I wouldn't recommend that anyone use this storage facility....lisa is rude and makes things a lot more difficult than need be, we caught her in multiple lies we were charged for a lock cut after we made contact with her, wasn't in office when she claimed to be there rude very snottie and wouldn't give the owners number or name, the maintenance man is just as bad

Had my unit illegally seized and emptied with nothing sent to me via email or calls. Constantly getting the run around. Lisa is never in the office to pay for your unit she is very rude at all points of contact.

i have always experience great service until my last contact when i called to pay my bill and was disrespected by Lisa who hang up on my twice and assumed that i was having a bad day. she was very rude and charge my card before i gave permission as i wanted to use a different card to pay. if an employee is having a bad day please know how to keep it separate from your job. storage space great Lisa Rude not good for business.

The office manager went above and beyond to save me money by finding the right size unit at a cost that fit my budget! She is always there when I need to contact her with a question or concern.

Beware of this criminal! I called her a week before I was going to move out of her storage unit to tell her that I would be out of the unit before the first of the month which I was and placed lock and keys inside the unit per requested by her and she charged me anyway for another month!!

I have a storage unit with them , they are bad people to do business with, never plowed, driveway icey, slipped fell hurt myself and then when i called the office to report it the lady hung up on me , don't do business with them !!!

When you call the store it all and you get the voicemail and they said they'll call you back within 15 minutes they do. And if you have a problem at your storage unit you can call them and they come within 30 min or less.
