If I could give it a zero I would. We moved from New York to Colorado,shipment was loaded on the 7th of November.scheduled delivery per contract was between the 12th and the 24th. We arrived in Colorado on the 12th, multiple emails / telephone calls were made to Carpenter Brothers requesting to know when our stuff was in transit. We reviewed no reply. Telephone call to arpin Van lines was done on the 16th only to find shipment was not even loaded yet. apparently it will be picked up on the 19th and delivered the last possible day of the contract, the 24th, and even that could be delayed if they had bad weather. I will do another review to update this one after delivery. Needless to say we were very disappointed to be so misled as we were told it would likely be before the 24th.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I had a horrible experience with this moving company. I was assigned their services through my job which was relocating me. In our phone calls planning for the move to schedule their visit and estimate the amount of household goods I would be shipping, they would end my phone calls by just hanging up with no indication of whether their questions had been answered or if the conversation was over. They arrived for the move at 2pm instead of their scheduled 8am because it was more convenient for them to do something else on the way. They still wanted to finish the day as quickly as possible and did a very messy job packing all my belongings. They forgot a closet of my items that I had specifically told them about and wound up quickly packing it away when they wanted to leave. They forgot items completely in my bathroom. They damaged my furniture and then reported it as damaged on the household goods inventory. They made up damages on furniture that was not damaged, it was in brand new condition. When my household goods finally got to the destination, there were items missing and the packing job was so terrible it was impossible to reassemble much of my furniture. When I tried to call to speak to them their response was to contact someone else. When I stated my experience with their company their response was, "ok". Ironically this is the same response they had in our first phone call when they hung up without finishing the conversation and I called back confused asking if the conversation was over - their response: "ok". I would not recommend their services to anyone.

These guys were great! Flexible with our changing schedules, professional and quick. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help with a move, in fact we plan to call them again.
