I have not been overly happy with the response I have had for damaged shipments. The last shipment I sent was heavily damaged and I was essentially blown off with a "file a claim" where they pay $1 lb for a product that is worth much more. My customer says it is "worse than ususal" which indicates this is not an isolated occurrance. There was no explanation what happened or much concern. There was no assurance that there might be some quality control to improve the situation, just an not too sincere "sorry about that, file a claim".
