Called to have them come for a quote. They didn't show up. They never called to say they weren't coming, but did answer the phone when we called to ask where they were. They said a big storm prevented them from coming on time. That is understandable. Rescheduled for the next day; no call, no show at scheduled time. Called to see where they were, no one answered. They tried calling the next day, but at that point we are going with another moving company. Disappointing since the reviews here are so positive!

Showed up on time and moved us a couple of hours. I also had several heavy pieces of furniture including a piano that had to go up a set of stairs and they were able to do it all while keeping the pieces well protected. I have to add that we moved on a very hot day but Shane and his team remained professional through it all. We'd gladly use their services again!

RTK Moving, LLC. did an excellent job for us. They removed a very old, very heavy and very awkward hot water heater from our basement, up a narrow interior stairwell (we have no bulkhead) through four doors, then disposed of it. I had called and left a message on Thursday, and was impressed to receive a return call after business hours. We arranged for removal the very next day! The crew arrived early, after calling me to see if it was convenient. They were respectful, polite, efficient, quick and committed to delivering top quality service. I highly recommend using the services of RTK Moving.

Needed a large, heavy cabinet moved 20 miles and into a small room with difficult hallway and doors. Small job, but tricky. Everything went perfectly. Crew was professional and patient with the fragile cabinet and tight space. Excellent job.

Just had this company move us from one home to another in southern VT. They were professional, extremely careful of our furniture, very willing to work with us. They arrived on time or even a little early. They worked with our schedule and accommodated us. We were able to store our furniture on the truck over a weekend. I would not hesitate to use them again and I recommend them highly.
