This was by far the BEST moving experience I had! On my original Jose I was sick and needed to reschedule. They were very cordial and accommodating rescheduling my move. On my actual move date, the movers called me and asked if they can come earlier. What? Why surely you can!! They not only came earlier, but they finished in an adequate amount of time so that I could get back to completing my move on my personal side. This is a great company and I will use them again in the future.

I was just recently moved by this company, and the movers were courteous and prompt. It was nice getting the confirmation reminder emails as well so I could be ready for the arrival window. They were quick to move everything I needed, which thankfully wasn't much. Unfortunately, they were a bit too quick it seems. There are now several chips, dings and scratches in my wooden coffee table and my entertainment center is now misaligned and wobbles a little whereas it didn't before. Take extra care to wrap your items very well yourself if you want them moved unscathed.

Grey Wolf moved us from Dallas, Texas, July 2019. They showed up on time, worked hard and loaded the truck, and delivered and unloaded the same day. They didn't lose or break anything. I would hire them to move us again if we had to move again. The price was competitive and fair.

I was so exhausted from having to load, and drive a 26 ft UHAUL, but when the movers showed up, I didn't have to lift another finger. I highly recommend these guys, and this company. I highly recommend this company. This was my first time using a moving company and they were great! Clayton & Ray helped me move quick and easy. They showed up on time, had everything on the truck a little under 30 mins and everything into the apartment in a hurry. They handled my furnite with care and made sure to wrap everything, everything in my fragile box are safe! They were very nice and I will be using them for my next move in the future!

I've moved about 20 times in the last 15 years. These were by FAR the best movers I have had. Clayton and Dom were both professional hard working guys. They took care of my stuff and had great attitudes the whole time despite it being a 7 hour move. Will definitely use them again!

I recently use this company February 2019 and it was a great experience. Very professional and courteous. I received updates to give a better expected pick up time during my window which was great. Other companies have not done that. Once they arrive they took a quick inventory and went through everything they needed me to sign,had their truck ready and got to work. They didn’t waste time or try to milk the clock. Everything arrives to my new place in the same condition It was picked up in. Again they worked quick. I used Grey Wolf Moving on May 25th and was really impressed by the two movers (I totally forgot their names). Their arrival window was between 11am-3pm. We received a call at 10:30am that they would arrive at 11:00am and they did on the dot. They immediately got to work moving our furniture and boxes very quickly and efficiently. Our move time was set for 2.5 hours and they managed to load and unload in just a little over 2 hours from one 2nd floor apartment to another 2nd floor apartment. Great service!

This was awful. I've moved over 25 times and the worst one I've ever had. The truck was too small for our apartment size so we had to make multiple trips and after four and a half hours I ran out of money (at $90 an hour) so my belongings got dumped on the curb and several things left in my original apartment. We called management because we were so distressed and he said he would come out the next day with a truck and help us finish to make it right. Except he never showed. We kept calling to see where he was and he kept making excuses before finally just blocking our numbers. My partner is a disabled veteran who's partially paralyzed in one leg. He had no business moving things which is why we paid for movers. If I could give zero stars I would. Stay far away.

Moving sucks. You know it, I know it, we all know it. This was my first time using movers and I was a little apprehensive, mostly due to making sure everything was ready an organized by the time they came. I got estimates from a bunch of companies and had the best luck with Grey Wolf. The dispatcher, Priscilla was very kind and informative. I received email updates regarding the move before my actual move and on the day of, I received a call that they were 30 minutes out. Travis and Russell were our movers and they were awesome. Worked for this moving company at their Houston branch for a couple weeks and I couldn't adjust to how low there standards are. Ive been working for premium moving companies for a few years now and this one is by far the lowest quality I've ever seen before. I would not recommend. If I could give them no stars I would. Please careful when using these guys. Make sure you check the truck to see if everything is off before you sign anything from them. I figured these guys were honest and trustworthy so I didn't checked the truck. They moved some of my stuff from my storage and once I got to my apartment I never went outside to check if they had removed everything from the truck. My kids brand new box springs and mattresses were not in my house when I checked; neither was my brand new vaccum. They definitely were put on the truck but didn't make it off the truck. I will NEVER use them again.

Jordan and Aaron did an outstanding job helping me move from Texas to Minnesota. They came in and packed everything very carefully and transported my belongings in two days and then moved me in without incident. The other moving companies wanted 40% and 60% more money and they each needed 3 weeks to move my belongings to Minnesota. Highly recommend these guys for both the money and efficiency.

Was told between 3 and 6. Guy calls me at 7 and says “the last move was tough, we are going to get something to eat and relax for a bit.” I call at 8 and he doesn’t pick up. He calls back 25 mins later and when I get upset he says “oh well I guess we will have to reschedule”. Do not use this company; lazy lazy people and poor scheduling.

Grey Wolf Moving did a tremendous job I moved 30 minutes away to a new apartment and it only took about an hour and a half total to load up at the old place and unload at the new place. I was very satisfied. Both guys we're super nice and respectful not to mention an extreme help. I appreciate you guys to the fullest and I pray you are well compensated for the work you did today.
