We have used 3 Men Movers for four different office moves. We always provide plenty of notice as our moves are very specific since we are moving our office furniture and have to meet the requirements of our management company (after 5pm). We had scheduled our move over a month ago, same request different location. They were to arrive at 5pm and move 9 desks out of one of our locations. At 630pm they still had not arrived. We reached out and they stated they tried to call us and email us and we did not respond. Mind you our office phones forward at 5pm and we are not on email after 5pm. I had provided an additional cell phone, which they did not call. Much to our surprise they canceled our move and told us they were conveniently overbooked and could not fit us in until next week! We had already paid for the job and this was the same type of job they have completed for us in the past. Well we had to scramble at this point as we have new furniture being delivered at 7am. Thankfully, I was able to secure another moving company to come first thing in the morning and had an awesome coworker break down all the desks so it will be an easy and quick job! I am throughly disappointed and WILL NEVER use this company again nor recommend anyone to use them. I was a loyal customer that would have continued to spread a good word as well as continued to use them, however leaving us in such a bind was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Completely disappointed! The movers broke several of my expensive items. Instead of them taking pictures of what they broke and flopping the claim the customer has to submit the pictures. Then to top things off charged me for time they decided to take a detour and I found them hiding in the truck and in the phone while I was being charged. Would highly recommend using a different moving company

They also put stuff back together all the beds wrong and both are now broken. So all I can say is that they were nice..... but not smart!

Tony Gonzalez and his crew were lifesavers for me! My dog ended up getting super sick that day so they watched over her for me while I ran to get medicine. They were also patient after my storage company failed to give me the right code, and I had to figure it out. They took extra care of my stuff and were so nice because it was just me moving that day, and I was already nervous but that was quickly eliminated when I saw how great they were. I’m booking them again for my move to my new apt in May! I couldn’t be more thankful for them being so great to me that day.

Let me start out by saying this was my very first time to hire professional movers. I was very leery about paying that kind of money per hour for my move without having anyway of knowing how long my move would take, or if some punks would show up and slow poke around costing me extra money. I went ahead and scheduled my move with 3 men movers and I could not be happier. I ended up getting Nelson’s crew which consisted of Nelson (the driver-money man) Marvin ( The Hustler) and Andy ( The Muscle). These guys are the real deal and make a dynamite team. They moved my entire 3 bedroom house which consisted of a 400lb gun safe, a stupid heavy executive desk, and a 450 lb smoker. They also loaded a large motorcycle lift and a Honda shadow on my personal trailer that wouldn’t fit in the moving truck. Best part was they loaded and unloaded all of this in 6 hours. I mean everything about my experience was great with this company starting with the communication and ease of booking to the awesome Nelson crew and their speedy move. Just a little piece of advice, please do yourself a favor and make sure you are ready to be moved when these guys come to your door. Dont be thinking, ”I’ll have time to finish packing while the movers are moving” because I promise you won’t have time because they are that quick. I booked a team and they showed up right at 7am ready to go! They disassembled all my furniture, packed it all into the truck very carefully, and got me all moved into my new place (including reassembling my furniture and putting down my rugs) in 4 hours flat. These guys are miracle workers. They were cheerful, didn't take a break or dilly dally at all, and accommodated every request. I will definitely use this company again for any future moves (though I'm hoping this is my last one for a long time!). They made a stressful last minute move into an easy stress free morning.

3 Men Movers was overall a great first moving experience. I was doing a 175 mile move to West Houston. I contacted 3 Men Movers, All My Sons, and other small moving companies around the area. 3 Men Movers gave me the best quote at $140/hour with a $598 flat trip charge. The clock starts once they get to your residence and it stops once they finish unloading and you're satisfied with the work. Overall it ended up being a total of $1537 for almost 7 hours of work, about 1 hour and a half of loading, 1 hour and a half of unloading, and 3 hours of driving. The move was from a house that had furniture on the second floor to an apartment on a second floor. It should be noted that the team worked hard and did not take any breaks that I noticed, so much so that I gave them a $100 tip. They made sure to break down the furniture appropriately and cover it up before loading it. They then unloaded it in the same fashion and put it back together. They also were kind enough to help me take down a TV that I was not able to take off the wall by myself. I would definitely recommend and use 3 Men Movers again.

Overall the team was very professional and did a great job. I was very impressed how quickly and efficiently the team moved the items ltl. On the downside of things, communication is key and I did not receive a call day prior to the move and was unable to track the move. The team was running late due to mechical issues as well, which in itself could have been overseen if I was contacted a day before with confirmation and ETA.

I called to schedule a move and was told that they do full service moves and would unpack and build my furniture for me. I informed them I was moving from out of state and wasn’t using them to pack. They assured me that was ok however once I got to Dallas the crew informed me that they do not rebuild furniture that they didn’t take apart. I spoke to their main office who offered an apology but no reimbursement or discount. The main reason we wanted to crew was to build the furniture. I thought maybe this was the standard but when I called another moving company because we had to leave our apartment and they stated they would rebuild any furniture we wanted regardless if they took it apart. This company definitely added a ton of unnecessary stress to my move without any compensation for their mistake. For that reason, I would not recommend them. The crew themselves were fine with the move but the core values of the company are clearly not what I expected.

I had an excellent experience with 3 Men Movers. 3 of them showed up on time, quickly wrapped my furniture in plastic wrap, and then quickly, but carefully, moved my items to my garage. Eight days later they returned on time and quickly move my items from my garage back into my renovated apartment (all without damaging anything). They even brought my art work back into the apartment and hung it where I asked them to. If the need arises, I would certainly use them again.

This is the most absolute best moving company ever. Not only were they professional, but they were on time, didn't try to over extend their time only charged what actually they did, they were SO friendly, helpful and even one of my chairs were a bit wobbly and while most moving companies would just put it in the truck and haul it to be delivered they actually took the time to tighten up the chair and fix it for me! And now they are great and most likely will last a fewore years instead of breaking down like they were on the path to. I can't say enough nice things about this company. HughlH highly recommend!

Way over priced. It cost me over $700 to move a few large items from a two bedroom apartment to two one bedrooms less then 2 miles away.The crew was very nice and everything was on time, but it cost way more then planned I was estimating 3 hr at the most but it took them 4. I thought it would be faster with 3 people but next time I will go with a lower priced hourly company.

Terrible experience a job that was scheduled for 1 day ended up being 2 days for $3000. I was charged for the moving truck getting stuck in traffic. I called the office manager to ask why I was not informed of being charged for the time there truck was stuck in traffic and he continued to make excuses justifying the charge. The movers left my home at 12:45pm and did not arrive back until 7pm definitely riding the clock. The Saturday crew Josh, Christian and Cruz worked really hard to get the job done that should have been completed on Friday. Run Run as fast as you can...

Hired these guys to move an atm. Paid $380 to move one machine due to 2 hour minimum. They were able to get out there last minute but they removed more nuts than I had directed and they took my machine partially apart. They did not deliver any of the nuts they removed so I have to go buy new nuts and put it back together. They also did not bring a lock. The owner reached out via phone and email for feedback/review. I mentioned my issues 3 times via email and still heard nothing back so I am now leaving my review here on google.

Our Movers Jorge and crew were wonderful! Quick, respectful, did a great job down 3 flights of stairs with my heavy dresser! Packaged and wrapped the items we had with ease and quick! I’d advising staying away from this company. They do not practice good business ethics. I had a move scheduled 5/21/2019 at 9:30am. The movers did not show up till 9:58am and claimed they had the wrong address. They had a phone that they rushed me through signing the documents because of being behind schedule. I was moving into a high rise downtown and you have to reserve the elevator for moves and you’re only giving a block of time. Luckily I was able to extend my block of time so it was a huge issue but still should not of happened. At the end of the move after they have left I was setting up my TV and noticed when they removed it out of the box one of the guys grabbed to hard and broke the screen. Unfortunate but things happen, I called the company and they emailed me a damaged claim form and I filled out and sent that back. Two days later I get a call saying that I couldn’t prove anything and in the contract I agreed to $.60 cents per pound of any damages during the move. The total was $38 they would give me for the $2,000 tv. In the end I declined the $38 with it not even being worth my time and I for sure will not be using this company and would recommend you record everything they do if you hire this company. I hope this review save you your time and money.

UPDATE: We were contacted by 3 Men Movers and they worked hard to fix/ remedy our issue. Which included sending us another crew to move the remaining stuff and bring in what was in the garage. I'm so glad we're finally all moved in!! I've used three men movers many many times. At least 5 in different cities and always loved my experiences with them. However, recently had a bad experience. First, we were called and emailed being told we were moved to the second move of the day. Fine, we planned around that. However, movers showed up at 7:45 when we were told it would be the afternoon. The dispatchers were disorganized and confused. Anyway, they went to another move and were the second move for another crew. Being the second move, the movers were trying to work hard and do as much as they could, but a person can only do so much when they’re tired. We have a lot of stuff admittedly, but that’s why we pay movers. Honestly, we had them until 1AM and all of our stuff didn’t get moved. So we’re going to have to hire movers again, but obviously not these. We have a seriously scratched and dented stainless steel fridge that took over an hour to get out of the house alone! They ruined trim that we have to pay for, the floors have damage in both homes. And in the new house they didn’t have the tools to remove the door to get it through the door. and really we shouldn’t have paid for probably two to three hours of work because they workers were tired and two weren’t working hardly at all. Honestly, the fault lies in overworking the guys. Duh. If your workers age getting paid for a single 12 hour move (that’s the second of the day) you know they aren’t doing the job people! Take that into consideration and put things in place to prevent loyal customers from bailing.

I have had atrocious, average and good moving experiences in the past. 3-Men Movers are not on that scale; they set the gold standard. We worked with Yasser Mesen and his crew for a move from Plano to a storage unit in Austin. Beforehand, they did a great job proactively checking in with us. They arrived exactly on time with a pre-call. They immediately got to work and wrapped up 2.5 bedrooms worth of stuff in under 2.25 hours. Since we were moving down to Austin, they hit the road while we did a final clean up of the apartment. We got to the storage unit in Austin at almost exactly same time and they immediately got to work. Yasser even mentioned how the storage unit I had pre-arranged was too large and told me to downsize, saving me some money. At the end, I didn't have any scratches, or dings, and the move was extremely efficient. Could not have asked for a more polite, quick and hard working crew. 10/10 would use again.
