My movers, Michael and Leon, were very professional, efficient and easy to talk to. They got the job done fairly quickly despite my apt not being anywhere near the optimal spot. This company is amazing . They were very prompt and detailed in going over prices and information needed to set up move. They had excellent customer service and actually finished the Job in less time than they had quoted and our actual bill was less than estimate . They are very thorough and send emails and answer any questions . The movers were truly fantastic . Very thorough and professional. They brought all supplies to blankets and wrap your furniture very carefully . It is included in price so it's no extra charge. They did not damage any walls floors , furniture etc. So careful placed everything exactly where they were asked and so positive and professional. What a great experience . I just recently moved to Dallas from LA and one of the perks of using the Apartment Locator that I did was 2 paid hours from a moving company. I let my Apt rep know that my pods were coming and I needed to schedule the movers. I got a quick response from Scott at Einstein and we set my appt up quickly. These guys are very professional and hard workers. I had no issues with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering hiring a moving company. Moving is both a pain and very stressful. Einstein made it an amazing and painless experience. Call them if you want the best.

I had a great experience moving with Einstein! The guys called on their way over and showed up on time. They took very good care of my furniture, boxes, and other items by wrapping every piece in protective blankets and ceran wrap. All of my items were strapped down in their truck. They worked very efficiently and my move was done in under the estimated amount of time. Overall, could not have been happier with my experience and will be using Einstein for all future moves.

I have experienced a fair share of moving companies, and my rating of my experience with this company is average to below average. 2 stars would be generous. The movers were very polite and accommodating, but I found them to lack efficiency and organization. I took a look at the truck at the end of it, and it really wasn't tightly packed, and I think a lot of time was spent on figuring out how to organize items in the truck. It took nearly 4 hours to get our furniture in the truck (another moving company handled the same furniture in 2 hours with no breaks.) They did take great care to pad up my furniture, however. I did have one thing break, and they said that they would send someone over to pick up the item and fix it, which seems a bit odd to me. I'd rather be reimbursed for the broken lamp than display a lamp that is glued back together. Unfortunately, the cost to value wasn't great in my opinion. Summary: * Not very time efficient. They are being paid by the hour, after-all. * Kind and courteous * Unpleasant process to deal with damaged items EDIT: In response to the company comment and further review: Our reservation can be found under Melani G. Unfortunately, we have found more damaged items, and are dissatisfied with the service. One of our bedside tables was damaged and one of the doors to our coffee table will no longer close due to some bent hardware. Regarding the efficiency of your team, there were many instances where 10-15 minutes would go by and we wouldn't see either of our movers. As a comparison, we had two movers move us out of our last home and they completed the move with 3 flights of stairs and the entirety of our possessions within 2 hours with no breaks. Contrast that with your team which managed to take 4 hours to move a subset of our furniture with multiple breaks and a single flight of stairs. EDIT2: Have reached out to the company and received no response.

These guys helped me out at the last minute! I called that morning asking if there was anyway I could get a move same day and YES, they could accommodate ! I started to panic however when the guys were running a late( the storage facility I was using was on the other side of town and I was afraid they would be closed by the time the guys got there)....but no worries.2 HUGE trucks showed up - that was amazing and we made it on time to the storage place! Evan, Joshua and Cameron were awesome and made my move the easiest thing I have ever done !!!

This was the first time we have used a moving company. I was hesitant and scared because I had read about other people’s terrible experience with the companies not showing up, etc. These guys made the process seamless, I was able to do everything via email, quote inquiry, moving tips, scheduling, and everything which was great. Had two amazing moves this summer handled by very professional down to earth movers. Always on time and provide the necessary moving materials plus much more than expected. For example they provided felt tabs and placed them on the bottom of our large furniture and tables to ensure we wouldnt scratch up the wood flooring at our new place! We used Einstein Dallas for our move from Dallas to Austin. Trevor M and Bernard K were simply awesome. They took measures to protect our home as they were moving our stuff, protected our stuff to the max with pads and shrink wrap ... oh, and the truck was SPOTLESS so our stuff didn't get dirty from the truck. Seriously, the floors in this truck look better than many people's home. They loaded everything well and nothing shifted during the move. Then they unloaded, unwrapped, and fit it all into a storage unit that was smaller than the truck. This experience has spoiled us forever when it comes to movers. I cannot imagine a mover providing better service than Trevor and Bernard did for Einstein.

The only thing that went smoothly about my move was the fact I picked Einstein as my moving company! I ended up in a pinch at the last minute for packing help and despite the fact it was not scheduled, the team showed up willing to do what it took to get me going. At the end of the day Michael had his entire crew show up to unload the truck.I think they had to have set a record. There was never any point in time when anyone was idle. They took initiative and worked steadily. They were friendly and pleasant and easy to communinicate with. The best part of the entire day was when it was time to pay. Even though the guys spent a good part of the morning packing and had quoted me a much higher price than originally stated - Michael V was able to get the cost down below my initial quote. I was so grateful for this. If you are looking for a hard working team with a company that doesn't farm out the work to a subcontractor with no vested interest, Einstein should be your choice. They truly went above and beyond for me and I highly recommend them.I would give 10 stars if I could! Thanks Einstein!!!!

Great experience. Communication was good when scheduling. Only complaint is they hype up "no hidden fees", but wanted to pop me for like $50 for the pickup address outside of their very limited working area. When I mentioned the destination being in range they took it off, but at no point did I see anything on their website about a delivery area. Movers were great. They wrapped stuff in blankets and plastic. They were concerned about anything that was rickety. Einstein lets you know who the movers are ahead of time. There was also no language barrier like an experience I had with another moving company. They are higher priced, but worth it.

Brennon, Michael Grant Tyler and Shaheed were my movers (hopefully got names right ) and they were simply great!! They came prepared and worked like a very well oiled machine. They took a very hectic and stressful time for us and made it go smoothly. I was moving from a four bedroom home with two adults , 2 teenagers and two toddlers, a dog a cat. We had to split the move to storage and to an apartment. We had stuff kinda labeled as to what had to go where, but wasn't as organized as we could be. They came in and worked diligently and efficiently to make what seemed to surely be a long arduous day to go smoothly. They stayed well within the estimate from a cost and time perspective. They disassembled and reassembled a bed that seemed complicated (I had never took apart) and moved heavy furniture to an upstairs apartment, all while keeping a smile on their face. You get what you pay for. I would definitely use Einstein again!

Last week, my wife and I completed the first half of our move from Dallas to Austin, using Einstein Moving. These guys did a GREAT job. Over the years, we've moved more than average, and I have to say, these guys were the best we've ever used. This part of our move wasn't easy. There was a pickup at our Dallas storage unit, before they got to our second story condo. On the Austin end, we moved into a large apartment complex, requiring the use of a freight elevator and a decent hallway carry. Einstein assigned TWO crews for the storage unit to expedite things. I guess the punchline is this: They showed up on time, picked up our stuff in Dallas, completely filled their truck delivered it to Austin, and drove BACK to Dallas, all in one day, so they could work another job the next day. Nothing was broken, chipped, scratched, etc. These aren't day laborers - they're pros from top to bottom. I could not recommend them highly enough. We are definitely planing to use them for the second half of our move. 5 stars - they were great!

Einstein was a great choice! They provided excellent communication from the time I spoke with them on the phone to the time the move concluded (I did submit an online inquiry which was never responded to but I’ll let that go since the rest of my experience was top notch!) My movers were Patrick and Bryce and they were great. Do not worry about the route from apartment/house to truck and vice versa or where they will park the truck- they will figure it all out for you! It’s truly a no stress experience and one I would recommend to anyone!

Moving makes everyone nervous and to select the right movers is even more taxing! Honestly, Einstein made it all easy for us. James and Jason were amazing. They knew what they were doing and were very efficient with getting stuff in place. Some of my furnitures were really heavy and I was moving to a brand new house, which kinda made me nervous that I would either end up with a broken furniture or a dent/scratch in a wall. To my relief, all went very well. I was very happy with their service and will definitely recommend to go with them.

What a great experience! We moved from Forney to Greenville last week, and it was a two-day move from one two-story home to another. Einstein Moving Company was very upfront about pricing, had great communication, and I can't say enough good things about the guys they sent out. All of the guys worked hard, took great care of our furniture, and were personable and cheerful the entire time -- long after I had reached the point of exhaustion myself! So pleased with our experience! Jordan and Bryan showed up and did a thorough walkthrough to estimate how long our move would take and ask any questions about specific items. They got right to work and wrapped the door frames (as not to scratch/damage) and rolled out non-slip material to protect the floors. I will add that we were not present during the entire duration of the move, but they were totally trustworthy & stayed in constant communication with us, even calling to let us know when they took a short break for lunch. Communication & thoughtfulness go a long way during the inevitable stress of moving your family! All of our items arrived wrapped WELL and nothing was damaged or missing. We had a few questions about where certain items had been packed (refrigerator shelves) and they were able to point us to it right away. They re-assembled tables, beds, and couches in record time and were finished! Highly recommend. *Special Shout-out to our mover, Bryan- This guy was a hustler! My husband and I both noticed his hard work and the fact that he would take a load and RUN back to the house for another. He kept that up all day! We were planning to move our hanging clothes from the closets ourselves and Bryan actually talked us into letting them handle it. They had these huge boxes that were perfect for hanging clothes! What would have taken us at least three or four trips on our own, they did at one time.

OMG, I had the best moving experience ever! To begin, the communication was phenomenal. Best customer service hands down. My movers Micaiah and Zach(?) were exceptional as well. They handled my items with extreme care, covering everything with quilts and tape. They even had a TV cover bag for my 55” TV (because I didn’t want to buy a $20 box from UHaul)They worked diligently and quickly. They were very professional, courteous and respectful. Due to some terrible experiences with moving companies, I was a bit nervous. However, Einstein Moving totally relieved my fear and anxiety. We can't say enough good things about the entire Einstein experience, not simply moving day. We decided to spend a bit more on our movers this time around because we were underwhelmed by the last company. I can say with enthusiasm that it was entirely worth every penny. The difference in price was nothing compared to the difference in quality. Communication: From the time we selected Einstein, we were able to get in touch easily and efficiently with the manager (Scott) with our questions regarding moving day. The email communication let us know when we were confirmed, who would be showing up to move us and what time. We felt prepared and as if we knew exactly what to expect. We didn't need or want any surprises on moving day... and there weren't. When moving day rolled around they were right on time and ready to get going immediately. The Movers: From the first minute the guys showed up, I felt comfortable with them in our house and handling our most precious belongings. They were polite and professional and got right to work. I never felt like I needed to be watching to make sure they were working... they worked hard the entire time they were on the clock. They did a walk through first to see what we had and strategically planned what items to move first and how to make the move as efficient as possible. As I watched, I noticed just how many "tricks of the trade" these guys had up their sleeve. They truly were just as smart as their company name implies! The Move: We were pleasantly surprised at just how much care they took with our "stuff". Literally every piece of furniture was padded and wrapped prior to going out the door. This was quite the departure from the company we used previously, who wrapped 2-3 delicate items. The doorways were padded and rubber mats rolled out to protect both the old and new homes. Once again, a detail not afforded by our previous movers. I always thought dings and scratches were "part of moving", but I have honestly have YET to find one single wall ding or scratch on anything I own. Einstein definitely proved me wrong on that... scratches and dings don't happen with careful and methodical movers. The movers went above and beyond to make sure furniture ended up where it belonged and offered to assemble anything with pieces. Overall: I have to say that I didn't know exactly what I was missing the last few times I've used movers. But I can say with confidence that I won't ever pinch pennies on a move again. Einstein saved us time in their efficiency and gave us a lot of peace of mind. Every single item that left our old house, arrived safely in our new house. I definitely cannot say that about any other move in my life. Moving isn't for sissies, but this was by far the most painless move we've had. I would stop looking now... Einstein is worth it!!

From pricing, to customer service, to the actual move, Einstein Moving Company exceeded my expectations. They are very transparent, professional, and honest. My biggest concern for my move was moving my over-sized paintings and mirror (62x86H - 150 lbs!). Chase & Pedro are the real MVPs :) They had the proper equipment, moving tools, and training for the job. Take my word for it, go with Einsteins!

This is my first time to use movers. Normally my parents and I spend a whole entire day moving all my stuff and after using Einstein's I will never go back to doing it myself. They gave me an estimate of 4.5 hours to move in my quote. It ended up taking less than 3 hours, most likely because Evan and Gabriel were awesome. They were quite literally running up the stairs to get the next load. They were fast, strategic, efficient, and there were no hidden fees at the end, in fact it was $100 less than my quote due to how quickly it went. I DEFINITELY recommend.

Wow!!! This was the smoothest movenive ever had! The guys came and were not only quick moving and efficient with there packing but they also made it clear that they were there to do as much as they could for me! I was moving with two little babies and they made sure to get the cribs set up in my kids new rooms first off the truck so they could still have their naps! Moved from Irving to Frisco and Einstein movers Terrell and Shawn made the move really easy, they were very on time, professional, very efficient with their time even though they took time to wrap everything that wasn't in a box in blankets and secured with plastic wrap. The entire move from breaking down the bed and couch to setting it back up flawlessly took 3 hours!!! I'm really glad we used Einstein and will be remembering them when the next move comes around.

I would give this group 10 stars if I could! Absolutely the best/easiest/most professional move I’ve ever had. Moved from Dallas to Austin and a friend that’s used them 5 times recommended. Starting from first call they were professional and knew their stuff. (Their bid was within < $100 of actual). Having three guys makes a magical difference and these guys especially were wonderful! (Xavier, Grant and Trevor). They were polite, competent and had such a great attitude. One of the cool things I kept noticing is they have all the right equipment to get the job done. My stuff didn’t get wrecked because they wrapped it well, had the right carts or bins...no struggling with 2 guys balancing and overloaded. My move was from a house to a storage unit and an apt with a long walk to the freight elevator. They never missed a beat. HIGHLY recommend this company!!

The BEST movers! I would recommend this company to anyone!! They went above and beyond my expectations. I was preparing to have to guide them through the moving process, show them where to park and show them how to navigate my apartment. I was SO wrong! These guys showed up at my door without needing any direction and ready to work. They were extremely careful with my stuff and wrapped everything so nothing would be damaged. I only had them move my furniture and a few boxes and I'm still regreting not having them move EVERYTHING in my apartment. Such an enjoyable process. Who knew moving could be!

We will never use another moving company after finding these guys. This company has awesome customer service skills. The movers were very pleasant and accommodating to the situation. Very fast, very thorough, and very good all the way around. We had Andrew and Micheal. Those two work very very well together. They wrapped our antiques in blankets and shrink wrap. Never an issue with anything. Very very reasonably price. Andrew was very informative about cost, time, and any issues that may have arisen during the move time. Movers were always smiling even after hauling stiff from the 3rd floor to their truck. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! NOW GO LIFT SOMETHING HEAVY!

They did a great job, always moving stuff carefully but also pretty fast (2.5hours/1bedroom apt/40min drive), this was a nice surprise especially knowing that they charge on an hourly basis (also prorated if you don´t make the full hour). Definitely a great service that I would recommend to anybody when having to hire movers.

So i had my items moved on Friday to a new house the first movers (not Einstein Movers) used were nice but due to the rain only moved half of my things. They said they would come back the next day to finish and never did. Oh and I still had to pay the 3 hr min even though they only moved for and 1 hr and a half and spent the rest of the time in rush hour traffic because they were over an hour late. Then was told I would have to pay 3 hrs again the following day for them to move everything. So basically 800 dollars because my new home is 40 mins from my old home. I was left scrambling to find another moving company. I was sooo lucky to find Einstein Movers. They were able to get me into the scheduled today (Monday) and I called yesterday to schedule the appointment. Their rates are extremly reasonable. i will definately use them again if I ever move. I should have used them first. The guys moved fast, took great care of my things (i have some really old delicate furniture pieces) and were super nice. Plus it started raining and they didnt stop and wait around like the first company. They actually continued moving. The only bad thing was I could not tip the guys as much as I wanted because the first moving company screwed me over so bad. If your moving use them.

Einstein Moving Company is absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I were moving and after reading many great reviews and receiving a very reasonable quote we decided to book. A week or so after booking we had to change our moving location, but Einstein was always more than accommodating to the changes they needed to be made. On the day of our move, Chris & Jacob assisted us. They were prompt, professional, nice, and moved very quickly. The customer service that was provided was outstanding!! In fact, each person on the shift made a point to come over and introduce themselves with a smile and friendly greeting before starting their work. And the front office team were responsive and well-informed. They charge a fair price for the services, and they follow up if something goes wrong. Example: we had a couple items that just did not do well moving - Einstein stepped up quickly, checked into repair or replacement costs and made things right. Prior to the move, this moving company gave me tips for moving, a profile with photos and bios of the gentlemen they would be sending to move me the week before and an estimate of the final charge. The men who showed up were friendly, collegiate types with a positive attitude and treated my belongings gently. It was really white-glove service all the way. They didn't take long and the total was under the original estimate which was a relief for me! I moved a few years in a row and didn't have the same luck with other companies as with Einstein. I have a one-bedroom apartment and the first moving company charged me $1395 in 2015. The second charged me around $720 in 2016. This time, the move cost me around $450 (same amount of furniture). I appreciate integrity and transparency in pricing and that's what I got! The people they hire are nice. They work hard and have an upbeat attitude. This was truly the smoothest, stress-free moving experience I've ever had! I recommend them without reservation. Why not make moving easy?

Good quote that seriously beat out similar high-rated moving companies. Very clear helpful info received ahead of our early April 2019 move. We were moving from two different 2nd floor apartments in two nearby cities into one two-story 2nd floor apartment in a third city. Michael K. and his assistant (new guy was substituted for the one we were told to expect, forgotten his name with this delayed review, sorry!) were extremely efficient, polite, and helpful. They never tried to slow anything down as the clock was ticking the whole time on our time-related payment amount but actually gave some suggestions to speed things along even more. Michael was a cheerful and precise hands-on instructor for his new assistant who had less experience.
