Update - There was damage to my new stainless refrigerator, foot-board, and damage to my walls. My Samsung fridge costs my about $1800, my bed was $1600 and this is the response I get. After I refused allow them to charge my credit card when I have a receipt showing PAID IN FULL!!! What is wrong with these people?? Not even a phone call?!?!? ""The damages refund amount on your items was $238, just under the $258 currently owed on your account. In order to compensate for the wall damage as well I am crediting you the full $258 which brings you to a zero balance. Thank you for choosing 7 Brothers, and again I apologize for the inconvenience of having to deal with damages associated with your move. Thank you, Liz Wittwer" These were nice kids but they have very little moving experience. I was very open with what we were moving; 2-10x20 storage units, a 1200sq ft apartment that included a piano, washer, dryer, refrigerator, etc. I was on a time frame and needed to be done quickly and efficiently. I was supposed to have 4 movers and their biggest truck. I got 3 movers and a 26’ ft U-Haul truck. The movers had no tools and literally asked my husband who had to direct them and keep them moving to help. Which he ended up moving most of the heavy stuff. And then they didn’t even get everything and when he suggested they go back to get the last THREE items they left behind, you would have thought someone kicked them in the stomach. So he sent them home. What was supposed to only take 4 hours took almost 6. Oh did I mention we vacated one full storage unit and most of the apartment the day before? And when I tried to call the office(in Texas or Mississippi) I never got through or got a call back. Worst service EVER!! And oh the damage is another story!!

I have had other moving companies that I thought were great but after our experience with them I believe they beat any other moving company. They were extremely patient, helpful and courteous. This is the second time we hired this company and we would definitely recommend Seven Brothers, and hire them in the future. The phone consultation was very thorough and pretty much spot on for the number of trucks and crew members needed to move our household. (There were two things, food storage and exercise equipment, about which we could have used more detailed instruction to properly prepare for the move) We were contacted a few days prior to confirm and again the morning of the move so we would know when to expect them. They were timely and courteous. (We organized our move by color coding boxes for the correct floor and labeled each with the designated room. All our rooms were labeled as well.). After a brief tour of the home, they went to work. When it was time to unload, the process was similar and went smoothly. Why not five stars? We had tons of food storage we thought could be easily moved per the phone consult. In actuality, only the boxed items would be moved. Thankfully, the majority of our storage was boxed. Frustrating that we will have to either gather friends and family to help with those #10 cans, or leave them for the new occupants. If we had known that detail ahead of time we could have had those items boxed as well. We had a treadmill to move, but were unaware it needed to be dismantled. Luckily, we found an exercise equipment handyman service that was able to rush over in time, or wevwould have had to make others arrangements. There was a small ding on one piece, we can cover up, and one of the items lost a few screws in transit. Once again, not a big deal, we can fix it ourselves, but I think five stars means absolute perfection. And that would also mean being aware and bringing to our attention these, and any other slights made or noticed along the way. Considering the scope our move, we we thought they did a really good job. The crew was friendly and worked well. All in all, we liked working with Seven Brothers and will definitely call them again for our moving needs.

We had a very positive experience with 7 Brothers Moving. The movers, Cody and Braden, gave us a call the morning of the move. They showed up on time, and immediately started working. They were extremely careful when moving our items, and we had no damage to any items, no dings in walls, etc. They were very friendly to work with, and did a great job. If the other movers at 7 Brothers are like Cody and Braden, I would definitely go with them again.

LOOK FOR ANOTHER MOVER!!! I would not recommend 7 Brothers Moving Company to anyone. I chose this company because they were "Gephardt Approved". The move took twice as long as it should have. They were late in arriving and took many breaks. The move should have been completed in four hours but took 8 hours. They broke a desk and tried to fix it. No major appliances were moved. Nicole (management) never returned calls about the poor service and length of time it took to move.

Pros? I think not .. Seriously, I can't understand why there are so many positive reviews here. Keep in mind that we live in a small, two bedroom apartment. Initially, they gave us an estimate for around $450 which they charged upfront. After, they added two hours to the bill and couldn't explain why the total move took from 9am to 3pm when a drive from Provo to Kaysville takes at most an hour. They then charged us an additional $220.. 140% of their original estimate. They keep no logs and when I called to ask why the final bill was so much more, I was met with a "I don't know, I wasn't on the move." Find another "professional" moving company.

7 Brothers Moving Company helped me move this past March. I had packed my boxes and the movers moved my boxes and furniture. They were very professional and took great care wrapping my larger items. An item did get broken as they were taking it apart and they immediately brought it to my attention. I only requested two movers. It took longer to pack the truck and unload at my new home then I expected. For my next move I would just hire more men, so hopefully the move would take less time.

I wish that I could give them 0 stars. What a horrible company. They were late, they only had 2 movers when it was supposed to be 3. They were extremely slow, and very careless banging up my furniture, and were shoving boxes around, even the ones that I had clearly written on to “HANDLE WITH CARE”. They stood outside their truck several times for several minutes, taking their sweet time. It took them well over 2 hours to get stuff in the truck, but then when it came time to take everything out they moved so fast that they were dropping stuff. They just threw everything in the front room. They were obviously just milking the clock while getting everything into the truck. Then when I got the final bill it was $300 more than I was quoted. When I called to ask about it, they were rude, and had no explanation for why I was charged more. It’s too bad that more people don’t write reviews. Every review that I’ve read that has 1 Star, has basically say exactly what happened to me. It’s my opinion that the good reviews they have are fake. Do not use the company if you want a good, honest, hardworking company to help with your move! I am 100% positive that I have the correct company. My mom is the one that hired you guys. I would highly recommend this company for any move. These guys were on time and really worked fast so I wouldn't have to pay for excess time. I had couches, dressers, a piano, and a ton of other odd shaped stuff and they moved it all without charging extra for stairs and stuff like that. They were super friendly and got the job done. I called late Friday for a big job early Monday morning. I didnt have the corporate card on me at the time, so the girl from the office actually gave me her personal cell number so I could finish the setup with her on her personal time over the weekend. They did show up about 30 minutes late Monday morning but it was snowy and they called ahead to let me know. It was a large job, approximately 2500 square foot office space with heavy exercise equipment and furniture. I had guessed it might take 5 hours moving it all about 30 miles and it ended up taking them around 4. Overall cost was around $600 including transportation fee. Upfront about price and had no hidden fees. Crew was cheery and had a great attitude moving me in 18 degree snowy weather. All of my equipment and furniture was moved undamaged and accounted for. I felt they were very honest. Would recommend them to a family member.

I had a great experience with Joe & Kaleb. I didn't have a lot to move but what I did have was heavy. They worked well together and got everything moved quickly. I have antiques and they were very careful to make sure everything was wrapped and padded so it wouldn't get damaged.

I just had a great experience with 7 Brothers Moving Company. I just had them come to my home for a small job (taking apart and moving a bowflex from one area of my home to another, and putting it back together), but they did a great job. All parts of my experience were great. From the beginning, when I received quotes from the girls in the office, they were friendly and worked with me. Then on the day of the move, everything went smoothly as well. The movers showed up on time, and called me ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. They did a great job with the move, I worked quickly, and they took necessary precautions to protect the areas of my home that could have been damaged by them moving my bowflex. I would absolutely work with this company again, and refer any of my friends to them.

We had hired another company to do our move in starting at 9am. We received a call from that company 12 minutes before 9 telling us that one of their movers was hurt and we'd have to wait until noon. We couldn't wait and so we were in a rush to find someone else. We found 7 Brothers via a Google search, called, and she assured us she'd have us 2 guys there within an hour. The guys showed up and were professional, friendly, and did a great job. We found out too that it was their day off and they were called in to do our move. Very positive experience. Movers showed up on time (a little early) and worked very hard. Kaleb, Cody, Nick, David, Brennen, and JT are the hardest working boys I''ve met. They took a short lunch break when we brought pizza, and a short drink break as they drove to the new house. Our furniture was not damaged in any way and they placed everything in the new house wherever I wanted it (even when it meant up and down stairs a few extra times). They took great care with all our belongings. What took them 7 hours to complete would have taken me three days. Very impressed with their work ethic. I thought they were wonderful!!

They are one of the few companies that can pack your stuff for you if that is needed which it was in my case. They are honest, hard-working, kind and capable. I was very happy with my choice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I'll now give a fair review of our experience. My mom, elderly, was moving into a smaller home and I fell for the "Gephardt Approved" advertising. She had a five bedroom home and we only asked them to move the heavy items (couched, beds, furniture, etc). 10 hours later (for a 6 hour move) they were finally done. They got lost finding the new home even though they had the address and then one of their trucks broke down. I can understand that unforeseen things can happen, it's what transpired after that made this experience absolutely a joke. Upon unloading, we found out my moms brand new stainless steel fridge was dented and scratched. The movers said not to worry and said management would take care of us. FAR FROM THE TRUTH. They have in their fine print that they will only insure 60 cents per pound on damaged items. To replace the doors that were damaged it would cost almost $600. We got a whole $180! I was hung up on twice when trying to talk to management and he (Alex) couldn't have cared less about what happened even though the movers fully admitted that it was their fault that it happened. We dug deeper and reached out to the owners and at first, I thought she was going to help us out, but no, she stuck to their "policy" and also hung up on my mom when she tried to talk to her about it. We were fair and didn't want a full refund, just wanted them to make it right and they didn't care. We didn't get any kind of compensation for their truck breaking down and the inconvenience it caused us. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone and Gephardt needs to be aware of what his name is standing behind.

Great to deal with- setting up the appointment, had to change twice and no problem whatsoever. Crew showed up on time, worked their heads off, was a VERY complicated move with many stops. Changed our plan four times what went where- completely accommodated. We will use 7 Brothers again in a heartbeat. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS. If I could give no stars I would. There is no way this company should be rated 4.4 stars. We were quoted $375 for 3 hours for 2 workers. When they arrived the supervisor said it would take max 5 hrs. Kind of frustrating to hear 5 hrs after the woman on the phone was adamant 3 hours would suffice. Anyway, the two workers they hired was one woman who wasn’t in good health and had to take breaks after every single box or object she moved. She took several bathroom breaks and was coughing profusely. As an example of how slow they were, It took them an entire hour to wrap my couch. The other worker wasn’t doing anything and said he couldn’t lift. What moving company sends a worker who can’t move things?!?! So while we called the company and complained, my husband was asked by the woman worker to get the harness on and help her move things, because she “would get hurt if the other worker helped her”.( Her words exactly.) Huge potential liability but the company apparently didn’t care about anyone’s well-being if they sent one worker who couldn’t lift. I’m beyond furious that I ended up paying through the roof just to have my husband do all the work. The company eventually sent over another worker and sent the other worker home. Sadly, it still took the workers over 4 hours to move our stuff into the truck and once they were finished the truck was only halfway full. So it wasn’t as if we had tons of stuff to move, they were just slow and inefficient. We didn’t have dressers, a fridge, washer or dryer, or piano. We only had boxes, a couch, and a weight machine. I can’t even imagine if we actually had heavier items. At the end of the day, they took a total of 8 hrs and dented several walls. Then the company tried to “apologize” by giving me only 15% off... are you kidding me? Had we gone with a different company it easily could have taken 3-4 hrs max. What a waste of time and money. Working with this company was a NIGHTMARE! DO NOT HIRE THEM.

It was the worst I have ever ecperienced!!!! In moving. It was suppose to be 2 men, 3 hrs. They didn't tell me, that the 1 guy who pretty much knew what he was doing, stayed in truck most time letting a new trainee and another guy do the move of the furniture. First i had a desk little older, and I already knee the top part should not be taken off. I was downstairs taking care of other things. They call me and say umm sorry looks like the drawer slid and fell apart, I say well I know it's older, I don't use the drawer, then they get the bottom part in the truck and he's trying to hold it all together and that's because it took the top off that holds it all together so they threw it out of the truck and threw it in the garbage, and laughed. Then we only had to drive 5 minutes to my other destination it took them 15 with their cell phone with GPS. Can I have a log canopy bed that had for a long time that cost a lot and a wall cabinet they delivered it to my new place they left I walked into the room and two parts on the front of the cabinet that would have scratched off to White and it's solid wood and on the very bottom low the last drawer it totally the wood is totally coming out they are terrible they're not professional and they don't care if you use them you will have a very bad experience and feel bad about your move, and your items and what you going to do next. Oh and they said for us to put your bed together now at the new place that could be another extra hour and a half so be this much more money I said forget it my son's will put it together don't use them because they don't know what they're doing and they're just going to wreck your furniture. And of course I had to ask for a little bit of credit on that for them not finding where they were going and they did that didn't make up for everything else.

I'm sure these guys are great, but they're not located in Spanish Fork, they've got some address in Spanish Fork to trick Google to giving them local results. They are located in Lehi, which adds $$ to their traveling fee. Something to consider when using them.

7 Brothers did a great job with my move. We had them move a 25' storage unit into a 26' truck, and they miraculously got everything into the truck in a short amount of time. They were also meticulous in wrapping and protecting fragile or valuable items. They were on time, friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter had a move on Saturday 5/30. It was Memorial Day weekend, so I understand that they were shorthanded, but what should have been a smooth move took well into the night. During that time they took 1 1/2 hour dinner break, reaching the new house at around 8:00 p.m. We had a baby and two toddlers that really needed beds put together. It was really a mess. There were other factors, but the smooth move that a moving company is expected to provide just did not happen.

After my initial review and Google post I found many issues that brought me back to change my opinion about 7 Brothers Moving Company. My son's desk was broken and I knew that upon the initial review and I gave them slack thinking it was an old desk and bound to happen. However a few days later after I walked through my old house to inspect things I was astonished at how bad they tore up the walls and molding. I even found a few nicks out of the new house. Since then I have also discovered other furniture that has been damaged and handled roughly. I think they need to be more respectful and understand physics better so they don't force objects unnecessarily.

Professional mover are suppose to make a move easier and more efficient. Our more was not easier, not efficient and took forever!!! We only had one professional mover when we had scheduled 4. I understand that they take time to make sure your belongings are not damaged and they did that, they did a good job making sure it was protected. That was the only thing that went right. And that cost a pretty penny. But not worth the headache of the whole mess that 7 brothers brought on moving day. They called us at 10 am when they were suppose to be at our house, telling us that they only had 2 movers when we requested 4 and asked if we could move on a different day. Really?!? So the proceeded to ask my husband what they should do. Not our problem. So the owner called my husband told him they would send the 2 movers and hope to get more later. They showed up with only one of the 2 trucks. And one of the 2 movers, it was his first day from a temp agency. I thought these were professional movers. Yes I know there are new hires, but we now only have 1 professionally mover. My husband moved all the boxes to the garage. They got to our home an hour late. So now our move is already behind schedule and we are going to go slower we only have 2 movers. Our move to 8+ hours, going late into the night. If we had all our movers we would have been done way earlier and I could have cleaned the house we were moving from in the afternoon, not at 11 o clock and night. They did not get additional until way later, 1 came at around 5 I believe, and that was their receptionist, and maybe at like 7 the crew from another move came to finish up. So, after the nightmare of a move that was suppose to make it easier on us, I called the owner Monday left a message, Tuesday talked to a male and left a message, and Thursday where Stephanie said she said she would text Nicole to call me. I still have not received a phone call back. Terrible customer service. I feel like they are avoiding the problem, just because my husband didn't say anything does not mean they way they handled our move was right. I understood their policy on how the move works and additional cost per hour per worker over our initial payment. But when a company does not follow up to what we asked for they need compensate for it. And I don't feel like their one hour discount was enough.

At the time of our move, my husband was undergoing treatment for brain cancer and I was totally overwhelmed. I found 7 Brothers Moving and am so thankful I did! I seriously underestimated the number of movers I would need, however, Clark and the his moving team were so understanding and professional -- even though the move took much longer than they anticipated. All of our possessions were packed and moved without damage to anything. The move was very organized. Clark was a joy to work with, as was each of the member of the moving team. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending 7 Brothers Moving Company!

One of our couches couldn't go down the stairs themselves, so they lowered it over the edge of our loft in a very impressive display of strength and control. They were professional and courteous, and I really appreciated that they took measures to ensure there was no damage done to our walls and door frames. The price for the job was fair; I will definitely hire 7 Brothers again the next time we move.

The Leader Kaleb and his team of 3 men were outstanding in their professional manner throughout the entire move! George always had a smile on his face even when lifting a huge refrigerator! Would have like d the Company to have given me a better idea of just how LONG this move would take..but that doesn't change the fact that thye did a really great job. 7 Brothers was a disaster. Their estimate was about 40% too low and now they claim they never gave us one. They damaged our house and are still refusing to pay for repairs. They said they could do our move with one truck and one crew, then midway through doubled the price, and used two trucks and two crews. One crew sat in the truck and refused to do anything because "the first crew was lazy". They put our bed together wrong, didn't move boxes to their proper locations and are a total nightmare to deal with. They may be okay doing a move across the street. They definitely can't handle a long distance move. Use them at your peril.

I have used Seven Brothers Moving Company twice now. Once a couple of years ago for my mom (under previous ownership) and once last month for my own move (under new ownership). I will use them again and refer them to anyone. For the price and service, they cannot be beat. Continue reading for an honest review of the good, the bad, and the impressive. The GOOD: Because I am a highly efficient and organized person (read: Type A Personality), when the movers showed up, our boxes were taped, labeled, and stacked. Beds were the only thing they had to take apart. I will say what took the longest was the careful wrapping of my furniture (blankets around corners, then wrapped in furniture plastic). That took a LONG time, but that's what we hired them for! We had four movers and one truck. (For a baseline, we moved from a 1900 sf house full of 15 years' worth of accumulated items with three kids and two adults.) The employees took one 30 minute break for lunch and worked hard the entire time. They played upbeat and appropriate music to help them stay motivated. The employees were kind, hard working, and never used bad language. They didn't smoke. They also had a great attitude the whole day. They allowed us to help load and unload boxes and furniture if we wanted to, but for liability reasons we were not allowed on the truck (understandable). By the end of the day, we were completely moved in and ready to unbox at our leisure. THE BAD: Of the many good things, there were two things that went poorly. First, my desk broke and our Purple Mattress cover tore. I called the main line and explained what had happened. I went to work asking Purple what they could do and got that part resolved, but what impressed me was that the owner himself came to my house and fixed my desk - for free to make it right! Second, when I made the appointment, the person doing the intake call asked for a list of all furniture and appliances so they could estimate the size of truck, number of blankets, and how many employees were needed. Unfortunately, even after telling them, they underestimated, and the truck wasn't big enough. We had to make two trips. However, they made it right and discounted our ending price (after I asked them) because this was their issue - not mine. I appreciated their willingness to do that. THE IMPRESSIVE: Of course all moves won't go off without a hitch, but Seven Brothers made both experiences prove to me their ability and professionalism, and well worth the money spent.

The absolute WORST experience I've ever had in my life. It was like a scene from a movie, the movers throwing boxes into the back of the truck and stepping on my furniture with their shoes. The most important box I had with all of my precious china and Lladro statues was thrown and broken into pieces, even though I told them multiple times and had written all over it NOT TO TAKE, they completely ignored me and did it anyways. I will NEVER be using them again, and I will certainly not be recommending anyone I know to them.
