DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The movers look like thugs, they broke several things, and after I paid for 2 days worth of service, the movers got to the new location and told the other person there that they needed to get paid cash, even though I just wrote them a check. The next moving day, they were suppose to be at our office to move the rest of the stuff between 3-5pm. At 5:15 I called and they said they were behind on a job, but unloading in Arlington and would be at my office in an hour. At 6:30, after no one was there still, I called and was told that they were finishing a job in Ft Worth, even though an hour and a half before they said they were in Arlington. Finally at 7:30 pm I called again and the lady told me that they were unable to make it and, "that's what happens when you book the last apt of the day." Unprofessional, dishonest crooks.

We had the opportunity to use a free hour credit through the agent who found us a new home. Thinking we could save money by getting a rebate & use a different moving company, we were so wrong! We had everything packed in storage. Piece of cake! We get to our new home, and then the guy tells us that, " because it's a long walk from the parking lot to our front door, it's an extra $100!" We're on a hourly rate! So, since they stopped, I had no choice but to go to the bank!! We had a confirmed contract by email stating that if it's more than 75 feet, there might be additional charges (EXCLUDING HOURLY RATES)!! It was our last $100 that my wife planned to use for groceries! We both are on disability and on a fixed income! Plus, the move was planned for the day before, and supposed to be discounted, unless it was caused by an ACT OF GOD! Their truck broke down in route to the storage unit! That's NOT an act of God! When my wife came back from the bank and they started moving the furniture in, they damaged three (3) pieces of furniture! Also, scrapped or scratched the kitchen floor moving in the washer and dryer! We're presently seeking legal counsel! I called them to work it out. I even sent a copy of my signed paper contract to them, as it didn't match their own copy! Apparently, there's nothing they'll do! We just needed to save money as most people know, moving isn't cheap! We regret not accepting the free hour credit through our agent! Instead of just paying $139 w/2.5 hrs minimum with a free hour, we ended up paying amateurs $300! The contract stated $79/hr cash 2 hrs minimum, plus a $30 trip fee, which should've costed us $190! That "long walk" DOES NOT COUNT, since it was an hourly rate! We were blackmailed since, they wouldn't do anything until they had been paid! I truly hope that EMC reads this! I spoke to Brianna & the email my wife got is from Lindsey! FYI, my wife did research movers and most were going to cost too much ($300+), which is why we went with EMC, and I had a pleasant conversation with Brianna setting up the move! Then, we get jacked! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL CHEAT YOU! Like one review said, "I do not recommend this business and will not refer friends and family except for the ones we don't like "!! We will continue to do what we can until this matter is resolved! I'm about to go to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and report them! They're not worth one star! I hope I helped those out there. There are moving companies who do help the disabled and elderly. And they do it HONESTLY!

WORST EXPERIENCE! RUINED MY MOVE! RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! Absolutely do NOT use this company. I called 4 weeks ahead of my move date to specifically schedule the FIRST move of the day, which seemed easy enough. I followed up 1 week prior to my move to ensure I was still on the books and still the first appointment, which they verified. I sold my home and absolutely HAD to be out by a certain time that day in order to meet my contract requirements. I also had a very tight schedule to reach the new home and allow 3 different companies to come in to install critical services - security system, new locks on doors, etc. When my 2 hour window came to a close on moving day, no one showed. The lady who answered was rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional, stating that she didnt know where the driver was and insisting that he would show and telling me to just reschedule all of my other services for the day, as if deadlines and other companies schedules were unimportant and unaffected. After another 45 minutes of calls back and forth to other Easy Moving call centers, I found out that I was NEVER booked as the first appointment that day and they had no intention nor ability to get there until 6-8 hours after the time we had agreed to weeks prior. Needless to say, I was forced to rent a UHaul truck and do the move myself, begging a neighbor to help with the heavy items. Horrendous company.

The movers, the appointment setter all of them were absolutely amazing. My first time using a moving service and I promise I'll be sending all my friends to them. I'll also use them afpak for my next move. They didn't try to abuse my need for them by dragging things out. I'm almost in tears at how good they were. Thank you so much again!!!!!!

Why would anyone use these scammers is beyond me. They will STEAL from you. What you are lucky to get will be held hostage from you until you pay them for hidden fees. Their "contract" is literally a laundry list of ways for them to screw you and get away with it. DON'T SIGN IT and for the love of your property, don't ever pay them in cash, no matter what their "movers" (and I use that term loosely) say. How these crooks are still in business is an indictment of our free market economy.

One star would be too many for this company. They “lost” a marble table top and Rhonda will not return calls or promises to call back and won’t do it. STAY AWAY from this company if you value your furniture.

It took them 3days and 13hours to move my stuff from a house to a Apartment they took 10breaks in between while moving then one of the guys got sick and couldn't help the other guy so they didn't unload the truck, instead they stayed the night outside in the parking lot of the complex with my Stuff still in the truck and the next morning took my stuff to the moving company to exchange movers and in the process switch my stuff to another truck and finally brought my stuff to me 4hours later with 4men to unload the truck and when they finally brought my stuff in the Apartment ALL MY STUFF WAS DAMAGED and SCRAPED, one of my Lamps was torn to pieces and to top it off my furniture and Head board to one of my beds and a entertainment center didn't make it on the truck I didn't receive the rest of my stuff until 5DAYS Later this was the WORST moving experience IVE Ever Had the Company should Be SHUT DOWN!' SMH the next time I will read the reviews before hiring another moving company so please read the reviews cuz I BET MY LIFE this is the WORST MOVING Company I've EVER Dealt with in 20yrs and this is a real story it just happened to me 2days ago I'm Still ANGRY about this situation,they talking about they been in busy for 18yrs I don't understand how!! Let me start by saying I hate moving! I'm lucky I found this company because I've never had a move to as smoothly as ours did last weekend. My husband finished unpacking all of items and we didn't have a single scratch. We did not have to track down movers the day of or wonder when they were showing up. They came when they were supposed to and since we were paying hourly, I thought for sure they would move as slowly as possible, but that was not the case! My family moves a lot(Military, which we also got a discount for!) and next time and every time we will be calling y'all again! Thank you guys!!

I’m am disgusted with this company. I only left a star to leave this post. Do not (I repeat) DO NOT waist your TIME or MONEY. This company delayed me for two days with excuses. I waited literally all day yesterday for them to show up and they delayed me continuously until it was to late to hire another company to move me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I am an understanding person but today I am beyond disbelief. This company has horrible customer service and no regard for the customers time. Today I was set for 4-6pm they called to inform me they would have to switch my time again and that they were going to get food and would then be on there way. I waited and waited and gave them a call only for them to tell me that one of two of there guys had all of sudden got sick. This is so last minute as I had given them a pass when they LIED TO ME yesterday stating that their truck had “broken down on them”. I’m here trying to find someone on such short notice because i had to be out of my apartment by yesterday. This company has cost me money and hasn’t delivered on their promise. This is just not the way you do business nor run a company. They should SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME (or money) dialing their number. You’re better off asking some random person to assist you with your move. Easy Moving Company you are a disgrace!!!

I would call this company again to move me.The movers were polite. They moved everything I asked to be moved and placed where I asked for it to be place. Although they did drop my Serger Sewing machine and we had mediation to take care of it, James was polite and the mediation went smoothly.

The people at Easy Moving Company made our move less difficult. They moved our boxes and furniture into the new house in very little time with out a scratch or ding. We will definitely be calling them when we pack up again.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE. Way too expensive for a crappy job. Total distance between move in and move out is 4 miles. Initial amount agreed when I called them is 120$ for 2 hours and 2 people. Once they came in, Washer/Dryer - 40$ extra (over 100lb), Couch 40$ extra (over 100lb), Stairs (move in) - 35$ extra. Final amount paid 235$. I had no time to call another movers, so I was forced to pay the amount. They damaged wall in the apartment while moving out couch and they didn't move my couch upstairs in the new house saying that it would damage the wall. I had to pay 50$ extra to move it upstairs.

-5*(STARS) IS MY HONEST OPINION This company has not just a few areas to tighten up in. They need a complete moral overhaul. They are thieves and I wouldn't say this if it wasn't true. I just bought one of the items the day before at Rawhide Rustic in my same town furn store. it never made it from my previous house to the one they moved it to. They informed me after they made it to my new apt. that they couldn't move it upstairs till I payed more ( per hr rate) then after I went upstairs I had to go down and they were just standing around. To me that's a sign of wasting as much time as possible to rack up the hours. I returned to the ATM 3 times between myself and my daughter. There is so much more to say but I believe you get the jest of my BAD REVIEW. Do not use this company, but that is only my point of view, you may have a different experience........but I doubt it.

Had an alright experience during the move, but they damaged my washer during the move. They basically dropped the washer and damaged the insides. It was going to cost more to repair than to just buy another washer. I put in a claim and it was a hassle...they gave me the run around for months. They eventually denied my claim. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I used them to move out of my apartment into my house. Low prices but terrible work. The head supervisor/driver was the slowest worker I've ever seen. He walked in circles, took smoke breaks, threw his trash on my floor and asked to stop at thr store while he was on the clock. Of my family wouldn't have veen there to help us move they would have taken 9 hours for 2 bedroom and boxes already packed.

We had a great experience with them start to finish. They even moved us on a sunday. We had a 3 bedroom house moved and unloaded in 5 hrs. The guys were very courteous and safe with our belongings.

Horrible company. They were more than two hours late past their window, and ended up destroying our TV. Based on the scuff marks, it's obvious they didn't wrap it at all, and that it fell in the truck several times. I told them on the phone what happened, and the lady who answered the phone just hung up on me. Wow.

I wish I read these reviews before I hired this company to move my items.... seems to be the trend of everyone's post. For me, after my bad experience, with this company do share similar sentiments. I wanted to reserve judgment, until I've heard from them, but after reading everyone's post, I'm beginning to experience what everyone had already experienced. I'll start by saying, I did not hire them, my wife did. The only good thing I can say about them, is they were on time. But, it goes downhill from there. I was being charged an hourly rate, and one of the two movers, kept taking breaks. They broke the glass, from my industrial popcorn machine, they scraped my wood table, and the worst of it, they dropped my refrigerator from their truck. The movers appeared to be inexperienced, and used the wrong equipment. On one of the mover's many breaks, the other mover was attempting to unload my refrigerator by himself. He was using a small dolly, to unload the refrigerator. It wasn't strapped down, and while he was attempting to come down the ramp of the truck, the refrigerator, tilted to the right, and dropped. There was considerable damage. I called the company, and like all other reviews, I got the run-around. When i spike with someone, they told me to file a complaint, via email. I was told that it would take up to 21 days, before i get a response. When i protested, and asked why it takes so long, I was told that they don't get many complaints, and the person who handles therm, doesn't come to the office regularly. Didn't make sense, at all. If there wasn't many complaints coming in, why would it take therm, up to 21 days to respond. When I called to speak with Rhonda, for two days, she was always on the phone, but she never returned my call. So, after reading most of the reviews, and seeing the same trends, happening to me, I'm going to start LEGAL proceedings, in about a week. I'm not waiting 21 days, to be told my claim might be denied. Will report back, in a future date. I WILL NEVER USE EASY MOVING COMPANY AGAIN!!!

The moved us from Lubbock to Keller tx and they worked very hard. They had us loaded in a few hours and very friendly. Not to mention they was the cheapest company I found. They set up th bunk beds and my couches no questions asked. I will definitely use this company again

HIRE ANYONE BUT THEM! We got moved! I guess that's the only important part, right? They broke an important piece to a table we have. We asked right before they drove off, "where's the table piece?". He comes back with the glass in pieces! Glass is easily broken, I understand. But he would've never told us about it if we wouldn't have asked about it. Which leads me to believe that the 2 pictures that we are missing are somewhere broken. I've called and emailed front office and they have yet to call me back. This was my first time using movers and I will never use Easy Moving Co. again. And will stray my friends and colleagues away from them as well. ****UPDATE**** I did hear from claims regarding my broken glass and 2 missing pictures. Claims asked me to delete/revise my review on Thumbtack THEN they will mail me a check reimbursing me for my missing/broken items. Their exact words were "Once the review is fixed, we will send you out a check for the claim settlement". That's unfair. I asked them why did I have to change my review in order to get reimbursed for something they broke/stole and they said "as a mutual good faith gesture"! I just want my glass fixed and pictures replaced. It's March and I have yet to be reimbursed from my move in November. HIRE ANYONE BUT THEM!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I was in a hurry for movers and did not read the reviews, instead went for the lower price and the girl on the phone was nice and seemed professional so I was sucked in!! HORRIBLE experience! They gave us a 2 hour window. They called close to the end of the window and said that they had a flat on the way to my house and would be back on the road shortly. No big deal. Two hours later no show and the office was closed so I had to call the answering service 5 times before someone FINALLY called me back. The guy said that they weren't on their way to my house so the first excuse was a lie. He said they would be there by 6:30 at the latest. I ask about a discount for being late, he tells me 5%. Then another person called back close to 8 pm and said they were almost there. I ask her about a REALY REALLY REALLY late discount and she says 10% but she would check with her manager for additional. She never called me back. These guys show up at 10 PM looking half drunk in a RENTED truck that was so loud so there was NO WAY we were moving obviously. We tried to ask if they could be back at 8 am to move. He said no. Then he said all he could give me was a 5% discount. I told them don't bother coming back and we ended up renting a UHAUL the next morning and recruiting some people to help. I missed a day of work as a result. It was the most horrible experience ever. Being late is one thing but continuing to lie and make excuses just to find out the real truth at the end which had nothing to do with the original story is just unprofessional.

Polite, professional, careful movers. They work non-stop and very efficiently. They actually arrived in their truck at the destination before I did and I thought I took a shortcut. My daughter used this company and was so pleased she recommended them to me. Our family has used them in three moves now and had the same excellent results each time. My move was 1.4.14 (Saturday) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The movers are irresponsible, I did not see what they actually came in, until I was on my way to the moving destination. They came in a truck that was pulling a trailer, did not even have enough room for my small 956 sq ft apartment!! They reel you in, their website looks good, they have clearly paid a company to move them up on the GOOGLE search engine, but that is wasted money because they are scamming everyone else. The only pleasant thing was the initial call, Rhonda helped me and offered me everything I needed, so I chose to go with them. They almost have it together, except it is a failure because the actual movers are lazy, slow and irresponsible. They also removed the parking bumper from my apartment complex, and did not even bother to put it back, making the spot useless. I called my apartment complex and had them put it back. They are careless. At the end of the move the mover tells me that there is not enough space in their truck and I would have to move my televisions on my own, I asked them to at least shrink wrap them for me since I was now stuck with that, they said it was not necessary and didn't do it. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and hired them because I needed help moving not because I wanted to do the work myself. The mover also damaged my sleep number bed pump, when he was taking the mattress he picked up the pump by the tubes, I told him that they needed to be unplugged before moving the mattress and his response was that he did this all the time? Clearly not, since upon arrival my the bed would no longer fill with air in one side. It is connected to its own tube, since he pulled the pump up by its tube he damaged it. Then he tried to fix it by punching two holes in it. The bed has a 20 year warranty, I attempted to fix it this way but upon hearing that the movers did this the warranty is void, they stated that is not the way you are supposed to handle the mattress. I filed a claim and it was quickly denied based on the statement of the mover???? No one called me after repeated requests to have someone call me back. I have now filed a complaint with the TxDMV. I have also already ordered the part for my mattress. What kind of company can say their best business practice is to simply ask the mover if he broke/damaged something and take their word for it? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

****PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY**** I was referred by a friend that hired this company 6 months ago and claimed they were okay movers. I should of payed attention to the okay part. Very unprofessional staff, and the movers are the WORST! Movers using cellphones while moving the furniture, mattresses dragged on the truck floor, dressers banged around because they are not moving them the correct way. Damaged walls due to the furniture banged on them. Just a complete nightmare. It gets a lot WORSE! Not only did they damage my apartment walls, my dressers, tore my mattresses, i had to drive the driver to get a fix a flat on my time paid for so the trucks old tire would not go flat. So made i made a claim, and they played the attempt to fix it BULLSH#T GAME sent out a guy only to find out he was the person hired not to pay you a penny. He told me that he was going to go to home depot to get stuff to fix my 4 thousand dollar bedroom set. I have called him and emailed and no response. So if you hire them and this happens to you, don't blame anyone but yourself for not listening to someones advise. I blame myself for this and now i have to pay out of pocket to have professional touch up on my furniture.

Very unprofessional company! They water damaged or broke many items. Do not use this company. I was promised 3 people to move, and only 2 showed up. I was also promised a worker who was excellent at packing things, and he did not show up. Moved into a storage unit, and furniture and boxes were soaked. Turns out they had a hole in the truck, which allowed water to seep into my things, and then they don't want to take responsibility. Tried to talk to someone when I called into the company after the move, but salesperson would not allow me to talk to the owner or anyone who could help me. The site says professional, caring, and also guarantees satisfaction even to the end of the move...That is just a joke! There are so many things I could say, but the best thing I can tell you is do NOT use this company! Not reputable, and did not carry through with the few things I was promised. Oh, and did I mention, after my items were mistreated and sopping wet, they asked me to help them out by jumping their now dead truck battery! When I told them I could not, they waited and called me again to ask if I could have someone else come from their home to jump their Penske Rental Truck. Very unprofessional! Do NOT use this company! You will be sorry!

Will definitely refer and use again!!! I called easy moving company for an emergency move out of my apt. I was in such a panic and the girl that I talked to in the office reassured me everything would be ok and they would be able to help me that day. She quoted me a very reasonable price and gave me a time for the movers to show up within a few hours!!! I was so excited I started to cry :)....The movers called me when they were on their way and showed up in the time frame that I was given. When they arrived they were so kind and made me feel so comfortable about my move. They loaded up all my stuff onto their moving truck and drove to my storage unit. I watched them move each piece of furniture and they were so cautious and gentle with my personal belongings. After they finished I signed off on the contract, and received a copy of my own. I thanked them so much and tipped them. They don't have any idea how much they have helped. I love this company from the office girls to the movers. Keep up the great job. Will tell everyone about you.....:)

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL scheduled to have my furniture picked up and delivered from 3-5 they call me and say they are running behind and would be closer to 6-7 when they got there to pick up the furniture...she calls me at 7:10 saying they will be on their way in 30-40 min...an hr goes by and I call to see if they are on their way yet. She said no I told her to just cancel it and she hung up in my face. Will never contact them again.

They damaged virtually every piece of furniture they moved. A door was broken off my very expensive antique dresser, knobs broken off the tv stand, a knob jammed into a dresser drawer and the center broke out, every piece was scratched in multiple places. I tried filing a claim with the insurance we paid for and they denied it. Not to mention the movers squeezed us for a big tip in cash and told us not to write the amount on the form. Worthless company. Shady movers. Absolutely do NOT recommend.

Will definitely tell you what you want to hear as far as SCHEDULING your move. Then comes the call that they will be "LATE". Then comes NO CALL advising that they will NOT SHOW UP AT ALL! Moving is stressful enough without these losers----stay far away! Cannot believe they call themselves "Easy Movers"----WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!

We booked EMC to assist with the moving process. All they were responsible for was packing our stuff; No heavy lifting, no moving up and down stairs, and no loading or unloading. Yikes! The packers started at 9am and took more than 3 hours to pack up a 1 bdrm apt. We packed all of our clothes with the wardrobe boxes that we had to purchase from Home Depot while the packers were working. Come to find out, wardrobe boxes were supposed to be offered AND free. We tipped the packers for doing the job as well as paying them the $45 commute fee in cash which is apparently part of the tip. After they left, we were looking for a can opener in the boxes. We find that ALL the boxes were HALF empty. Glass picture frames were unwrapped, stacked on each other and with other things that could easily break them. We spent 8 HOURS repacking. The company offered to take off the price of 3 boxes. I sent pictures of the poor packing, from plates being packed without proper wrapping. Glass bottles thrown in to the biggest box, no wrapping again. Boxes half empty. At 2am we finished repacking. It took multiple emails and phone calls to finally get a hold of a person with a management title. They refunded $150, or about a 1/4, of the charges. I would never pay for this service again. STAY AWAY! They will only make your life harder when hiring packers is supposed to make your life easier.

Easy Moving Company moved my 3 bedroom home. I called in and spoke to a very polite and curteous lady who gave me my quote right over the phone. She explained everything about what to expect and gave me the time the movers would arrive. I received my written estimate by email as promised and the movers showed up right on time. Everything went great, all of my things were moved and handled with care by the movers and nothing was broken! The moving men were really great and so is this company! I highly recommend their services.

These guys are awful. They said they would bring a truck, they bring a low ceiling trailer thats falling apart. They said they couldn't move my Two Bedroom Apartment in less than 5 hours, and move it 10 miles down 35! They milk you by moving slow and not listening to your directions. Advice: Go to Uhaul & Rent a Truck. Call the number in the truck for moving help and they will send out a couple guys for less than $100. Thats what we did last time and I wish we had done it this time.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this was literally the WORST experience I've ever had with a company. They were cheaper per hour but took so long to do everything that they ended up costing WAY MORE than any other movers we've used. Boxes were half full (and we had to buy those boxes, so not packing them all the way cost $$$!) I found a hammer packed in with my porcelain. Then they cause EXTENSIVE damage to our floor and a large piece of furniture. When we filed a claim they delayed for several months before flat out denying. The damage was so severe that I have no choice but to sue them to recover. Not suing for profit, just enough $ to fix the floor they ruined. Complete unprofessionalism from top to bottom.

The worst! The movers actually stole my cash out of my wallet while I was moving stuff. I called the office but there was nothing they could do! Basically my word against their's! *** I should have checked reviews first. Thumbtack let me down. *** CROOKS AND THIEVES. I hired EMC through Thumbtack to pack and load my house from Dallas for a move to Columbus. Their "team" were woefully amateur and lazy. Over half of my furniture pieces were left unwrapped and unprotected - including a fabric couch, piano, wine fridge, desks, dressers, just to name a few. I authorized them to use as many moving pads as possible, as I was purchasing them from EMC at $5 each. The movers ignored this request. They did a TERRIBLE job packing the truck itself putting heavy boxes on top of lighter boxes and just throwing things in the truck knowing full well they weren't going to be the ones unpacking it on arrival. One of the movers had his wife and kid show up at my house during the move and proceeded to use the kitchen and bathrooms without asking. Lastly, THEY STOLE FROM ME. I had several bottles of nice scotch that were unopened and still in their boxes. However upon arrival and unboxing, the boxes made it... but they were EMPTY. The bottles are nowhere to be found. In summary, I have a house full of damaged furniture and now missing bottles of scotch. EMC has been extremely slow to respond to ANY of my correspondence and deflecting everything to their "claims" department. Luckily I used credit card to pay the first day, which I have since put a stop-payment on. They insisted on cash for the 2nd day - again, unprofessional but I relented. Huge mistake. NEVER pay them cash. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I have regretted every minute of this decision.

I initially went with this company because they had the cheapest rates out of the few I’d called. I I stressed to them the importance of moving out by the 31st of July. Initially I asked for the morning and 2 days before I was set to move my Apts told me my apt wouldn’t be ready until after 4. I called Easy Movers and the secretary moved some things around and said she could make it happen around 6 pm- 8pm. I was very grateful. On moving day, they called me at 6:15 stating the 1st job took to long and they’re just now getting to the job before me, she stated they won’t get to me until after or around 10pm. I told her no problem, I just need to be out by 7/31. They be fan to then tell me they’d have to come in the morning. I told them my property mgr wouldn’t be ok. She asks to speak to my P.M. when they talk my P.M. tells them if they don’t have me moved by 8/1 before 10am they’d be responsible for paying my rental fee. So now the secretary tells me she’d give me a discount for the inconvenience but needed to figure things out and call me back. She calls me back and says the movers will be to me around 7am and tries to rush off of the phone. I asked about my discount, she tells me them coming at 7am is my discount. I explain to her that’s not a fault to me at all, it’s just good customer service and the fact that they don’t want to be reliable for paying my fee for not having me moved out in time. She puts me on hold again. She says, well the mgr says that’s the discount we can give you because normally we charge more to come early but we won’t charge you. I laughed out of the ridiculousness. I asked to speak with the mgr and of course, “He just left!” She claimed she had no clue what time orbwhen he’d ever be back in. I still remained calm and told her this wasn’t ok and this wasn’t a discount at all. She then tries to say, “Well I heard you mention you needed your refrigerator taken apart, that’s usually a $50 service.” I told her I mentioned it 3 times and if that was a charge they would’ve mentioned it before and I strongly believe she’s just trying to find something to justify. She then tells me, “ Well we also normally would’ve charged to switch your service at the last min. But we gave you a discount on that!”! I told her she can’t use that against me because the moment she told me she could “make it work, no problem” that means it was no problem! She then tells me, “ Well this is the discount we can give you, so do you still want us to come tomorrow or what?” I laughed out of disbelief and told her I obviously had no choice since it was too late to find anyone else! As far as the movers they were fast in the first hour and of course, slowed down tremendously in the second hour. They didn’t come with ANY tools and knew NOTHING about the refrigerator! However they got it done. They took 3 hours to move our things even though it could’ve been done in 1.5 since we had all of the boxes moved up to the front, and beds already taken down. The only 30 min hold up was the tv to be taken down and the refrigerator. So I paid way more which I believe is strategic for every moving company and even though I was assured they’d wrap whatever I asked they didn’t and of course they scuffed my $2k furniture just like the last movers. But this time with black marks. I didn’t complain because I was just over it. The movers even knew the company was bad. I’m sure they know this review is coming, I told them in the phone I’d give them a bad review.

Scheduled the mover for the day before. They set up us right away for a time from 12-2 They arrives a bit later, But we where notified and explained why they where running behind. They came to the ABF terminal where we had a UPACK Reno Cube and Loaded all my stuff up in 9 mins and where on the way to the house. We got there about the same time They unloaded it with great speed and care for my stuff. They put it where i needed or wanted it. Everything arrived safe and sound. They only thing is like i said they where a half an hour past the 2 hour window. Which given the situation it was understandable. Thank you Easy Moving!!! We shall use you again in the future!

WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER - DO NOT USE: The movers were unprofessional & damaged several items including a huge dent in out brand new $2000 refrigerator. They claim to be fully insured, but the corporate office pays cents on the dollar (the literally offered us $180 as settlement) & the fine print on their contract prevents you filing suit on them for damages.

I hired this company to move my household into storage. I also used their packing services. They did manage to pack the house rather quickly and it appeared to be okay until I went looking for my iPod. It was missing. I called and asked the man in charge of my packing and he said he did not know where it was, then eventually said he had it in his hand when packing the kitchen. I opened several boxes. Nothing. Ended up it was conveniently in his pocket and he forgot about it. hmm? Right! He brought it back to me after I explained the cost and amount of music on it. The room it was in was not even supposed to be packed. The move itself started out fine. Then, they ran out of the free saran wrap and did not go get more. The wardrobe boxes they allow you to use were old and there were not enough of them. We got everything moved into storage late that evening with a 4 man crew. When I arrived back at my home that night, I discovered they had out dents all over the from t of my stainless shell fridge. About 7 small ones. I immediately called and complained. Filled out their from and waited for an answer. They offered me 150 for my damaged 3k fridge. Eventually after many letters and communications they paid me 400...not even close to replace it but they did not care. I had not been back to the storage unit until the other day and they damaged 6 dining chairs, 2 arm chairs and who knows what else. I could not get all the way to the back to look at the table and settee and bench and desk but i am sure they have the same knits and scratches all over them. It was very disappointing to see all my nice things damaged this way. I am a real estate agent and have made sure not to allow anyone else to use them but there is no real good way to put review against them on Google where their name is searched the most. I hope this keeps other people from having their things ruined. If I could give them -5 stars, I would.

Worst moving company. Do Not Use. They broke over 7 items and damaged 4. I filed a claim sent them all the pictures of the damage. They waited 90 days to say they denied the claim. Now I am having to file in small claims court. I even have a text message from the actual guy that moved my stuff apologizing for the damage. The lady that answers is very rude. -5 The movers were the most unprofessional ill-mannered men have met in my life. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a company. I am uncomfortable that they even know where I live. The movers arrived in a truck that was sketchy looking, provided horrible customer service, rushed through everything, were loud yelling and singing and acting strange, they asked me personal questions and made very rude comments to me and my family. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I was told by Ronda the office lady they hire reputable people and they do not contract out, the mover guy told me at the end that he was a contractor and didn't work for the company. I'm just glad this experience is over and I hope this review can prevent someone else from having to go through what we went through.

The company called the day before (Sunday) to confirm the time and location which assured me that they were willing to come extra early, as requested. The guys arrived on time and ready to work. Easy sent the right crew who was strong enough to handle the heavy stuff, but willing to tote and move things for me, as needed. I was very pleased with how quickly the move was completed and that the crew kept my stuff out of the walls and off the door frames. Thank you for doing a great job!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I used them twice, however when I called them up again and spoke to Rhonda, she was rude and not helpful at all on the phone. I was charge $30 for trip charge, however she wanted to charge me $50. I asked her why the change and replied due to Hurricane there was a change in price. I totally understand but I just hired them about 2 weeks ago and I believe the Hurricane was over. I asked her if this is the way they kept their customers on coming back and she just stayed quite. So if you get a good quote don’t expect to continue using them and feel like you can store their number as a good moving company. The price of 3 items moved from storage to my house was almost the same from moving my 2 bedroom apartment. Awful customer service!!!!!

I was VERY skeptical with using them but first they were able to accommodate my short notice for needing to be moved. Second, they even called me and arrived earlier than my scheduled time which was great for my needs. The two gentlemen that showed up were professional and friendly. They got started right away and worked great together. I am over all VERY PLEASED with the work they did. They got me moved quickly and without a hassle. Great job you guys!!

Horrible! I wouldn't have even given them 1 star! The guy comes in with a sour attitude because it was so late. Window was from 4-6 they arrived at 5:52. Torn clothes and reeking of smoke. He fires up a cigarette on the way into my building like that was completely normal! For a non-smoker that was disgusting and very unprofessional. He broke my living room table, completely shattered the glass! I was just going to toss put my mattresses amd he said he was going to have to charge me extra for taking it 10 yards from my place, as if loading and unloading it would have been easier? They didn't finish until about 9:15! It was ridiculous! So slow and the older man was horrible! Very poor guest service. I would have rather paid more money than have to hire them again! I would certainly go another route than waste your money on such unprofessionalism!

He will hire anyone with a truck. He sends convicted child molesters into peoples homes with children. Read his reviews they are all horrible and correct.Never hire this company.

PLEASE PLEASE, do not use these people, they are the worst. Scheduled to arrive at 1PM, they came at 5:30 PM. One of the guys was smoking, now my mattresses have smoke, and I am allergic to smoke. They put sweat on the caouch (now looking for ways to clean it). They damaged my furnitures, one of my mattresses got torn, left huge stain on them because they were using dirty hands, lost some of the pieces. Arriving to my new place, they were hitting the walls with a fresh paint, I'll probably have to paint it again. This company should be closed. Even if they offer a free move for you, RUN away from them!!! The driver, his name is Ruben, they took off without finishing putting together what they said. This has been the worse day of my life.

Now I don't like to move and most people don't that is why people hire movers in the first place. We have used easy moving in the past and everytime there has been some kind of issu. This time was we told them that we had a lot of stuff and we would need 3 men and a large truck. So we had 3 men and a 26' box truck showed up. They to me did not pack the truck well seemed to be a LOT of unused space and with all of the unused space mentioned that they needed to make 2 trips. We spent a lot more money then what we had planned and it just didn't feel like we got what we paid for

I received service on Friday Jan 12. My movers were Xavier and Brandon. When they got there I expressed that I wanted to move everything in 2 hours. They said that with the amount of stuff it was going to take longer. I then told them to move only the large items first and see if we can get the small stuff in the end. After about an hour in I told them to go ahead and move it 3 hours and also begin to help take some stuff out to make it easier for the movers. As time was getting in closer, I asked if it would be ok to add an additional time as there was only a little bit left. It didn’t make sense to have to rent another truck to move the additional items, it’s about 12-15 boxes left total. I did not mind spending extra money to have my house completed instead of spending money on another rental truck. Xavier said the way they packed the truck there was no more room. If they would have packed the truck correctly in the first place, they would have been able to pack all of my items into the truck. The last item they put into the truck was my big flat screen TV. But before they loaded, they asked if it can fit in my car. No it could not but why would it need to be out in my car if there was a big moving truck available. We get to the storage, they said it was time to pay, I had 50 in cash and the rest was in a money order from Walmart since I was told to pay cash or money order. Brandon told me that the owner would not take the money orders unless they were bank issued. I told them I would have to go to the bank and cash it and I would be right back. So I left the mover unattended for 20 minutes while I had to find a bank and cash the money orders. At this point I was upset. The money orders were blank and could have been taken but rules are rules. When I returned to the storage, 80% of the truck was unloaded. My problem is instead of putting the heavy stuff at the back of the storage like I had asked, the put the boxes at the back. They left a “path” so I can come back later and load the rest of my boxes myself. There was no way I can move the rest of my boxes into the storage because the refrigerator, dresser, washing machine and a mattress was in the way. It will take more than me to move all of these items to finish packing my boxes into the storage. On top of that, I would still have to jump over a couch to do so. They were in a hurry to get to their next job. I went back Saturday to see if my mom and I could maneuver the stuff around, which we could not. I then proceeded to call the company and ask for mover to come back out to correct this mistake. I sent pictures to the lady that answered and she was supposed to call back and she never did. Sunday, January 14, I had to get relatives to reorganize my items, before we got started, I noticed a lot of items were damaged. My big TV is broken. The mover set it in storage as if nothing happened. My leather couches are scratched and has puncture holes in it and there are some dents in my washer machine. The washing machine is new and didn’t have any scratches on it. Boxes were thrown in the storage as well because they were falling apart. I am not sure how much damage has been done to my items but I know it is a lot. I am very upset with this moving company and the lack of care they have for customer’s items. I had originally planned to use this moving company again since I was going to be moving out of storage into a house in a month or so. Now I wouldn’t even recommend this company to any of my friends. What should have been an easy day, has turned in to an expensive nightmare. I am not sure how this can be fixed, but I expect it to be. Long story short, 2 months later they want to pay only 180 for a broken tv, washer and dryer, my sectional based off weight. Never recommend this company.

They are not even a real moving company - they are hacks - just brokers who use any crappy subcontractor they can find. Big on promises, even bigger on disappointment. They will rip you off.

Currently waiting on a call back from the manager James P. after going over with Rhonda the discrepancy in the quote I received and what I was charged. It took 4 hours to move our one bedroom apartment and they did not even move everything. Furniture and lots of boxes were left behind. I have used and referred these movers numerous times, however, I had a horrible experience last month with them. I was told they were not available on the date I selected, which was fine. Then received a message they could squeeze me in and I would receive a discount for the miscommunication (which of course I did not receive). The day of my move I called to report an occurrence of theft while the movers were still completing my move, there was of course not a manager or owner available and they would call me back the following day. They never called. I attempted to contact them by email the next week and was told I would hear from the owner soon and still have not received a call. One of the three moving guys also had his significant other meet him at my house and storage units, where she sat with a baby all day- extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend or use again.
