DON'T USE THIS COMPANY...We booked the move through All American Relocation Group who then sub-contracted to this company (we were never told it was being contracted out) When they showed up the day of move from Texas to NC they did not speak english basically just throw our things on the truck. We were told move would be $3999 and after we walked thru house to make sure everything was gone...the head person said sign and then he filled in the amount and price went to $5975. He got the owner on the phone so I could speak to them. He was the Rudest person I have ever spoke to. He basically said he did not have to explain the extra amount and either pay or his guys will unload the truck into the driveway. They did agree to give a $750 credit from the $5975 after All American spoke to them. Was still overcharged by $1200 approx. But when it was delivered they had damaged alot of things ... dryer, area rug ,nightstand etc. and 4 boxes were missing (one was a 43' TV) boxes were damaged/opened. This company is the WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!! The company rating is a -100

We did not realize when we hired Long Distance Movers that they then hired another company to actually move our things. (maybe my mistake of not reading that part) This company was horrible and very unprofessional. We were told we would be charged by the pound and when they picked up our stuff they said it was by the amount of space so we were told it would be 500.00 more dollars. We finally worked that out, then after waiting over a week for our stuff to arrive. We were told they would give us a 24 hour notice, then a 30 minute heads up. We were told it would arrive Friday night or Saturday morning. We finally called at noon on Saturday and were told they would be there between 12 and 2. We had planned to take stuff to a storage unit so we went at 2 and waiting another hour, finally calling again and were told it would be 30 minutes, after numerous phone calls and being lied to about their time of arrival and rudely hung up on more than once they finally arrived after 5 pm We sat at the storage unit for over 3 hours! We have tried to call the company and no one will return our calls. Our boxes were all crushed and things were broken. If you hire a company I would ask if they are the ones that actually move it. I have never left a review for anything but these guys were awful!

BE AWARE !!!!!! RIP OFF. Omg I wish I had seen this before I hired them . The lady told me 5 to 7 days to get my stuff it’s been over two weeks now and still have not gotten my stuff and now the lady told me in contract that is 21 days and my stuff is just sitting in storage and they started hitting me with all kinds of charges that are insane . At first they said $1700 now 2200$. They are a rip of. And I don’t even know if my stuff is messed up . I’m so scared now . If I get me stuff in sooner and if my stuff is not broken I will. I wish negative stars were available. Tracey Pinder was my move coordinator. After I signed the moving agreement I could no longer reach her. She would not return calls or emails. There is no customer service with this company. My delivery date was for March 9th. I called the dispatcher to confirm days before the scheduled delivery date. I called the day before delivery and I was informed my delivery would be delayed until March 10. I then received a call the delivery truck broke down and they would call on March 11th. They moved delivery date to March 12th, but later in the evening on March 11th I was informed the truck broke down again It is now March 12th. This company missed delivery date and I still do not know where my belongings are or have any idea on when, or if, they will ever be delivered. Avoid this moving company at all costs.

DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY -- Extremely dis-organized, unprofessional and dis-respectful moving company. I was referred to this company through a moving agent, but after speaking with them, and reading other recent reviews, CANCELLED THE MOVE ALTOGETHER. The extent of my experience was speaking with dispatcher Brian Adams (if that's truly his name), who proceeded to yell at me over the phone. It was my first time moving across the country, and when trying to confirm my services / pick-up procedure, I was condescendingly told that I "sounded stupid for asking." Have never heard someone be so unnecessarily aggressive and insulting to a client trying to understand details of a $1,500+ move. Can't say I would ever recommend using their services to anyone at any point in any circumstance.

The only positive thing to say is that they delivered my move much quicker than expected, 5 days from TX to CA. They broke a leg off of a heirloom plant stand & dropped a wine cooler-breaking it. The settlement was $64 & when I called got a busy signal x 5?!!!

I moved very successfully few weeks ago with the help of these wonderful people. I already knew about their performance from my neighbor who moved about half a year ago. I saw how they were working and didn’t think twice before I hired them. The price and the service were fine and the guys who moved me were quite fast but very careful with my furniture. I have some other things to move from my old place and I’m going to hire All Over the State Moving and Storage again

The worst moving company I have ever used. I was quoted at $1,455 and ended up paying over $2,500. The actual movers, from pick up to delivery were late and very rude. They are ridiculously unorganized, as any time I called their office, nobody seemed to know why I was being charged DOUBLE of what I was quoted for each payment. They also LOST my contact information and tried to blame it on me. If I could give negative stars I would.

This was the worst moving company I have ever dealt with, I totally regret ever using this company, not keep promised delivery dates, your boxes will arrive smashed and your belongings destroyed !!! and guess what… they pay for the broken and missing just .60 cents per pound! That’s ridiculous!!! WE RECEIVED A BROKEN TV SCREEN (and it was inside a tv cover and protected box), BROKEN JEWERLY BOX, BROKEN COFFE TABLE, BROKEN DRESSER and a BROKEN BED (see some pictures). I signed a contract with Alliance and they chose All Over the State and I am still waiting for my stuff with no eta or delivery time or date. They stole my mattress pads and covers and supposedly used their blankets but didnt look like a professional job to me. If they unscrewed stuff they didnt give me the screws or the bolts to my bed frame either. One guy said my shelf would break and I have moved the same stuff 3 times now over 10 yrs and watch it will be damaged. More to come if they let me know the delivery time then I can arrange my schedule but customers don't have a life or jobs and we can sleep without a bed for over a week apparently! Dont use them at all. I paid over $3000 already not paying anything more on top.

I'm almost laughing from how badly these people scammed me and my fiancé during our state-to-state move. They left us waiting in our new apartment without any of our belongings for almost two weeks. Do yourself a favor and just burn up all of your possessions rather than let these totally unprofessional, unreliable, and unimpressive movers handle your stuff. I'd give negative star ratings if I could.

All Over the State Moving is a good moving company I must say. It was very easy to communicate with them. They understood my requirements and gave me a pretty good deal. They sent their moving team first thing in the morning on the moving day. The movers were, efficient, caring and sincere. They knew how the furniture needed to be taken out of the apartment. I gladly recommend them because they have given me a smooth move without any damages.

This was the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Items were stolen and there was over $6000 of damages. Boxes were labelled properly and I even reviewed with the movers which boxes were delicate and expensive artwork. See the photo of the thin rectangle boxes. They were smashed and destroyed all of my artwork. The movers from All Over The State are not qualified and were understaffed. They went to Home Depot trying to find random people on the corner to help with the move but couldn't find anyone. In the photos you will see crushed boxes like the movie Ace Ventura. Never use them!

Will quote a low price to get you to put a deposit down, if you try to get it back they will drag their feet and youll have to file a dispute with your bank. They over doubled my quote a few days before pick up stating not to worry about it because there was no way i would use all the space they quoted, I did. When my things were delivered it was done so through a third party which they assured me they would be the only ones to handle my things. Their truck would not fit down my street (on pick up they told me to check that it would) so my husband and i had to rent a uhaul in order to transfer everything from their truck to our house. They did not reassemble my furniture that had to be disassembled, they smoked so now my whole home smells like smoke and several of my items are broken. Attached is a picture of the truck that was delivering our things, the company trailer had Pennsylvania plates. A major factor in choosing them was that they were a texas based business and they would be the only ones handling my goods.

Moved from TX to TN in june ,we got in touch with this company and gave them a rough estimate of our belongings in storage in tx , they quoted us 2180$ for the move . After a few month getting the money together I call them to get this move started we went over everything again all of a sudden the price went up almost 500$ ! The explanation was because there is no truck going close to where I live .... after talking to someone they dropped it to 2497$ still more then I was quoted at first , well I was trying to pay the deposit and the first payment but no can't do that because " there might be things added or taken from the list shake my head@!! So I jumped ship real fast after reading the reviews from other people saying this company is notorious for increasing the cost ... no thank you money doesn't come easy now days if u guys quoted me 2180$ then that's exactly what I want to pay !!!! No prices going up when u pick up .iam very disappointed and I will never do Business with a Company that is trying to Scam people out of their money especially from a veteran with a tight budget!!! HANG UP NOW!!!! SCAM COMPANY!!!! This company salesman, "Jeff" was so helpful to take my money as fast as he could. And wouldn't answer any calls, I got hung up on twice and finally the dispatch manager, "Alex", whom is also a crook called me back trying to threaten me into a false agreement. We were told we wouldn't get our stuff for a minimum of 21 days AFTER they showed up and wanted to start loading it. The agreement on the phone was a direct delivery.....Long story short- these people load your valuables, take them to THEIR storage, charge you hidden charges and IF and WHEN they have time return your goods for a huge fee!!! From the jump Scott was so quick to blow my phone and follow up with everything until I realized I was overcharged. they sent 2 workers who did nothing but play on their phones when I was waiting for them to pack. These were one of the best movers that I’ve worked with. I had no trouble with them. The crew was excellent and very friendly. It was an amazing moving experience. I was initially scared as I had never used movers before and I was unsure of which movers to choose. Their customer service was excellent and the crew was so great and helpful. They handled the whole thing like professionals. They carried all the boxes so carefully and were very careful with the delicate ones. I was so glad that they didn’t damage any of my delicate stuff.
