Looks like this location has a reputation for bad customer service. This situation has me considering finding another storage company. I have a very busy schedule and I'm moving out of my apartment late in the evening because my lease ends the next morning. From what I'd been told in the past, I'm supposed to have 24 hour access. Apparently what I have is "After Hours" which is only 5 hours past closing time (missed it by about ten minutes). I attempted to access the building and was denied access, so I called corporate customer service. Customer service called the local general manager and explained my situation. The general manager told customer service that in order for him to give me access, he'd have to show up, disable the alarm and be there while I was moving stuff into the unit, therefore he was not going to help. It's one thing if it's completely out of someone's hands, but to be so negligent to say that because he'd have to work, he's not going to follow through with any level of customer service? I also don't really think he'd need to disable the alarm system and sit around while I moved my stuff. Why wouldn't he just show up (yes still disable the alarm) and change my account and go home? I'm guessing poor customer service.

I was not expecting the level of service I received. In particular, Mickey L., the General Manager, is one of the hardest working people I’ve ever seen - nice guy, busy dude, but goes really far out of his way for his customers. Just a nice group of hard working folks that went above and beyond and worked late hours to get me out of a tight spot. Very grateful.

I bought my Acura MDX in for a tow package install and the tech ran into some issues with the wiring. He put in an extra effort to fix it and appreciated not having to come back later for a new wire harness. I highly recommend this place for installation of towing equipment...they have done it all and have experience to get it done right.

It took 40 minutes just to get my paperwork and storage container. I reserved my order online to save time and found myself going in circles with the receptionist.

Came in yesterday after spending 20 minutes longer than I would have liked with an attempt to explain I needed a truck today for 24 hours. Reservation made, show up today to no truck. Truck was given away because I didn't show up at a certain time 3 hours into my 24 hour window. Failed communication and an immediate shut down to remedy the situation or maintain any professional customer service skills. Response was "I don't want to deal with you". Well good. I went elsewhere with my business and don't intend on dealing with fatty mcsmirks and the inept squad ever again. The one person there that I thought had a clue was the one who fkd it all up. Never again.

Most business are only out to make a buck, but these two gentlemen are all about putting a smile on customers' faces...

Everything worked very smoothly with my truck rental here. The place is clean and the process was efficient. I was able to return it at night with no issues and it is a completely safe area. They also have self storage. Didn’t have to deal with any of the shenanigans that I’ve seen at some U-Haul locations in other states.

These guys are total charlatans. I had a hitch installed. They told me Icould wait. It would only be an hour. I wound up waiting 4 hours. They repeatedly lied about how long it would take.
