Finally a moving company that actually cares about it's customers and own reputation. I can't recommend these guys enough. There was a lot more expensive folks out there with worse reviews and tons of cheaper companies with inconsistent or horrible reviews. Evolution was the right choice for our move. One small table leg broken out of a move isn't bad. The mover immediately brought it to my wife's attention. We did nothing about it because it wasn't very valuable to begin with. How many moving companies would have apologized on the spot and pointed out the issue? Joe and his crew took good care of us. The ownership was in contact before, during and after the move. Our crib hardware got lost and they sent us some more. It wasn't the right hardware but they tried and who else would have even tried? I can safely recommend Evolution to anyone. You can stop hunting around and just call them now.

This is long overdue but I have to say that this moving company is AMAZING! I moved from Washington DC to Fort Worth in November and had dealt with movers before who took their sweet time, costing me way too much money! The guys from Evolution were there waiting for me when I arrived, were so nice, professional, efficient and attentive which made the entire transition much less stressful. I live in a third floor walk-up apartment and these guys got the job done in less than 2 hours! I highly recommend them and will be calling them again for my next move.

First time using movers, and glad we went with Evolution Moving! When calling to request a quote on short notice to move 4 hours away, we almost immediately got a response back, and a quote a couple hours later. They are reasonably priced, and very professional. The day of our move, we were contacted by Robert and Zach. They called to let us know they’d be there within 30 minutes, and got to our place at the exact time they said they would. They packed our items with care, and were very respectful, and personable. They kept in contact with us the entire drive. When handling the off loading of our items, Robert and Zach again handled our items with care, and packed everything with ease. These guys had a long day, but never complained, knew what they were doing, had a smile on their faces, and were so kind! We would definitely recommend, thank you Robert and Zach!

Unfortunately, this was the worst moving experience ever and I’ve hired professional movers for at least 5 different moves in the past. The only reason I’m not giving them 1 star is because the owner compensated me for the damage to my house, but even then that took too long to figure out. I ended up just finding a contractor on Home Depot’s website to come fix the damage to the dry wall/sheet rock caused by the movers. My home was new construction and I had just done a walk through with the builder to confirm everything was in perfect condition before moving in. The movers damaged my walls in three different places. The damage was so big in one spot that I had to hire a contractor to fix it - the owner kept giving me the run around with finding someone to fix it, so I just booked someone myself. Secondly, the movers scratched up my new hardwood floors to where one scratch was so deep that the entire piece of wood had to be removed and replaced. Luckily, I have a handyman that was able to replace that and he was able to easily fill in the other scratches (which were about 5-7 total). My handy man also had to spot paint several other areas where the movers scratched up the baseboards and wall (outside of the dry wall work mentioned above). Even if my home wasn’t a new construction home, this shouldn’t have happened. I even specifically asked the owner prior to booking Evolution if they provided padded runners to protect the hardwood floors. He said they didn’t, but ASSURED me that his movers are TRAINED to protect the floors without protection. I should have went with my gut and found another company, but they were the only ones that were available for the specific date that I needed. As a moving company, you would think floor protection would be an initial investment and probably not that expensive considering they are reusable. Also, they flipped boxes upside down which caused cleaning product to leak. I have never seen a moving company stack boxes upside down *face palm*. Then they placed boxes labeled FRAGILE at the bottom of a stack of like 5 HEAVY boxes causing so much weight that the fragile boxes split open on the sides or the tops were crushed. Any professional mover knows that fragile boxes are placed on TOP if you decide to stack them. Overall, I wouldn’t use them again because it was such a headache and inconvenience fixing their mistakes when I THOUGHT I was hiring professionals.

Amazing service! Joe & Roman was beyond amazing! The great customer service started with Sean.. then Cameron and then the final work and the most difficult was Joe and Roman. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival and made sure that everything went smoothly.. I am very very impressed with their customer service and dedication to their job. I used them to move furnishings to my personal home, and I was beyond pleased. They were professional from start to finish in every way...(1) scheduling the appt., (2) confirming the appt. I did some research and requested quotes from several moving companies. Evolution provided a quote that was straightforward and very reasonable. We exchanged a few emails and set up the move. In the midst of a stressful house-buying process I was so glad to have a moving company that was easy to work with. I even had to change the date and they worked it out easy peasy. A few days before the move I got an email confirming and then on the day of the move they let me know when they were on the way- I LOVE great communication. And let me tell you, when Sean, Dawson, and Kyler showed up these guys hustled but I also saw that they took care of my belongings. I have moved many times and had many movers and Evolution was the best I’ve had. From start to finish Evolution was fantastic.

I have used a few moving companies over the course of 10 years, and none of them compare to Evolution Moving Company. From the time that I received a quote, and scheduled my move, the company, and it's representatives communicated with me. I was told verbally, and by way of electronic communication on what to expect from the move. The amount of time, and price quoted for my move, (based on the household inventory given over the phone), was just that. There were no hidden, or extra fees. I had a two-man crew assigned to my move; Rob, and Kyler. These two gentleman were remarkably great. They each came in, and introduced themselves, explained the move process, walked my home to see what all needed to go, and what needed to stay. Both gentleman were phenomenal in moving my items. They made sure to be extra careful without being told to do so. I was so comfortable that I was able to take care of other task around the home during the move without micro-managing these two gentlemen. They even offered to carry a few personable items to my car for me that I didn't want to go on the truck. Rob, and Kyler were nothing short of AMAZING. I didn't even see them break a sweat. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, professional, and accommodating company to complete your move, then call Evolution. If you ask for Rob, and Kyler you won't be disappointed. The two are a great team. I would give the company, and their crew 10 stars if I could.

Evolution Moving Company moved us from our Euless Storage Unit, into a newly purchased home in Mesquite on 5/22/18. Dawson and Cameron showed up at the storage unit on time and worked in a timely manner loading the truck, driving to Mesquite and unloading and taking items to various rooms as instructed. They were awesome handling our items with care and taking the paddings and wrappings off sofas. Very professional and courteous. I will definitely recommend them as well as hire them again. I was making a list of all the companies I have been needing to review on Google and I am glad I remembered about Evolution Moving. I moved to Irving from Fort Worth about 5 months ago for a distance of about 40 miles (quite a haul lol). But Evolution made everything so easy for my wife and I from the very start. From the initial e-mail quote from the owners to the delivery/set-up of all the furniture/appliaces by the movers, everything was literally perfect with Evolution. I was super anxious about the move, but Evolution eliminated all anxiety and made me question afterwards why I was so anxious to begin with lol. I hate moving, but Evolution made it so easy for us. Update. This is NOT a false review by Evolution's competitor. Nice try. Customers, this is more proof of their poor business practices. Instead of trying to justify their $700 over-charge, they immediately claim this is the review-equivalent to "fake news". Evolution moved my property from my home coordinated by my close friend and ex-wife K.Y. at *** ** Cala, Cibolo Texas 78108 on Friday, June 7, 2019. Evolution's 2 employees packed furniture that I purchased with my humble military salary in Europe, The Middle East, and other worldwide locations on Friday June 7, 2019 and moved it to a storage location in San Antonio. I moved to CT after the divorce. You still say I'm lying? Important Note, the employees were great. They did a fine job. It is the company's lack of integrity that I have a problem with. Evolution overcharged K.Y. yesterday. The money Evolution overcharged my ex-wife was planned for our child's college fund. Evolution is a dishonest company. Evolution's lie about their actions is more proof of it. Competitor (I wish). I'm tempted to post the estimate that Evolution sent K.Y. along with the surprising credit card charges. Evolution's actions had a direct and negative impact on my family. Tell the public you did not move furniture for K.Y. yesterday? Tell the audience you didn't send K.Y. a quote between $400 and $900, yet charged her $1,600. You have no shame? If you're going to lie, go all in. There is too much dishonesty going around in this nation today. Evolution is contributing to this depravity. You have no idea how your actions affected us. We have medical and other critical bills. If Evolution's business practices change because of this exposure, then customers win. What you did to my ex-wife was wrong. If you're a reputable company, give her the $700 that you over-charged her and issue a formal apology. Again, customers hire them at your own risk. Believe them if you want to. You've been warned. Overview: Dishonest company. I would not hire them. If you do, please hope and pray they treat you and your family, better than they treated us. I hope they do not do to others, what they did to us. Recommendation: I recommend hiring a nationwide, proven, reputable company. If you take the risk, do so with the understanding that you may have to pay at least $700.00 more than the maximum amount that they quote. Only hire them if they permit a cash payment. Do not repeat, do you provide your credit card data to Evolution Moving Company. Do so at your own risk! Background. I spent 21 years in the Army and 3 years in the U.S. Federal Service. Evolution Moving is the worst of all moving companies that moved my furniture. To drive home the point, they are more dishonest that two ex-cons I recently hired to make a local move. With God as my witness, I'd rather hire the two ex-cons again instead of hiring Evolution. Pro: Easy to set up service. Cons: Estimate was $400 - $900; however, they charged $1600.They promised to send 3 packers yet sent 2 (hint, they charge by the hour). To ensure we stayed within $900, we packet all of the kitchenware and china ourselves, to save time. The Packers took the maximum 8 hours to pack what took national/international companies 4 hours max. Keep in mind, other companies took fewer hours to pack kitchenware and another 1,000 more pounds that had already been packed or moved. Conclusion: I pray that Evolution does well with the money that they overcharged us. Evolution's actions were dishonest, misleading, and arguably criminal. They essentially stole $700 from us. I prayed over the matter and believe a higher moral authority will judge them. Please, if you operate a business someday, do not do to customers what Evolution did to us. Integrity is paramount. In my opinion, Evolution lacks it. Perhaps, they treat other customers better than they treated us. I hope so, anyway. No customer should be overcharged again. I hope they give the excess money that they charged us to charity or do something positive with it.

The young men that showed up were very respectful, and careful with our belongings. There were hiccups, however Cameron went out of his way to make things right and it was greatly appreciated. These are good guys trying to run an honest business. No hidden fees, very up front with pricing, no smoke and mirrors like I've had with other companies, and none of my actual furniture was damaged in the move. Plus, no shady person showing up to your door and you not even wanting to let them in. Very good.

I definitely recommend this moving company! I hate to part with money (I'm cheap!) but I want the best value for what I do spend... and that's what I got with Evolution Moving Company. - Prompt, detailed email response when I requested a quote (didn't even have to give a credit card to hold the date) - Movers called when they were on the way so we knew when they would be there - Professional, efficient, friendly guys (lots of "yes ma'am" and "yes sir") - Took great care with our belongings - wrapping furniture in padded blankets and then ALSO wrapping them in plastic wrap (even though it's mostly Ikea stuff). Even put padding on the door frames to protect items coming and going through the doors - Disassembled and reassembled (or connected) the furniture and appliances - One piece of said Ikea furniture got damaged (we didn't think it would survive the move anyway) - the guys quickly showed it to my husband so he could decide what to do with it - Very reasonable rate for the EXCELLENT service we received

On the day of the move, Thomas and Joe showed up promptly, were thorough and careful with all of our belongings (including a ridiculously heavy and bulky sleeper sofa) and checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied every step of the way.
