A friend recommended On The Spot Moving to us. She recently used them for a move and had nothing but great things to say about their service. We called to book On The Spot 3 days before our move, and they were extremely accommodating and kind. Even with the short time frame they scheduled us at the exact time window we requested. When they arrived at our apartment they began work immediately and worked until the move was completely finished. This was our first time to use a moving company and I was very impressed with their attention and care to all of our belongings. They brought their own shrink wrap and moving blankets to help protect our furniture, mirrors, etc. The two guys specifically that did our move were joyful workers and effecient in their process. We couldn't have been happier with their services and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company! On The Spot is the way to go!

They've gone above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Even when there was a minor snafu, they were quick to address the issue and remedy it in a timely and considerate manner. Very good movers. Very courteous and Reggie gave me texts letting me know ETA to me and to the new place. 3 guys took all my stuff from a 3rd floor apt to a 2nd floor apt in a different city in good time and in rain! Everything made it safely. Even gave them a tip. Would recommend to anyone!

We didn't hire these people and we never will. My neighbor hired them to help her move. When they pulled up they not only blocked our mailbox but they also went nose to nose with my son's car. They were actually bumped up right against it. There was no reason for it because on the other end of it they had plenty of room to park. When I tried to talk to them about it he cut me off and slammed his truck door. The man that works for them rude to me and wouldn't even listen to me. Not very professional at all!!!

This was, hands down, the best moving company I have had the pleasure of working with. I've had larger moving companies with great reviews do a very good job. I've also had some horrible moves too from large and small companies. On The Spot Moving Company made the whole process a breeze and was wonderfully economical to boot! The quote was easy, fast, and simple. Reggie, one of the owners, was able to give me pricing information (cheaper than many competitors I had called) and scheduled my move for the NEXT DAY! I appreciated so much that they were able to accommodate me into their schedule on such short notice. The guys who came out brought a 26 foot truck which was more than ample room for my 1 bedroom apartment. The guys were very professional throughout the process; they took care with all my items and not a single item was scratched or broken. They move FAST. Even mid day, in the heat, in Texas, with no wind, they hustled and were drenched in sweat, but staying at 100% the whole time!! The absolute BEST part was their attitude. They were the nicest people and completed the move happy and smiling!! Both of them said they love their jobs and it showed! It really made a stressful day into such a positive. I had thought the move would take around 5 hours, but they finished it in just 3! I'm very grateful I came across this company on Yelp and I plan on being a life long customer.

I scheduled to have On the Spot Moving Company help me move on August 18, 2018. The quoted rate was $160/hr with 3 movers. On the moving day, they showed up late with a defective truck and ask to postpone the move to next day @ 9AM. The next day, they showed up late again and did not start moving until 10:30AM. The moving concluded around 5:20PM. They charged me a total of 7.5 hours, and the actual moving time was far shorter than that. Excluding the travel time from old house to new house, they took almost 40 mins of lunch time and billed me for it. The pool table, along with many other pieces of furniture, quote was not moved as they initially promised and I had to hire someone else to finish the work. The quality of the moving was sub-par. After the moving crew left, I noticed a lot of furniture/appliances were not restored to their original state prior to the move. Take refrigerator as an example, the door handles were missing, and the refrigerator was also not hooked up to the water source because the water tube and connecters were all gone. The moving crew also caused water damage to my new house due to their negligence. I was out of town for work on 8/20, when I returned home on the night of 8/21, I noticed there was large pool of water outside and inside of my garage. Upon inspection, I found water was leaking out of the wall. I went into kitchen and found water all over the place near the refrigerator area. Turned out the water switch was not sealed properly by the moving crew (they attempted to connect it but didn’t finish the work) and water has been leaking constantly since the moving day (8/19). I immediately notified the owner of the company (Corey), he texted me back the next day with few questions, and promised to get back with me. I waited 3 weeks, which I believe is more than reasonable amount of time for Corey to contact me with a solution to make for their negligence, but I never heard back from Corey or anyone from On the Spot Moving Company.
