Working with Moving Connections was a great experience, I can't recommend them enough. Joshua and Wyatt showed up on time, were very professional, incredibly quick and efficient. There were no hidden fees on the final bill, I paid exactly what I expected to pay. Hopefully I don't have to move too often, but when I do they'll get the first call.

Before calling Moving Connections, I had called several moving companies and had received estimates of between $800-1800. So when Moving Connections contacted me with an estimate of $200, I was definitely interested. I revised the information that they had and they revised their estimate. I checked the online reviews and made confirmed a reservation. Lance and Joe showed up Saturday morning, December 8, and worked hard for the next several hours. They offered to move my boxes (not part of my original agreement). I was so sick of the moving process that I agreed, even though I was certain that it would be an excuse to go over the estimate. But Lance and Joe got the job done in the allotted four hours and I paid the price that I had agreed to online. I was very pleased with both the service and the price. I would highly recommend this company.

Setup an appointment on Thursday night for a Monday morning move. Didn’t see anything about a deposit on their website but got an email saying the $100 deposit charge was made to my credit card. Possession date of the house changed on Friday so called them first thing Saturday morning to ask to change to Tuesday. They told me that I lost my deposit because I cancelled in less than 2 business days (there were less than 2 business days when I signed up!) and that they’d be happy to reschedule me the next day after they took my $100 deposit I never knew I was getting into on their website in the first place. Cancelled the move and went with someone else Numerous other movers with similar rates and better reviews that don’t take you to the cleaners and don’t care about you. Steer clear and give someone else your money that doesn’t require big deposits and are unwilling to work with you.

Moving connections was amazing! Vic contacted me and was able to deliver on all the promises he gave me if I used their company. They were easy to schedule and then reschedule my moving date around the closing of my home. Jessie and Chase showed up on time and worked their butts off for 12.5 hours to get my family moved. They broke down beds, set them back up, placed boxes in the rooms they need to be unpacked in. Jesse and Chase were so nice and great to work with. I highly recommend Moving Connections! They were worth every penny spent!

Had a move of about 40 miles, and JD and Zak were the guys that helped out, on a Saturday too. Turns out Saturday is just the same price as a weekday, which is nice. They were awesome guys that were friendly and worked super hard. They got everything moved out pretty fast. I hadn't fully packed everything either, so they did a great job packing all dishes and glasses without anything being damaged or broken. Price was reasonable too. I think they did a good job, and next time I move I'll probably call them again.

First time using movers, it was the best thing we decided to do to. It made a smooth and easy transition. Cheapest quote and still was less than the quote because they were quick. We hired three men, Lance, Chase and Matt and they were professional and worked hard. Especially getting the front loaders and sectional from the basement. There not light and it is a tight squeeze. They took the time to put everything where we wanted it in the new house. I appreciate people who still work hard, thank you for sending these fellas to us!

I had to move out of two different homes in the same month. I got quotes from several different movers, and got the best quote from Moving Connections for my first move on March 1. Lance and one other mover came and did a great job, and completed the move in less time than had been estimated. Then when I had to move from another home on March 25, I got another quote from Moving Connections. Lance and Josh again did a great job and finished in less time than estimated. Couldn't be more happy with their services and how affordable the moves were.

Wonderful experience! This was our first time hiring help for a full move and I couldn’t be happier. (I did hire a different moving company to help me unload a few years ago and THAT was a nightmare, so I was a little hesitant on what we would get this time around). But from the booking process, throughout these guys know what they are doing! The gentleman who booked my move was very helpful and offered small tips on what we should prepare and expect before the movers came to make everything go smoothly on the day of. When our movers, Lance and Travis, showed up they got straight to work, packing my entire kitchen and wrapping the glassware safely. They then proceeded to move our furniture and boxes down 3 flights of stairs. These guys are hardworkers! We then went to our new house and they unloaded everything, (again having to manage stairs). They were with us for a total of 8 hours, but working the entire time, and beats the 2-3 days it probably would have taken us if we had done it on our own! I say totally worth it, and we would totally use them again!

Our last move was a nightmare(Not going to name names, but here are some details)... $300 and nobody seemed to have our reservation, the two people we were supposed to get turned out to be 3(But we got no bump from the extra person), they were 2 1/2 hours late, and the supervisor was on his first supervisory shift, one guy was working his first day, and the other had just barely finished his first week. Just the washer and dryer took 45 minutes to get up a flight of stairs, despite the fact that I own an appliance dolly and offered repeatedly to let them use it. Fast forward 1 year. It's time to move and I'm getting too old to move my stuff alone. I was afraid to waste my money though, but a friend I trust spoke VERY highly of Moving Connections, so I checked out the Google reviews and gave them a call. Night and Day difference... I had someone who actually gave me tips on how to get the most effective use of my movers' time. I had a reservation that actually existed when I called to verify, and I had movers who showed up on time and knew what they were doing. Wow, what a difference it makes! Lance and Zak were totally on their game. We had 3 piles of stuff: 'HAVE to move', 'Move if you get the first pile loaded', and 'Well, if you've loaded everything else and you STILL have time...' They got everything loaded, despite my disorganization. All we have left are little things, the pantry, boxes that have no lids and won't stack, stuff like that. If I'd gone for one more hour, they probably would have loaded all of that AND cleaned our old place, too. :-) I could not possibly have asked for a better experience!n I will definitely be using Moving Connections, and recommending it to my friends. This includes a potential office move if we locate to another building at work.

It was an awful moving experience and made it way more stressful than if I had rounded up a bunch of my friends to help instead. The lack of professionalism was actually insane. I've never yelled at anyone before and I did over the phone to their supervisor and once again when, said supervisor, showed up to assist and diffuse a situation between one of the movers and a pedestrian. The police were actually called. I could not even believe it. Also, I had my brother show up to help just so things would move quicker and so the truck wasn't left unsupervised with all my belongings in the middle of the sidewalk. This company had great reviews and I even had a coworker recommend them saying how nice and efficient they were. That was absolutely not my experience. Maybe it was an "off" day, but I would not recommend them. They did get my things to the new place eventually. My dresser is broken but it's from IKEA and those only survive so many moves. Not their fault. Cheaper than other companies but with the experience I had, I would have preferred to pay another company more. They estimated 2 hours for my 650 sqft apartment moving 1 block away. It took nearly 4.5. Weather was bad, they also had an issue parking the truck. I live downtown and they knew all of that beforehand. Almost like they had no idea how to move from one apartment to the next. Very poor experience.

They worked very hard, were extremely polite, patient and took great care with all our furniture. They navigated tight spaces and carried a lot of very, very heavy furniture up flights of stairs. Joe, JD and this company are GREAT! They were helpful, worked fast and made sure everything was wrapped, corners protected, glass, mirrors and marble all arrived safe. I love the company because they charge by TIME only. All the other companies charged extra for stairs, elevators (are you kidding me), etc... Two men and a truck sent out three guys several years ago. One of them was in training but I was expected to tip all 3 even though we requested 2. None of that nonsense went on with Moving Connections. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THESE GUYS and no hidden fees is also a plus.

I was very happy with the service from this company. Lance and Travis are the men who came to my house to load the truck. Lance called before coming to confirm that they would be coming soon and asked if I needed any thing else; really appreciated that. The PUD I was moving out of limits the truck size and i was concerned about getting everything in, especially since I have a sauna that was in 7 flat boxes which had to be loaded in the truck flat and could not have weight stacked on top of them. My friend who would be driving the truck and has a LOT of experience moving, really thought we would have to rent a flat-bed trailer just for that. Lance and Travis did such an amazing job packing the truck though that we were able to get it into the moving truck, laying flat, just the way it needed to be. We all said, "AWESOME JOB guys!"

I am leaving a 1 star only because the owner of the company, Bart, was a good man and help smooth over the situation, otherwise it would be in the negative. My experience with moving connections was not a good one and I cannot recommend them to anybody. Henry and Hank were the employees I dwelt with. Hank was quiet and seemed to care about my belongings but Henry not at all. He was rude and disrespectful. Through his carelessness he ripped huge gouges into my walls of the house I had sold and was moving out of. Not just scratches in the paint but deep down into the dry wall. They flooded my laundry room when disconnecting the washing machine. They have a waiver to sign about the disconnection of the washing machine, which I didn't think anything of until they flooded my laundry room. How "Professional" movers don't know to turn off both water valves before taking the hoses off is beyond me. No wonder they have a waiver cause their employees have no common sense. Then to take the washer down the stairs, it sounds like a freight train and that the house was going to fall over from how fast they took them down the stairs! My washing machine had to be replaced as the rough treatment of it being moved did it in. Then they were supposed to have boxes for my tv's but they didn't. By a miracle they survived the trip. But some of my furniture was not so lucky and had some cosmetic damage. I think they knew I was totally upset with how they had beat up my old house so when moving things into my new house they took a little more care moving the stuff in. I appreciate that but honestly they should have been like that the whole time and this review might not have been so negative. I hate being so negative but my experience was so horrible. Bart the owner is a good guy and the company's only saving grace. He did give me a full refund for the trouble. One big improvement feel the company needs is that the employees need more training in moving and being careful with walls, belongings, etc. Henry for example when I showed him the gouges, he was like, "eh just needs a little paint." Deep gouges require more than a little paint. I'm sorry at any of my jobs if I had given that response, especially if I had caused damage I would have been fired. I hope Henry isn't fired, but he needs more training for sure.

I’ve used a few different moving companies in the past and no one worked as hard and fast as these two guys. They also took very good care of all my belongings. I have moved A LOT over the years both interstate and internationally. Without a doubt this experience was by far and above the best. Bart made the communication about booking, and explanation of rates, simple. I was very lucky when my builder was delayed that Bart had a spot open up for me just when i needed it. I was luckier yet to get such a great crew even in the midst of a HUGE rainstorm. Jesse, Josh, and Braxton were so pleasant, incredibly efficient, and strong beyond belief! I was concerned about the white walls of my new contemporary house and yet, this crew was amazing! My builder said they typically do touch ups after moving but not with these guys! I was stunned that by the end of it all with some huge pieces, my house wasn’t dinged at all!! Jesse was right on when he guessed how long it might take. They even asked at the end of a long day if there was anything more they could do. They took great care of all my pieces and even my new driveway . I would highly recommend them
