They moved my car and household belongings on my move to Fargo N. D. The service they provided was great. I talked to Kim to help me get my move inventory and detials set up. The truck arrived when I was told and they did a good job of getting everything to my new apartment safely and on time. The driver, Blu, took good care of my things, including my favorite marble top table which they totally covered in bubble wrap.

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They caused well over $5000 of damage on my belongings in a move from Lousiana to Pennsylvania. Made the pick up in one truck, delivered it in another. Was a day late picking up. Totally destroyed a dining table. Countless wood chairs damaged. Fishing rods snapped, wood bedroom furniture damage beyond repair. Will never see any reinbursement because the claims process is geared against the claimant. They should be charged with criminal negligence. The damage appeared intentional. DO NOT USE THESE FOOLS!!

We were told the movers would be here on Friday, then it was changed to Saturday they called, said they had an issue with the truck. Said they would be here subday. Still a NO SHOW. Gads i wish i had never contacted ranger RELOCATION. I had no idea that they would contract out our move to company's. Who would take your deposit and NOT show up, till they felt like it. So very disappointed. The move is over. Dont ask when it will be delivered. Was supposed to be delivered on dec 28. Its now January 2nd. Have not even gotten a phone as at ETA. Not very reliable. Today is jan 29th. Movers finally decided to bring the remaining furniture & boxes. So far, only 1 box is trashed. Smashed and fear the blue ray player & sound bar are destroyed.

Mimi and the staff were fantastic. Very prompt to respond to my online inquiry and despite the fact that we had to play phone tag several times due to my crazy schedule and kids, they were always accommodating and courteous. There were so many movers to choose from. In the end, I chose American Eagle Moving and Storage not only because of its reputation but also the very personalized conversation I had with Chris, the Sales manager and another rep named Tori. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and very professional about the move. My boxes and furniture were very carefully packed in the moving truck and nothing got lost, broken or scratched. They were very accommodating of my needs . There was open and constant communication through the move, from pick up to delivery. I highly recommend this company.

Crooks, criminals and thieves! Do not use this company for anything you are sure to regret it! Our furniture was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours we received it 3 weeks later and the crooks tried to make us pay $200 more than what we owed! And when our belongings finally came what wasn't broken or damaged just wasn't there at all! Please choose another company save yourself the mental anguish! And response to the lie below we were absolutely customers and would be more than happy to show receipts. Did I mention they were liars also. Smh

The representative was quick and sent the information needed. Once the online furniture assessment was complete, the representative (Chris) followed up and sent a quote that was well within my budget. So far, American Eagle Moving has been an excellent company. We will wait and see how the actual move goes. Now that the move has occurred, I can give an update for my experience. 1. The movers who came to pick up my furniture were respectful, careful and hard working. 2. The movers who came to drop of my furniture at my new place were respectful, careful and hard working. I have NO complaint about these individuals. However, I would not recommend this company to others nor will I use them again. This is because of the following: 1. I was called by dispatch on one day stating that the movers would arrive to pickup my furniture on the next day. Nobody showed up, so I called Chris late in the afternoon. He did not see that a pickup had every been arranged. However, he stated that my stuff would be picked up in the next couple of days. Again, nobody showed up. On the fourth iteration of this and with me in tears, I finally got an ETA for a pickup. 2. While the stuff had been carefully loaded, when it arrived in New York, it had obviously been moved to a new truck and that was NOT done carefully. Boxes were crushed. A box freezer was placed on the top of the stack, while a large TV was placed on the bottom of the stack. The freezer works, although it is scratched up. I have not yet unboxed the TV. The stand for my coffee table was broken (and it is an family heirloom). However, I can fix it. There is a whole through one of my office chairs, but it is not an expensive chair. One of my living room chairs had a tear that I was able to fix. Many boxes have been crushed. 3. NOBODY called me and told me that I owed additional money because I had gone over the alotted square feet. Therefore, when the movers showed up early in the morning, I was told that I needed to give them nearly $1k in cash, which I obviously did not have on me. Therefore, I had to call Chris (or Luke) and get the account information to wire money to the company. Then we all had to wait over two hours until the wire could be confirmed so that the movers could start unloading. I understand that I would owe if I went over the cubic feet that I paid for, although I have no way to confirm that I did. However, I should have been called several weeks ago and notified of this so that I could have cash on hand to pay. This was very POORLY done. Thus, I got a budget move. My stuff went from one place to another, but some was damaged in the process. In the future, I will pay more to get a better move from a certified company. I will not use this company again.

These guys were a blessing for my family. They moved us from our family home in Mississippi to our new place in Texas. The process was smooth and though we were worried, Raphael and his team made it as carefree for us as possible and it really helped ease things for us during this difficult time. They were on schedule and even confirmed with us the day before our move and the day of. I've referred a few others to them and I'll be using them in the future for my business moving needs as well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOUR PRECIOUS BELONGINGS!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE CONTRACTED BY SUPERSTAR VAN LINES AND CAUSE STRESS AND HOLDING HOSTAGE OF YOUR BELONGINGS. My husband and I recently used Superstar Van Lines to move from Kansas City, MO to Phoenix, AZ and this has been an absolute nightmare with extra added stress. This company is a broker for American Eagle Moving and Storage and its employees with both companies (ie: Daniel when booking the move and Nate to ask for additional money and Mike the storage owner) are a SCAM and are money hungry heartless manipulators. They do not charge according to weight but by cubic feet. They quoted us one price and then added "extra" dollar amounts from the day they picked up our belongings to the day they were supposedly stored at their storage facility and then delivered. We were told that the storage facility would be free for 30 days and Nate added and additional 15 days free from the day it would be delivered at the storage facility. However, the 45 days free storage which the contracted company American Eagle Moving and Storage had no idea that this was offered and said it should not have been offered to us. Nevertheless, after our items were picked up the 45 days free storage that was offered started the day of the pickup instead of the day it would be delivered to the storage, which is absurd. The movers for American Eagle at pick up DID NOT show up on the scheduled day with NO CALL instead they arrived the following day. We were also told by Nate from Superstar Van Lines that the storage facility it would be stored at would be in Phoenix which was not the case. We still do not know where it was delivered for storing. The move started with a quote of $2,099 broken down to 3 payments but our total by the time this scam was all over was a total amount of $3744.19 in which our $500.00 payment towards the moving expense was not added as a payment but applied towards a broker fee which we were not advised of and should not have had anything to do with our payments as the broker fee is something that should have been worked out between superstar van lines and the moving company that was contracted by them American Eagle Moving and Storage also affiliated with Relocation Solutions in which Mike Stephen is the owner. Mike manipulates the need of customers having to store their items in his storage facility but not only that it is hard to contact him and he is not prompt or professional in calling back customers prolonging the process to get your belongings that you work so hard to obtain. Any reviews that say this company is excellent and positive are more than likely their own employees so that they can manipulate and screw over other potential customers. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. YOU WILL BE BROKE BY THE TIME YOU HAVE MOVED AND MADE IT TO YOUR NEW DESTINATION!! And per your response I AM NOT A COMPETITOR COMPETING AGAINST YOUR CRAPPY A$$ BUSINESS I am an ACTUAL customer that paid with our hard earned money and received crappy unethical service!!!!!!!

My wife made the review below- here is an update as well as what we had to supple to the insurance claim to try to get all of our belongings repaired. My claim, unfortunately covers a number of different areas. I paid for a full service move. I was originally quoted $1300 for this move and after the movers packed up all of my things this price increased to $2100. I was assured that there was a guarantee that my things would be in here 10 days. Two weeks later- I'm now receiving my things. My husband and I have had to take off work on three separate occasions to be here for delivery times that they had arranged and then never brought them. The first occasion- they had called me to say they would be here at 9 because he overslept and was running late and then I never heard back from him. When I spoke with Mike- who claims to be a manager he informed me that the reason my delivery could not be made was because the mover had a prior felony charge and couldn't get on the army base that we live on. They were aware of the address of the move the entire time- this should not have been an issue. On a more personal level Mike then went as far as to saying he was sure everyone in the army wasn't "clean" which was very inappropriate and disrespectful to my husband who has served nearly ten years. He told us that they would open a storage unit off of base and we could move it the rest of the way for $1000. After the catastrophe everything else has been I wasn't comfortable moving the rest of my things ourselves in case there was damage to my items and I had a feeling they would claim they didn't do the damage not to mention they wanted near the whole amount due for not doing any of the service. He then told me that the ten day guarantee was void because the movers couldn't get on base and that was our fault and that he wasn't inclined to help me because I already left him a bad review online. When calling their company, daily it seemed as though our calls were being screened. We were unable to get in touch with anyone regarding our concerns for this move and when I did get someone on the line-it was a different person every time all claiming to be the manager- they were disrespectful and rude. Now here we are two weeks later- my things have been delivered and nearly every piece of furniture that they touched has been damaged. One of my tables is missing handles, and one is just blatantly broken off, the fabric on the couch is torn, the armrest on my loveseat is scratched, my washer and dryer are scratched, my bedroom furniture has the corners chipped off of one dresser and the night stand, one of the bedroom dressers knobs has been smashed into the dresser- making a whole in the wood, bolts from my kitchen table missing, I called to discuss this with Mike- or literally any other manager today while I spoke with him I addressed the fact that when the movers got here they told us that they didn't put the furniture together that the guys who did that were busy, and that I paid him for a full service move and that service was not provided and said he would not be reimbursing me for anything and hung up the phone. Oh and the icing on the cake- one of the movers stole a 9 ft phone charger while they were in the house.

Every move is stressful and of course I was a nervous wreck about my move and worried that I didn't research the moving company enough. I have to say honestly that they pretty much held my hand throughout. It was very reassuring. They guys that actually picked up my stuff were so nice. We were amazed at how quickly and professionally they wrapped and moved the furniture. I highly recommend American Eagle Moving and Storage. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! J & J Moore I guess also known as Vanguard set me up with this shady company and I did not know until the day of my move and when I had already paid deposits! None of my items were shrink wrapped or professionally wrapped whatsoever! My white leather chairs were not wrapped simply put on the truck, along with my suede couches, and all of my other glass and mirrored furniture. My 65” Samsung 4K tv was left on a dolly by the elevator along with my two couches, table, and dresser mirror unattended!!! I was moving from Houston all the way to Kansas City. I complained to Mike about how my items weren’t even shrink wrapped, and he said they would do it when they got to Dallas. I asked the movers to send me a picture of how much my stuff weighed when they got to the weighing station. Neither mover would let me know how much my stuff weighed. Finally when my things arrived not all of my items were shrink wrapped and many of my items were damaged and broke!!! This moving company doesn’t care about your belongings whatsoever! They will do your stuff any kind of way. One of the movers even told me they keep changing the name of the company because of all the bad reviews and claims they received! My items were 564 lbs underweight and mike only took $70 off!!! $70 when it should have been much more. He told me he only gives back .13 a pound instead of the .55 I had paid for. I asked him where in the contract does it say that? This man said, “where does it say I will give you .55?” This company are nothing but crooks and scammers!!! They have no integrity, customer service, or work ethics. They told me I signed a paper saying I will get .60 a pound for items that were damaged and the mover tricked me into signing it. I have never in my entire life dealt with a company such as this! I do NOT understand how they are still in business. I did not see the reviews on this company until it was too late. J & J Moore set me up with this company without my knowledge. I am going to social media...news outlets...and any other platform I can use to make sure people don’t get messed over like I did! I wish American Eagle would reply and say I’m not a customer like they did other people on the reviews. They are very familiar with me and how they did my overall move! Even one of the movers American Eagle hired who is with another moving company said he has been moving for over 20 years, and this was the worse move he had ever seen. He even gave me his number in case I need him to testify on what he saw. American Eagle Moving has screwed over the wrong customer! I will be getting a lawyer because what happened to me should never happen to anyone. They did not care that my expensive furniture was broken and damaged...they simply did not care. These guys are scams! This is not even a company. The guy is just a brooker. I called them because they had 45% discount and they gave me a 4390 deal for 2000 dollars. When a actuall company came to pick my stuff up, they said thay have to charge me another 2000 dollars because i exceeded my reserved space. I tried to argue with them and tell them that I gave them a list of my goods and i got a quote based on my inventory, they said, the space they give me for 2000 dollars is a small space, just to make sure you get the deal and there is nothing we can do and if you dont want it, we can drop all the furnitures off and go. I just paid 2000 extra because i had no choice. Be careful and make sure you understand what you are about to sign. I can promise you all the good reviews you see are the people from their own company!!!!

On 3/8/18 two drivers who gave this company as who they work for got stuck in my yard and had to be pulled out. The driver did approximately $500.00 worth of damage to my property and now I cannot get a call or email back. I was given the name of Cesar F. as the manager. I have left multiple messages and have received no return call. I attempted to claim the damages through Penske since that is the truck that the drivers were utilizing to move. The truck was not returned on time and was not rented under the business so Penske will not honor the contract (this means that they will not pay for the damages).

Worst experience ever. This is our first out of state move. They are very rude. They are supposed to deliver on a certain date but they said they arrived early and want to deliver it. We did not move to our destination, so we said we cant take the delivery. They said they will charge us for keeping the furniture in the truck. When we tried to argue, the person at the office threatened “Do you want your furniture or not“. We had ask my nephew get there and took the delivery.They lost my furniture and 2 weeks later bring them.still lost a few tools. Will not recommend them to any one

American Eagle Moving and Storage contacted me as I was searching for viable moving companies to use for my 900-mile move. Given my moving stipend, I had a very specific budget in mind and told the original salesman, Tazalon, what budget I had and how much cubic feet my items would occupy (I had already measured everything myself because other moving companies use shady tactics to price match other companies by shifting down your estimated cubic feet, which certainly means they will charge you more upon loading when you inevitably go over the estimate). Tazalon was very helpful, sending me a quote that fit into my budget well. However, their DOT page (3057972) left me with questions. They were listed as a carrier, but only had one truck and one driver to their name. I called Tazalon to have him answer some question, which he seemed relatively unable to answer so he transferred me to the owner of the company, “Ralph.” Ralph did have answers to my questions and I sent him my inventory list so he could work up an accurate estimate. He told me would call me back within 15 minutes. He never did. I waited most of the following day before reaching out to Tazalon to ask what was going on with the estimate. He called, couldn’t answer any of my questions, and transferred me over to floor manager ‘Chris.’ Chris is your everyday, easy going salesman. Aimable enough with just a pinch of Southern Charm. Working through the estimate, I made corrections to the inventory list they generated, producing a new estimate well within my allotted budget. I signed the dotted line, gave Tazalon my credit card information, and called my wife to say the moving was settled. Ten minutes later, Chris called me back, now lacking all his original charm. Seems Chris did not OK the new estimate with the boss, so they rejected the contract THEY sent over and collected credit card information for. Chris, now pressuring me to sign an estimate I hadn’t agreed to with different discounts and price per cubic foot, was anything but helpful and aimable. I spent several minutes trying to figure out what was going on. I asked to speak with the owner and Chris said the owner would not talk to me, changed the story to say the owner was gone for the day, and eventually, 2 hours later when Chris called back to ask if I would sign a new estimate, asked me if I wanted to speak to the owner…Ralph called me back, allowed me to agree to the original estimate that Tazalon sent over (without the updated inventory), but then told me the spot on the truck I was originally slotted for had been given to another customer. When I expressed my disbelief at how his company was handling this transaction, Ralph asked me a question about how I would feel if I was getting berated by someone you had offered discounts to. I had to explain to Ralph that the more apt analogy was that his company had offered me a 60” LED TV for 50% off. I agreed to the deal only to have them say “well, we can’t actually afford to give you that TV for that price, but we can give a 32” tube tv with a crack in it for the same price but the originally shipping date is no longer viable and we can only send it to you at an undetermined date.” Ralph told me he would call me in the next day or so when he had found another truck for us to go on. That was 9 days ago…I will not be using this company to move after all. I suggest that anyone thinking of using American Eagle Moving and Storage triple checks everything they tell you and don’t expect the deal to be complete even after they collect your credit card information.

From the fabulous customer service that occurred over the phone with arranging my move and obtaining my quote, to the actual packing up and moving...this company is amazing. The men were professional and made record timing with packing, labeling, and physically moving many of my belongings out of my apartment. They did a great job of putting protective supplies on my floor of my new home and they constantly had my husband and me ok where the items were going. I cannot praise this company enough and highly recommend them for all your moving needs!

Overall, I would recommend American Eagle moving and Storage. When getting my initial quote, the representative Shondrell was helpful and gave me all the information I needed. The only negative thing I would say is that I had to play phone tag to reach Shondrell again.The movers dropped everything off 3 days later for a 500 mile move, which I thought was impressive!

I was very impressed with how quickly I received a quote. The representative was very nice and took my inventory over the phone. Other companies I called wanted to come to my home. When the movers got here the day of the move all of my stuff was wrapped and loaded on to the truck. I have some art work that I'm very fond of and Blue made sure they took extra care of my art work. I used American Eagle Moving when I moved from South Carolina to New Braunfels, TX. The rep I worked was Tazalon. I don't usually write reviews but this experience was so good that I wanted to share it. They picked up and delivered my stuff on time and did not lose or damage anything. The rep was easy to work with and gave me a good price. If I ever need to move again I hope it goes as well as this move.

These guys are HORRIBLE. They offered a 1k discount and also told me that should I need to cancel I'd be able to get a FULL refund. Well I did need to cancel cause things went SIDEWAYS and they didn't want to cancel at all they still wanted to pick up. It took 2 days of calls to finally convince them to cancel the pick up. Then they wouldn't give me a FULL REFUND. They kept a 300 dollar fee. Not to mention it took 2 weeks and me threatening to leave this post and calling the BBB in order for the partial refund to happen. They don't care about YOU just YOUR MONEY. Stay away from this company, horrible service.. they only respond to threats and negative action.

Our seventh move was a charm. Previous moves were paid for by the company my husband worked for, so all the packing, moving, and unpacking was paid for. We asked for three people to do the work. One decided what to move first. Another helped him take it out to the truck and the third one placed the items on the truck and carefully padded each piece of furniture with heavy pads. We found that if two people come with the truck, there is a lot of wasted time while one person protects the furniture and the other one waits until the second man can help move the furniture. At our present home, the walks were wet and dirty from the winter thaw. The many trees on the property added to the debris on the driveway and walks. Without asking, the movers laid protective rugs and cloths over the floors of the house so that they would not track dirt and moisture inside. They were very careful with all the breakables such as mirrors, glass table tops, and marble table inserts that they took out and moved separately. They did not put scratches on any of the wood surfaces and not one item was damaged in any way. We would recommend this company to anyone. The cost was reasonable and they showed up on time. They were very pleasant to work with and followed our suggestions on furniture placement. I cannot praise them too highly. .

We just moved again after 3 years, this time we thought of using American Eagle Moving and Storage for our moving just out of the gut feeling I had about the company. We had a 3 bedroom house and I was really suspicious when I read all these positive reviews on the net. I was thinking, is this company really going to be good for us ? On the day of the move without any confusion or even wasting a single time they headed off with their schedule.. I relocated to Oklahoma and I shopped around trying to find the best deal I could and I spoke to many different companies. The prices were all over the map and American Eagle Moving and Storage wasn't the cheapest but after talking to Portia I decided to choose them because of the great customer service they provided. Portia took the time to go over my whole list of inventory and even included free boxes which really helped me out because I didn't have time to go searching for the boxes I needed. I will use them again if I ever have to move again.

I recently completed a cross country move (NYC to San Diego) and used American Eagle Moving and Storage. I had gotten quotes from 2 of the other large companies and the American eagle Moving and Storage was the least expensive. To make a long story short, I was VERY pleased. The Sales Manager Chris was very responsive and very understanding when I told him i was leery of moving companies. I actually began to weigh each box myself on my bathroom scale to make sure that I wasn't getting cheated But, they charged me what they quoted me. The packers were phenomenal and the men who delivered my items in California were also phenomenal. I have unpacked about half of my items (most of my fragile items have been unpacked) and everything is in the same condition in which I shipped it. My stuff was picked up and delivered on time (actually, the moving guys were about 1.5 hours late on pick up--but quickly made up for their tardiness). I was very pleased. I was so skeptical after reading so many reviews of moving companies--but I must say that this company truly made this process bearable (and even pleasant). Thank you

This is the first time I have had real movers move me from state-to-state. American Eagle Moving has been very responsive to my concerns and allowed me to directly communicate with the representative that can make a firm commitment. They have reassured me that I made a good decision. They are taking on a complicated move; I live in one state, the furniture is in another state and American Eagle will deliver to a 3rd state. The detailed logistics involved require a team committed to excellent service.

I worked with Chris on my recent move from CA to TX. He was very helpful in working with me before the move and planning it so that it went very easy and with no stress. He was professional and provided great service. Everything made it to the new location on time and without any problems. If I ever have to move again, I will be calling Chris to get his help.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Where to start? The movers were an hour and a half late- past the end time of when they were supposed to arrive, took six hours to load my things, then had to come back and finish the next day because it was too late. Maybe they could have gotten done if they hadn’t gone to Walmart to eat in the middle of packing. Sadly that’s the least of my problems with this company. The move address was listed and is on base. The movers called me and told me they would be here at 8- then called to say they’d overslept and that it would be 9. 10 rolled around and I called him back. He said that his helper was sick- come to find out he just couldn’t get on base because his criminal record. I was told they didn’t understand why military police couldn’t escort him- it wasn’t like he was going to come in and blow the place up. As highly inappropriate as it is to assume that our armed services have time to compensate your un-background checked employees it doesn’t end there. Now I’m being told that I have to pay $1000 and pay for a uhaul so they will release the storage unit that they put all of my things in, load it and move it myself. The manager was rude and difficult to work with and that’s when you could actually get someone on the phone after leaving multiple voicemails. But all this is fine because the manager informed me- $1000 isn’t that much money. I’ve never encountered such poor service in my life.

They delivered our items, DO NOT AFFILIATE with this company. Picked up our items but not in a timely manner. Then delivered the next day, did not reassemble the two beds or dinning room table. Forgot one thing did not return ALLEN WRENCH set that i let them borrow, not have. They lie to yo, over charge you. D- RATING

DO NOT use this company unless you want your items damaged and like not receiving your items. WORST service ever!!! Still missing an item and no one ever returns my calls. I packed and marked my belongings as requested and you can tell they didn't follow any instructions they asked for. No one should give this company any business. I wish I could give negative stars.

We moved from last Summer. Everything went really well. The movers we met were very nice and quite personable. We packed everything ourselves. So we hired them mainly to move the boxes. . They picked up all our stuff on time, and delivered on time. Nothing was broken nor missing. We were really happy with their services. Furthermore, their price was quite competitive. We did look into renting a truck and hire separate movers to move the boxes in-and-out of the truck but after doing a comparison, we went with the full moving service from American Eagle Moving and Storage. Their price is more expensive, but it saved us some trouble from doing the move ourselves, and it was worth it.

These people are criminals. They are outright thieves and liars. And they still have my furniture and bicycles. No one will call me back. There is no follow through and no respect. I will never use a moving company at all again for anything. I’ll move it myself. The movers themselves could not hold an arrival date. They kept pushing it back. Finnaly they arrived with two guys, not four as promised. And with no sense of urgency they slowly took all day (and left a pile of cigarette butts at the end of my driveway

I can't thank these guys enough. They came thru last minute for me an my family with a move from California to Texas. The initial company we were working with dropped the ball on us last minute and never showed up the day we needed to be moved out of our place. I came across these guys and they were able to get us taken care of. They were on time, confirmed when we should expect their arrival and at our convenience, they even had extra packaging material for all of our stuff. They were not the cheapest of the three quotes we got (they were in the middle), but I felt most comfortable in my initial conversations and correspondence with Cecelia and that they understood our needs and would work with us to get a quote that worked. The movers that came and packed and moved us were great - prompt, communicated well, and very nice - we enjoyed having them around which isn't always the case in a move. These people are snakes was told on the phone my money would be refunded if I was unable to move the person I was buying the house from backed out of the sale one day before signing they told me after that that my down payment was not going to to be refunded when I clearly asked them before I put down the deposit can I get my deposit back and they told me sure that was in April they didn't move me I don't understand why I should have lose my deposit I have a daughter with down syndrome and I'm recovering from throat cancer if you're thinking about using these people to move think again bunch of liars and low life people and they are probably put some lies about this pistol but it's all true be especially aware of a smooth talker named CHRIS sounds so nice until you want something avoided my calls for months left voicemails for months and was even told he didn't work there anymore get anybody else beside AMERICAN EAGLE A WHOLE LOT OF LIARS it clearly says in the contract as long as you cancel prior to the move youre deposit would be refunded was set to move Thursday called them the Monday before the move now their saying I changed the date totally untrue Luke all their other complaints they will probably say this is not our customer don't know who this is if you read the complaints and their replies to all of them you will see what kind of of people you're dealing with

American Eagle Moving and Storage made my moving experience stress free. I called them at the last minute after the moving company that I originally contacted gave me a quote that was underestimated by 200 cu ft. On the day of the move the movers arrived early and packed my things and came back the next day and loaded the truck. 3 days later they delivered my stuff and nothing was damaged.
