin with because I knew my issue wasn't with them originally and I just needed to see if I could change the package delivery address last minute for a birthday cake I was decorating, the original item got damaged and we needed it asap...it was two days late) they slammed down the phone without even trying to help me or at the very least give me the number to call. When I called the national number, they told me I had to call Amazon and that this was their issue, and I had the information secured and couldn't get a change of address, that I would need special permission from Amazon. I called Amazon and she said that was the craziest thing she has ever heard, when the package leaves their facility or distributors, then it is up to the mailing facility. I called back UPS, and got a different person, told them what I had been through and she said that Amazon was correct, that UPS was now responsible. They called the original LOCAL UPS I had spoken to, because apparently that's the only way they will communicate with someone is if the national chain makes them.....I had to go through hours of talking to many different people to basically be told by UPS that they wouldn't do any exceptions even though they were late on delivering my package in the first place. One to my next order of sneakers, not as important as the last one but I still paid over night shipping....they are now three days late, and they refused to leave my package that I needed for Monday. They are $30 sneakers.....I just don't understand why they didn't leave them with me or a neighbor, I have a very secure place of residence, and now they won't come until after Monday. They said I have to sign for it, I have never signed for them before, I will give them a benefit of the doubt but at this point, after I get this package I am going to be very hesitant and try my hardest to avoid this company. Not worth the headache or the rudeness!!!

The driver of my town constantly drops the ball on much needed packages. He is too lazy to walk up some stairs. Customer service is a joke and the actual warehouse provides very little help.

Terrible customer service. Packages are scanned in through tracking saying that there at the facility but when going to pick them up was told that they were not available because they were on a truck somewhere in the parking lot and they had no idea where.

Waited all day for a package that was suppose to be here today. Called ups several times to ask of it was delayed due to a storm and they assured me I was getting my package today. I waited until 730 pm and no package. Do not use UPS..... I asked for my package to be held and they are now saying it is back on a truck! All this while I am trying to move and drove a hour and a half to get my package with no delivery

Never use this company. They have damaged my property and never did anything about it, not even a simple apalogy. Now I've been waiting for a package that's been "out for delivery" since Monday. Each day I've been home but they send me an email saying nobody was home. They just lie so they don't have to get to every package. You pay for items to be delivered and they never make it on time or at all. And when you call to speak to someone who you would think cares they never call back. I would use anyone but UPS, I never have issues with FedEx or USPS.

I had a package that was supposed to be over night shipping. I ordered it Monday; it was supposed to come Tuesday. we had a bad storm so i understand a 2 day delay. Thursday comes around, I call to find out when i will get my package, the women couldn't tell me when i was getting and wouldn't let me pick it up. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he promised me after calling the warehouse it was on the truck and i would getting it that day. Never got the package Thursday. Friday comes the tracking said it was again on the truck and i would be getting between 12:45-4:45. The end of Friday comes and now they are saying there is another delay and i wouldn't be getting it until Monday. This was supposed to be a over night shipping and now we are going on 5 days and I still haven't received my package. And wont be for another 2 days. I will never use your service again and will making sure to tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.

Left package on the side of the road. I can understand UPS not wanting to come up a long snow covered driveway (even tho it was plowed). However, throwing the package on top of a snow bank on the side of the road is NOT acceptable. In the past they have left packages at the base of our driveway address post, which we are fine with. But to start leaving them by the road is not. Just asking to be stolen.

Brown delivers! There is no finer, UPS hard working driver and deliverer than Jason who does this end of B-town! I don't know many people that work as diligently, pleasantly and efficiently than he does. It is a pleasure to be on the other end knowing all deliveries are received!!! Thank you for employing such a decent young man.

UPS keeps leaving our packages at our neighbor's house. I don't know if it's because they're confused or if they're too lazy to come up our driveway. Lucky that the neighbor is an honest guy.

Waited all day for 2 boxes on truck for delivery and they weren't delivered. The driver went home instead. I try not to use UPS if I can. FedEx is always here before noon, but UPS is always late, usually after 8pm.

It's way to difficult trying to communicate with this outfit. If you got a problem you have to physically go to a UPS location, hope it's open, and the counterperson may or may not be able to help.

Garbage service. Had a signature package to be deliver, was working in the room near both doors with a dog who loves to bark at strangers, and package was not delivered. I don't know if they went to the wrong house, or were just plain FOS, I rescheduled online to pickup at the local UPS center. They gave me a phone number that has the most ridiculously long and tedious queue that tries to punt you to all the services you've used to get the help number in the first place... and I still can't get a hold of anyone there. Usually they deliver packages fine, but they mucked this one up, and their customer service is garbage.

Wow. Horrible. No text or email updates, can't get ahold of customer service. And if your package is delayed on a Friday you don't get it until the next week! And when you actually go in, they are rude to you and really can't help you

The package I sent to my freshman at UVM, for delivery yesterday (Fri), Is at this center as of 5:45 am this morning (Sat). But they say that it won't be delivered until TUESDAY. WILL NOT EVEN ALLOW me to arrange for it to be picked up for her. UPS SUX. Not even sympathetic. SO much for that delicious Banana Bread. Moldy by TUES. Never again.

I am sick & tired of UPS. Waited all day as I could see the package was on the truck out for delivery. Then get the message that it was delayed due to a severe weather event. We have a difficult driveway, to be fair, many a driver has driven up to the bend and walked the rest of the way, (not far), but more often, if it is late, we get the message "weather delay". The rest of the time I see a package is on its way, then it gets transferred to USPS, which delays the package 2 more days as the post office leaves a little pink slip and then we have to go pick it up. FedEx doesn't seem to have this problem, they get to us just fine. Person on the phone, in who knows where, was less than helpful. Same old, same old... Another package not delivered. Same old excuse, emergency situation or severe weather delay after getting the notice it is on the truck and will be delivered between 10:15 & 2:15. Chatted with someone once at 5:30 and again at 8:30pm Still assured over & over it would come today. Midnight now - no package. They need to hire more folks, clearly unable to handle their deliveries. Don't use UPS - go with FedEx or USPS

Terrible customer service. Paid $8 to change delivery date. Wanted a package delivered on a Monday instead of previous Thursday because I was called out of town. They took the $ and told me the transaction went through as requested. Then three days later I get an email (now I'm out of town) that my package is being held at the the local shipping office (as I requested which is not at all true) and I have 5 days to drive down and pick it up. This isn't what I paid for. UPS unilaterally changed the conditions of my change request without giving me a chance to opt out. Now I have to drive to the office during my work day (highly inconvenient and not what my boss pays me for!!) Total bait and switch scam. Not very ethical UPS!

Ups "verified " that my package ( a laptop) was delivered. It was not. They assert that I have to deal with the shipper (they say Amazon), even though i placed the order through ebay and Amazon has no involvement. UPS was the last to have their hands on it, and will take no responsibility.

For years and in multiple locations I have had issues with getting them to just leave the package. Frequently they won't honor when you sign the back of the "missed you" slip and they won't leave the package in an alternative location.

Package made it overnight from California and then from down south to the sorting facility in Williston that's when I lost track of it all I'm told is no information available. Even with their new website I still can't get any answers to my questions when can I expect my package and what time, is that to much to ask? I mean, they are in the business of moving and tracking packages? And try to speak with a real person, good luck with that!!! I paid for overnight delivery, it'll be four days before I get, I bet!!!!

Waited all day for package only to receive notification of delay due to severe weather conditions, which is a bogus excuse since happenstance brought me into Williston on the date of my "guaranteed delivery" where I noticed the weather was sunny with zero precipitation (much like the weather near where I live). This facility simply lied and has subsequently stated that the package is "undeliverable", which, since they are also closed for the weekend (not sure how they get away with that one either) , means I will not be able to pick up my own package slash do their job for them until Monday. Will be contacting Amazon to see if another delivery service may be provided from now on since this is not the first time this has happened and there is no excuse for lying to me or Amazon, and I hope Amazon shares this sentiment. WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER!

Worst delivery service ever! Claims they delivered my packages to my side door, um I don't have a side door and I was home all day. Called to try and figure out what happened and was on hold for thirty minutes, only to be told I would have to call the store where I purchased. Wonderful, they deliver the packages to the wrong address and the retailer has to figure it out.

There worthless order 2 packages same time one came Wednesday the 29th of June and the second was was supposed to arrive Thursday the 30th. This was a important package containing a pillow for leg support since I had a major knee surgery on the 30th. Finally got a hold of someone they said I needed to go pickup the package in Williston. I paid for it to be delivered to the door and they said the best they could do is ship it to my door on July 5 the eairliest but the latest July 7th.
