Absolutely First Class experience in every way. From the earliest email inquiries about vacancies to the closing out of our term, everything was handled in the most professional manner by Deborah Shank (completely online no less!). My son, a UVM student who did the actual physical storage part, said it was an easy and quick drive from Burlington. The unit was spotless on move in and the 24-hour access worked to perfection, allowing a final late night stash before heading home. Deborah then knew he was moved out of the unit before I did, putting into motion the final paperwork before I even contacted her! Talk about service. The other thing is, if you've ever tried to arrange student storage in the Burlington area, you often get the feeling that people don't really want your business. This was not the case at Chimney Corners. I felt like my business -- heck even just my inquiry into potential vacancies -- was wanted and appreciated. It really was the kind of service you find in 5-star hotel. Any further storage needs we have in the Burlington area will be done at Chimney Corners!

There's a reason for all these positive reviews. This facility is clean and secure. Management is polite, profession, quick to respond to needs. I closed my unit yesterday (Sunday) and got my deposit this morning. Not to mention, it is a easy convenient place (right off 89, near a gas station, nice road the whole way there). Great value for the price, highly recommend.

Great experience working with Chimney Corners Self Storage during our move between apartments in Burlington. Distance wasn't too far, and the space was clean, easy to access, and felt very secure. When I misread the policy regarding move-out notice, Jennifer was willing to work with me for our mutual benefit. Being a college student in Burlington, I'm probably going to be moving again, and I definitely would use this storage facility in the future!

I highly recommend this facility! The units and grounds are very clean and well maintained. There is a great security system and you are able to access the units 24/7. You are able to conduct all business online, however the owner follows up with an email to welcome you. I have always felt very valued as a customer.

I had an excellent experience using Chimney Corners Self Storage. Communication was fast, everything was done online which was super convenient, and access to the facility was easy and secure. I loaded the storage space in December 2017. My unit was in perfect condition upon arrival and all my items (basically almost all my possessions!) were in perfect condition when I moved out in the Spring. Right next to I-89 and Route 7. Highly recommend!

Great storage facility. Clean, secure, easy access at any time. My possessions were stored for over a year, and opened and closed multiple times and still no moisture got into paperwork or clothing. I will definitely use them again. Managers friendly and accommodating.

Right over the Colchester line in Milton, very easily accessible to anywhere in Chittenden County. As noted in other reviews the facility is clean and exceptionally managed, never had any issues with communication or billing, and was refunded my security deposit promptly. HIghly recommend this storage facility!

This is a very professionally run operation. Can not speak highly enough of Deborah. When my wife and I first went to see the units it was late in the day and she had a prior engagement she was heading out to. She said she would wait for us to arrive and she did. Then she took the time to show us the units and explain everything to us and answer all our questions. Not once did I feel pressured to hurry up so she could go. Since then she has run the billing of the unit like clock work. I feel very comfortable with the unit and it was very clean and the area was well secured. I would highly recommend Chimney Corners Self Storage for everyone looking for reliable, clean and secure storage. I would give it a 10 Star rating.
