I am posting for my friend. She contacted Mitchell 2 weeks ago to setup up an appointment in which he did via email. She then tried to contact them 2 days before to confirm but no one picked up. She left over 12 voicemails in the span of those 2 days with no availability. What kind of company doesn't pick up their phone? The day of the move came and they did not show up (obviously). She had to book another moving company and they showed up that day. I would give this company a zero star but Google wouldn't let me. #flakers

First time using these guys. My move was suppose to happen on a Friday and never did. These guys accomodated me on a Sunday morning. They were prompt, courteous and on time. All my belongings were delivered with no damage. Will be using these guys for all my moves. Did I mention these guys also do pick up and delivery at your new place? Made my move so hassle free, thanks fellas.

Even with me requesting a last minute extra pickup location they arrived on time, moved me within a reasonable time considering I made them make 3 stops, loved their rates, and made my move go so smoothly. Berner's Pro Movers made this the best moving experience that I have ever had, and I have moved a fair number of times throughout my life between work and school. They arrived promptly, worked quickly (an hour and forty-five minutes from start to finish!), and were incredibly pleasant to be around. What's more, they offered to help me move heavy things to my apartment dumpster, and made absolutely sure that I had all of my furniture arranged the way I wanted it before they left. I will be helping my father move next month, and will be contacting them again for assistance. I cannot recommend them highly enough--Mitchell and Alex were a godsend! Also, if we're getting down to brass tacks, they offer a much better return on your money than any other mover that I priced in the area. Kind, quick, and cost effective--what more could you possible ask for?
