After leaving a message that the item was ready to schedule for delivery, they immediately began calling random people they found on Google that might know me and giving them the details of the shipment.

I will edit my review when and if they answer the phone. I've tried calling again and again and this place doesn't even have a voicemail. The website doesn't give hours of operation. Hopefully i can get in touch with someone before christmas as the cargo they have is christmas gifts.
