If I could give them 0 stars I would. First off they never showed up after making me wait almost 7 hours!!!! I scheduled my move at the beginning of the week, so it's not like it was last minute. I was told I would be contacted an hour prior to my scheduled move, which would've been 3-5 PM. I received a call around 3:15 PM saying they had a flat tire and were waiting for roadside assistance. But then they still had one other move prior to mine so it would be at least 3-4 hours before they could get to me. I asked the manager for some type of discount or compensation for the inconvenience and he declined saying it wasn't their fault and only apologized for inconveniencing me. After going back and forth with the actual movers, I was told the earliest they could be at my house was 8:30 PM. My storage unit access ends at 9 PM so there was no way I could make it before then. I told them this and the mover said he would talk to his boss about a discount and yet AGAIN the boss declined to give any type of compensation. After waiting another 2 hours to hear back from the movers, they called at 9:15 PM saying they were on the way. By this time it's pointless to even come since my storage unit was closed! At the end of the day these are the WORST MOVERS I have EVER dealt with! I hope nobody else has to be screwed over like I was, forcing me to try and book someone else at the last minute. Whoever the manager is for this company that was not allowing for any discounts or compensation for the inconvenience, I hope you learn VERY SOON how to treat your customers and provide excellent customer service because that is definitely something you lack!!!!

Best Move in DFW are very professional movers. I have used Best Move more than once and I am actually getting ready to call for a quote again for a move at the end of this month. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs to move, EVERY TIME. First off, when I called they said they could come between 1-3, which was a little later than we wanted to get started but whatever. But then at a little after 10, I get a call saying they are ahead of schedule and want to know if we're ready right now. (I should note, they said it was fine if we weren't. Luckily, we were.) So they get here ahead of schedule and they literally finish loading and unloading at the new place before they were originally scheduled to start. We had never used movers before and we were worried that since they charge by the hour, they would take their time. But that was not the case. They were quick, efficient and careful. They even assembled the bed frame for us. I can't say enough good things about them. AND it was affordable and they didn't try and surprise us with hidden charges. I'm only giving 5 stars because I don't have the option of giving more. Love love love them.

I had to cancel some shady movers at the last minute, like literally standing there ready to move. I called best movers in desperation....and Francis took me on the same day within an hour, because he said he put himself in my shoes. He didn't leave my side or my daughter's until the job was totally complete. And he locked the clock at 3 hours, tho he worked 4! Then he made me lower my tip! I cried when he left. Best experience ever ❤️

I used Best Movers Dallas for a move in 2013 and again for a move in 2015. I will continue to use their services in the future. The staff is extremely punctual and polite, and honors the quoted cost. Very no-nonsense and easy process.

We have used them on different occasions to move customers into our storage facility and they have always done an excellent job. All the customers that have used them say they were fast and treated them like they were one of the family. As far as movers in Dallas go I would have to say that they are the best.

I’m contacting you because I have experienced a horrific encounter with Best Move in Texas, Inc. I should have known from the very start of the move, Best Move in Texas, Inc was late and showed up in a Budget rental truck. Every estimate that I received from professional movers including Best Move in Texas, Inc 4 to 5 hours; this move took 10 hours. The list of items moved is below; 1. King size bed no disassemble required (mattress damaged) 2. King box springs (damaged) 3. Queen size bed no disassemble required (mattress damaged) 4. Queen box springs (damaged) 5. Refrigerator (damaged) 6. Freezer (damaged) 7. Coffee table (damaged) marble top 8. Wall lamp table (damaged) marble top 9. (4) dressers 10. (3) night stands (1 damaged) 11. (3) desks (1 damaged ) 12. (1) tool box 13. (1) dining table 14. (3) office chairs ( 1 damaged ) 15. China cabinet 16. Washer and dryer 17. (2) Wall mirror (1 damaged) There is damage to the wood floor at my old home. There is damage to 3 doors at my new home. There is damage to the wood work and walls at my new home. In closing, I was told by Devin that the damage to my belonging would be taking care of by simply filing a claim. When I contacted Devin on Tuesday August 22, 2016, Devin said that he would have a company come out to my house and glue my marble tops. Devin also said he would send someone out to my new house to clean my soaked mattresses and box springs. At the time that we noticed that the bedding was soaked from the leaking truck Devin said that he would have the company that he rented the truck from replace my bedding. This was the worst moving experience of my life, I have moved across country twice with less damage than moving across the metroplex. Damaged, Jerry McElroy

0 Stars, please. Unfortunately I wouldn't know if these are the "best" movers in Dallas, because they never actually showed up for the move. I received a text this morning at 7 am stating they would be here at 10 AM. I texted and called at 10:15 to check-in, then again 4-5 times over the next two hours with NO response. Finally at noon, we had to find another mover (luckily who can move us today). Remarkably surprised and extremely disappointed. Any communication would have been much better, even if the call were bad news.

First of all, the movers that were sent out were completely incompetent and took almost 6 hours to move a fully packed 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house with no appliances. The cost was over $800 dollars, and the owner, Devin, acknowledged that the movers were not ready to be on their own and all but one had been fired, but refused any compensation for their inability to move us efficiently. Secondly, the movers did major damage to both my new furniture and my new wood floors; and although Devin was working with us on this for a while, he stopped answering emails and phone calls over a month ago when the furniture "repair" he had done damaged it further, and he was unable to fix gouges in my floor with a marker pen.

I would just like to say what a terrible company this is, they sent 2 guys to move our things and everything they touched was damaged---no tie downs----no blankets! Dropped my dryer off of the dolly trying to get it on the truck. Contacted the owner Justin (Jay) and he was more than willing to talk to me, then I sent the pictures of our damage and now he won't answer calls, texts or call me back, same with Paul at Truck Buds, he won't answer the phone, return my calls or texts. I hughly DO NOT recommend this conpany if you value your things. They obviosly don't give 2 cents about you or your property!! Very unproffessional of both companies

I called Best Movers 2 days b4 I needed to move, which was a Sunday to boot. This was in late Sept. The person I talked to said they were booked for all weekends through the following October, but gave me 3 referrals and strongly suggested that I call the first company he gave me first. Now I know why. The referred company showed up on time, wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped, even moved my clothes. In the process they were courteous and respectful (yes, sir, please and thank you) and VERY careful all the way through the move. They were also fast and patient. Therefore, I highly recommend Best Movers, because if the second "best" was this good, "Best" must be out of this world. Read thee other companies' reviews and you will see that nobody ravees about other movers the way "Best" is.

I used Best Move to do my moving 4 years ago and I was very pleased, but the last time I moved, I chose to go with someone that gave me a cheaper quote..... the difference was astounding. I had to move again 2 months ago and Best Move was the only company I called this time. Even though they sent out 2 different guys than last time they moved me, it went amazing. The guys were super professional and careful with even my IKEA bookshelf that was already falling apart. I will never use anyone else again!! I learned my lesson. Thanks for being great!

Contracted to help with a very small move, 2 pcs of furniture, damaged a wall but wasn't bad so I let it go. I was then contacted by by TJ to do repairs on 1 of their customers houses they did damage to. Did repairs to help them save face... They then proceeded to block my # and NOT pay the bill.... These people will break and damage your property without 2nd thought and just leave you hanging, not enough man enough to answer the phone, instead they block you like little kids would do!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! Company is a joke and they will lie right to your face. STAY AWAY!!!
