went out to eat here. pizza came to me as dough not cooked. reordered it to bring home . got home with it the same way. white dough, play dough with toppings. cooked it in my oven for 20 minutes tasted great. if you cant figure out how to cook a pizza and what color it should be then you shouldnt be a cook. its simple common sense.

I was sick all night after eating there. The place really needs a good cleaning and they need to learn to cook pan pizza all the way . I was really surprised at how dirty the chairs the ceiling the ceiling fans the menus where stickie the flip menu on the table just gross! The staff seemed to wrapped up in themselves to wait on customers. Never again will we go there.

Our local Pizza Hut has had it's ups and downs. Lately it's all been up. The last few times the pizza and breadsticks were cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and attentive. Keep up the good work! We love Pizza Hut but it's no good if the toppings are skimpy and the breadsticks are overcooked.

The one time I ate inside, they messed up my order (I wanted traditional, non-breaded, bone-in wings with medium buffalo sauce, they gave me breaded boneless), then it took an hour and a half to get my order fixed. And just last night, I did carry-out to get my traditional, non-breaded, bone-in wings with medium buffalo sauce and they gave me some sauce that wasn't medium. I believe it was mild. It was good, but not was I wanted. I have never received what I ordered when I get food from this location. I will still give it four stars because I like food and even though the food wasn't what I wanted, it still tasted good.

Food was... well it was Pizza Hut. The service was awful. VERY VERY unprofessional. Server failed to do her job. Went to smoke and left her table unattended waiting on stuff, didnt get back in before we checked out and was leaving. We will never go back. The whole staff up front was rude.

We had lunch there with my children and grandchildren and my Dad who was visiting from NY. The salad bar was very fresh and a nice variety. We all had the pizza buffet and my Dad who is from NY has a favorite, buffalo chicken which wasn't on the buffet. I asked about it and our waitress said give us 15 minutes. She brought out two pieces for my Dad and sent him home with one of his own. VERY nice and accommodating!! AND the pizza bar was the best!

So it's Christmas Eve and our car broke down not far from this Pizza Hut. We have a 7 hour wait until our ride gets here, so we decided to order some pizza. Not only was the pizza and service amazing, the staff heard about our trouble and gave us free pizza to brighten our day! Would totally recommend this place to everyone!

The people are really nice but for me that's only a fraction of what I consider. The quality is consistent for me at this location. Consistently off. One time they left off a topping (one I actually paid extra for), one time the sauce was all in the center of the pie like it was put on but not spread out and another time the pizza was cut like the person doing it was blind folded. There were micro size pieces and gargantuan pieces that had to be cut again personally. I'll still go because I live in colchester and they're cheap and open but don't expect a home run at this one. I mean they could hit one for you but they haven't for me yet. Also... One more thing.. If you get crafty ordering online like I do with the fancier ingredients, crusts and different cheese types....that's a recipe for a forgotten topping.

The Parmesan cheese container was covered in dried on sauce. The salad had no veggies other than tomatoes & broccoli. Yes lettuce that was brown. Silverware was absolutely nasty!! My family enjoys pizza Hut but this location was the far worst I have ever seen!! Very dissapointed! Will not return....

Terrible food, even WORSE service. I will never go back, I should have known better than to go to a trashy franchise like this. They failed to have the pizza ready on time after sitting in line for around 7 minutes, the manager told me to pull up so they can get the customer behind them their pizza. I waited for 10 minutes out front and no one came out so I drove back around through the drive through. After sitting back in line another 10 minutes a meth head looking woman with rotten teeth opened the window and said "hold on a minute" and before I could even respond closed the window again. Several minutes later she shoves a pizza out the window then ask for money. I asked for a discount since I had been sitting there for over 30 minutes. She closes the window then several minutes later a manager appears and says rudely they had my pizza ready and refuses a discount. I told them to shove it up their a$$ and left. I guess they were more interested in their meth habit than serving food.

Showed up near the end of a road trip, and it was just before they were closing. They were incredibly nice and accommodating, even though last minute customers are usually a pain. They made sure we felt welcome, and made us some of the best Pizza Hut food I have ever had. It was a pretty unreal experience. Thanks Diamond City Pizza Hut!

They couldn't take the order right, pizza was raw and very doughy! They couldn't even get the credit card number right and we gave it to them 3 times! Then we gave them another card. They delivered the pizza in 15 minutes! Raw! I tried to call the store and I was transferred to another a store! I hung up on the guy! Frustrated to the max! They will never have our business again!

While sitting in the parking lot, we tried to use the online application to place our to go order. The app however decided to route our order to a different location. Abandoning that route, I went in to place the order for their $7.99 special. The young lady behind the counter rang it up for the full amount. When asked, she made some excuse about not being able to control what coupons it took and had to call the manager over. If Pizza hut is going to use technology, they should work out the bugs.

This is probably the worst Pizza Hut that I've ever been to. Slow moving staff, messy work space in the kitchen area, and overall dirty appearance made me lose my appetite. The pizza that we got was just OK. If you have to have pizza and cannot drive somewhere else, well, ok, you can eat here. It seems to have walk in traffic from a local college. This might explain their staying in business.

I worked here. I worked my tail off. I worked Thanksgiving and Christmas when the establishment was closed. I did not recieve holiday pay. Thankfully, I was given an opportunity elsewhere. However, once I gave my two weeks notice and my new job called for a reference, I was sabotaged by my manager because she was angry I was leaving. Thank God that I had other excellent references. The ironic part is, months later the corporation was calling me asking me to come back. I said no Thank you. I have since learned that this Pizza Hut is under a new manager, and I wish him well. There are some wonderful people that work at this establishment. They are what kept me going at the low points of my employment experience. The food is still on par with any other Pizza Hut you may go too. Also, please beware that if you or someone you know Applies to be a delivery driver for PH, the company does not tell them that there is a difference between personal auto insurance and commercial exposure when they are delivering pizzas. In other words, while PH mandates that all delivery drivers have their own auto insurance they do not tell delivery drivers that they will not be covered by their own insurance if they get into an accident while on duty, because when you are using your own auto for business purposes, then your personal auto insurance is not appropriate in the hours you are delivering their food. Just some "food" for thought.

Restaurant continues to be severely understaffed. The server was running constantly, seating people, clearing tables, and packing carry out orders. She was impressive. In spite of that, I never got my drink refilled, I never go my plates cleared, and the buffet was never restocked. See the sorry state of the buffet in the photo. This place desperately needs to hire more people!!

Walked in and was stared at - not greeted. Asked, what can I do for you guys?" while waiting to be sat. So I asked if we could sit and eat and he seemed unsure about it. Decided to ask if we wanted menus. Um....why wouldnt we want menus? Server had zero menu knowledge and zero people skills. Told server we wanted a minute and he vanished for 10 minutes. Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with a pull apart crust. Got a buffalo chicken stuffed crust and it tasted more sweet than spicy, but was red. Tasted awful. Got up to leave and we stood at the register for another 10 minutes while three employees ignored us after looking DIRECTLY at us. Instead of saying that they would be right with us they simply continued on with their tasks. Clearly we didnt eat but he didnt ask us why we didnt eat or if we wanted a box or anything. If I had opened my mouth I would have been mean so I chose to leave because I was incredibly frustrated. The place was empty, but two tables were dirty and so were the floors. Should've realized after seeing that that it wasnt going to go well.

Atrocious service. When I walked in, I was the only customer. Although there were at least 4 people standing there talking, no one made an effort to wait on me. Another woman came from the back and did so. She was very nice, but seemed unsure of herself. Once my order was placed, she told me she'd call my name when it was ready. So, I took a seat at the entrance and waited. And waited. And waited. Nearly 30 minutes later I went to the counter to see where my food was. There was no one in sight. Even when I called out, no one appeared. After a few minutes, a young man with a jacket on walked in. He was, clearly, a delivery driver. I asked him about my order. He stepped over to the holding oven, stared at it and did nothing else. When the woman who waited on me returned, he walked away mumbling she could help. I needed to show my receipt to prove I had an order. When she walked back to the kitchen area, she came out and stated my order had just come out. Please! This place had only one other order after mine! With such abysmal service, I've no idea how they stay in business. Someone MUST actively and properly manage the place. To top it all off, the bone-outs weren't completely sauced. It is their job to get it right. Nice enough people, but terrible service!

Staff did not give the warmest welcome. Brought me wrong soft drink order...sweet tea instead of unsweetend. Waited 15 min, then took drink to waitress myself, she was not friendly at all. Waited 35 minutes for cheese sticks. Asked about them & when they brought them out, was told they lost them, found them in take out box & actually said they brought us same ones..ice cold!! Brought out pizza 5 minutes later. Hardly any marinara sauce on pizza, but know some like barely any sauce on their pizza. They never checked up on us...not even to ask if everything is ok. We asked to get discount on cheese sticks for their mistakes. Took forever to get the bill, but they did take entire cheese stick order off the bill.

I just ordered the "ultimate cookie"...... cookie wasn't bad..... except that whoever cut it used a knife that was covered with onions!!!! Multiple pieces of onion stuck in between slices, and every other bite of cookie tasked like onion. Dinner box is still a great deal. But the cheese bread sticks were over done as usual.... and tasted like cinnamon.

Got my order wrong. I ordered garlic sauce and a double order of breadsticks and I got ranch and a single order of breadsticks (even though I PAID for the double order). The delivery man was nice and called the manager to give me a credit, but I didn't know the credit was for when I order from them again in the future and NOT credit back to my debit card. Not a good idea to piss off a pregnant woman.

The food was ok. When we walked in, an odor fermented from the mens restroom. The hostess/waitress apologized and then sat as in the path of the stench (when the door was opened to it,tbid was realized but happen after our food was served). There was a male mopping, clearly not using ammonia or such a sterilizer. Come time to pay, the manager coming on duty was verifying the register. She said she was almost done. Our waitress took our payment. As she's doing so, my son, who works in food service, asked her if they had a deck brush. She didn't know what this is. He asked what they use to clean the floors. She said "we mop them". I cannot make this up!!!

It was pretty good! The food was great and the workers were very nice! Would not recommend the bathroom but other than that I liked it. I only went in to pick up so I'm unsure how the rest of the place looked, there was a bunch of stuff blocking most of the seating area from view.

It's on top of the hill. If you dont look up you'll drive right by it. Pizza sauce was way better here than in Florida. Great staff -plus they have a drive through.

I found this place to be in need of a cleaning. The seats,the tables and the floors haven't been really cleaned well in awhile...the staff was very friendly and nice...the food was the same as any Hut...it's time PIZZA HUT stepped it up...ReVamp!

July 28th 2018 was the date of my visit just for the record. The house was full and with a party of 12 our expectations were set for a long wait for food. I am happy to report that my expectations were exceeded as the food was ready with no excessive delay. The manager on duty was a woman who's name I can't recall but she was newly promoted to the job. She had only one staffer available in the kitchen and dispite these limitations our orders were accurate and prompt. This location was clean and the food was delicious. I recommend stopping in for a bite.

Only Pizza Hut that doesn’t have Parmesan or crushed red pepper packets. They always forget sauce and when you ask for toppings on your pizza your lucky to see one of each topping on every slice!! One of the cheapest pizza huts I’ve ever been to not to mention the staff is very slow!!!!!!!

The place was empty the entire time we were there, and as a result the staff was mostly slacking off. The food took ages and our order was messed up, but once we finally got to eat it was of good quality. If it weren't for the bad service I would have really enjoyed my experience here.

Came at 9:20 to place a carry out order on a Tuesday. The doors say open till ten and so does the website. Walked inside and everything was closed down and lights were off. Yelled and no one answered, went back out to my car and she walked out shortly after me and locked the doors and is now smoking outside next to us. Not impressed

Don't have much for drinks, what they had for bottled drinks, weren't cold at all and didn't bring or offer a glass of ice to go with it. Took 15 minutes for a bottle of root beer and cup of ice water to get to our table. One waited running around. Food in the bot bar with a closed sign over it. Just not at all what I've come to expect from any pizza hutt. Especially considering all the others have closed. Not good for business.

Decent food, excellent waitstaff. Older interior with the "classic" Pizza Hut feel. Weekdays, they have a buffet for $6.99, and they keep it well-stocked and fresh. Bathrooms are dated and dark, which is typical of older Pizza huts.

My expectations were not too high, and I don't expect 5 star service from PH. We were traveling through and decided to order about 15 minutes out, and the person that took the order said pick it up in 15...going through Kemmerer we stopped for gas. So by the time we got to PH it had been about 25 minutes. Inside there wasn't a whole lot off people being served (2 tables). The cashier finally maded it over, asked my name ran my card, then told me it would be a few more moments...another seven. The pizza was great, but don't be in a hurry at this one.

Very poor service! I waited at least 10 minutes to be seated, even though there were empty tables. My order was taken pretty fast, once I was seated. I ordered a personal pan pizza, beef taco. When the waiter brought the pizza, he told me they were out of salsa. Seriously? What's a taco pizza without salsa? I ordered a chocolate chip cookie to go, was told it would take 10-15 minutes. I paid my bill about 10 or so minutes later and stood waiting for my order. 15 minutes later, I said something. The guy who was cutting the baked pizzas and placing them in their boxes looked at me funny, then reached over and picked up my order. It had been sitting on the warming shelf all the time, along with other orders!!! Was I mad! As I stood there waiting, I watched the flow of work. So unorganized! The phone rang endlessly, often without being answered. This is the WORST Pizza Hut I've ever been at! Looking at the other reviews, I can see I'm not alone.

The service is absolutely horrible every time my family and I order food there we always have a problem. Just tonight we ordered medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage, what we got was a medium pizza with pretty much no cheese, very few pepperoni, barley any sauce and completely covered in sausage. But yet when its made right the food is still good, the service and employees leave something to be desired........

Pizza was excellent. They didn't tell us, when you add a salad bar to your meal for $4 it is only for one trip to the salad bar. I took a little bit of salad, thinking I could go back and get different combination of salad. I feel ripped off.
