Could not be happier with our move. From the very beginning I suggest you listen to what Matt Bledsoe suggest for your move. He was spot on as far as how many guys we needed and the number of trucks. The crew who moved us were Chris, Josh, Corey, Alex, and Curtis. They were careful with all of our stuff and were very patient with us as far as moving stuff to where we were happy with. The old saying rings true, you get what you pay for and they are worth every penny. I highly recommend Prime Time Movers.

I use to own a moving company so as you can imagine I am VERY picky who I let move furniture. I only trust Kyle and his crew with moving anything. We had to move our business offices from bartlett to a high rise on poplar, after 5pm per the new buildings rules. The old place was on the second floor with a spiral staircase and no elevator. They moved everything without so much as a scratch. This included two huge desks, copier and fridge. Hands down great service and every single one of them were extremely polite and helpful! Only calling prime time when I need moving services!

The owner clear as day has a $50 discount ad on his website for weekday moves. He told me he couldn't give me the discount because I was moving near the end of the month. (When do most people move?) I told him, "well you should explain that in your ad." He said, "That's just the way it is." It's sad when an owner can higher decent people to work for him and he's the disgruntled worker. Steer clear of this guy.

I called around and know one could help, until I reached Primetime Movers. Not only did they agree to help, but arrived 45 minutes later. They did a great job and fast at that. I was very impressed with their professionalism, and how respectful they were to me. They gave me a great rate too! Matt even offered to help set up my bed if I wanted them to. Last August we hired Primetime Movers to take our furniture to a storage unit in Bartlett. Since we were moving a brand new $6,000 Herman Miller chair, I repeatedly asked the movers to pay specific attention to it. They wrapped it well, but unbeknownst to me, they put it on its side and proceeded to stack other heavier items on top of it. Unfortunately, I did not find out until 9 months later when we opened our storage unit to prepare for a cross country move. When we removed the wrapping we found that one of the arms snapped due to the stacking. As you can imagine, my husband nearly had a meltdown when he saw what the movers had done. Instead of pitching a fit, I calmly called the owner, Matt, who agreed to meet me at the storage unit the next day to assess the damage. Unfortunately, Matt failed to meet me and when I tried him again the next day my calls went straight to voicemail. Discouraged, the following day I called him again and got his voicemail. I tried on my husband's phone and Matt picked up on the first ring and apologized, saying he was busy. Still believing that he would satisfy the situation, we agreed that I would get a quote for repair and send him the bill. We quickly did that and sent as requested. He texted me back and said that a check would be in the mail. That was April 25. Now it is May 15 and after a few weeks of no check, I reached back out to Matt. He now changed his story and accused us of damaging our own chair and refused to pay. We now are stuck with a $600 bill to ship our chair to the manufacturer for repair and we are on the hook for additional shipping charges to our new home (which we didn't even ask him to pay). The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy. If you want to see the true measure of a man, watch how he treats people when he thinks no one will know.

Chris and Darius were fabulous! We couldn’t have asked for a easier way to get our things moved. They were on time, friendly, professional, and good at what they do. Matt, the owner, was also very nice and accommodating to any request we had. I will be recommending Primetime to anyone who asks!!

It was great working with Matt and his moving team, they made the time to fit us in on a "single item move". We had a heavy 550lb single item to be moved around within the house and they not only made time to make it happen, but they worked us in at a great price as well. We couldn't get another moving company throughout the Memphis area to come close to providing us that kind of service and commitment. I'm talking about we called more than 10 of the top name company's in the Memphis area and no one could touch their service commitment or rates. If that wasn't enough, they made this all happen by traveling to the Millington area to serve us. Matt and Jon at Primetime Movers moved my family this past weekend and they made it a lot less stressful for us! We had a storage unit and home we were moving from into our new home. I was able to unlock the storage unit to let the movers unload, while I was able to do what I needed to do. They came to the old house and quickly got us all loaded up. After we got unloaded, everything was in great condition. Nothing broke, no scratches and no problems! Prime time Movers were awesome, effecient and professional! These guys did a decent job of moving besides being a half hour late. They then took a 15 minute smoke break within 2 hours and tried to have me pay for it - I had it removed from my bill, but SERIOUSLY?. We did have an unusual move with two stops but they really did a poor job of packing the truck and ended up breaking my daughter's bed. They have a repair guy that did the best job he could to get it back to "like new" but it could have been avoided if they had just stacked the stuff safely in the truck vs basically throwing it on top. The worst part was they broke a foot off our sofa as the guys were bringing it in the apartment. Should be simple enough to remedy, replace, or fix. 2 months and counting and they haven't done anything. After multiple texts and calls I figured I should warn others not to expect too much from them.

Fantastic experience with Primetime! Seriously, the guys that came out were friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. Moved me out of a 3rd floor apartment in Cordova to a 2nd floor apartment in Midtown in 2 hours flat. They even went as far as to team lift my washer and dryer without the dolley because it was easier. Thoroughly impressed by the sheer strength required to make a statement like that!

He came out went over to the house and recommended the size trucks I needed for the move. His men showed up at the scheduled time and went to work. They did an outstanding job. It is rare to find a company who will do what they say, when they say, with integrity and commitment. When we had to push our moving day back a day during a very busy time of year, due to complications with closings, PrimeTime accommodated it. When Chris, Curtis, "War-man", and Scott arrived at our home, they treated everything with care and a smile. My kids loved them too. Chris and War were our drivers to Alabama and showed even more care unloading in our new home. Nothing was lost or broken. Everything far exceeded my expectations. Matt and his team did an exceptional job moving my husband and I. When I contacted Matt not knowing this company he was so professional. We were moving to South Alabama and was a little nervous as we have alot of things as well as big heavy furniture. First the team he sent to pack the truck came in and expertly packed the truck (Kyle) did an awesome job with every piece perfectly placed. There was another young man and I can’t remember his name but also did a great job. Carlos and Zack went with us and placed everything beautifully in our new home. Movers were nice, but lacked urgency. Argued about price quote given previously and charged additional for extra time due to moving slowly. Was also misquoted on size of truck needed for the move, at the direction of the owner. Ended up having to drive down to Uhaul and rent and additional truck to hitch to the first truck. Was extremely disappointed in the entire experience, after such a great first impression. Would advise not quoting so conservatively in the future, regarding length of time needed as well as necessary trailer space.

About now is when Matt and his crew were supposed to finish helping me move but they got done in under an hour. Matt and Josh actually loaded everything I needed help with in less than 15 minutes. They then moved a bunch of things I planned to handle myself so they could make the most of the 2 hour minimum. They made more work for themselves because Primetime Movers are that accommodating! I did not need any special handling, but I'm sure the owner, Matt, would work with you. The business seems relatively young, but the staff are very experienced. Plus, the price is very competitive in comparison to other companies. I highly recommend Primetime Movers.

He was very thorough and detailed, yet also managed to keep the conversation short and sweet. Also, our movers Phillip and Curtis were very hard-working and kept things going even when it was 100 degrees outside, and the A/C went out at new house! I used Prime Time Movers about less than a week ago and couldn't be more glad I did. The were at my 2 BR apartment and had my stuff out of my apartment, into their van and were on their way in less than half an hour. That time included shrink wrapping, and padding when appropriate. When they arrived at my new place, they were in and out quickly, too. I'm a very picky person and couldn't find a single scratch or dent on anything. The two men were friendly, efficient and made me feel like I was in good hands. The rates couldn't beat any other of about 5 movers I called. What more could anyone ask for? Primetime Movers is hands down one of the best moving companies I have used. They started out by each one personally introducing himself to both my husband and me. We used three guys. They were very organized, efficient, and worked well together. They protected all the furniture. Nothing was damaged. They even put furniture pads on all the furniture as they were setting it up to protect the wood floors. I would highly recommend them!!!!

Matt was very professional and flexible when scheduling my move and rescheduling it. The day of, I wasn’t very pleased. The movers had no sense of urgency. Several times I witnessed them just standing on the truck doing nothing. I understand moves are paid hourly and I felt they wasted time to increase the pay. I had to reschedule an appointment because of it. Once they left, I realized pieces of furniture weren’t put back together correctly. This wasn’t a complete bust but I’d definitely request different movers if I use Primetime again.

Booked Primetime movers to move my girlfriends apartment and my apartment into a 3 story walk-up townhouse in the blazing July heat and Matt's crew pulled it off without a hitch. It was actually a lot of fun. the guys that came had a great attitude and moved really quickly. they showed up at my gf's place right on time, disassembled her bed, wrapped all of her furniture in plastic wrap and loaded everything on the truck in an hour. then they went to my apartment, parked about 50 yards away from the building in order to not block traffic, lugged all of stuff down three flights of stairs without a word of complaint and had my place cleared out in about an hour as well. At this point it was about 100 degrees. the crew took the truck over to the new townhouse and put every item on the appropriate floor, moved all of the furniture up some very narrow stairs without leaving a single scratch and cracked jokes the whole time. The guys were a pleasure to hang with while they did all the heavy lifting and it was by far the best moving experience I've ever had. Could not recommend Primetime more and their price was about 10% less than the competition. 5 stars all the way.

Look no further than Primetime Movers for your move. My local move experience was everything I could have asked for. I called for an estimate and Matt Bledsoe answered the phone, setup a date a time, then on that date and time he arrived at my house. In addition, he let me know when he was on his way to my house just prior to our appointment. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly provided me with a good transparent quote that left nothing unanswered. The day of the move, a half hour before the expected arrival time, I received a text message saying the crew was on their way. Right on time, the crew consisting of Kyle Phelps, Chris Thompson, and Justin Recker showed up. These three gentlemen were also very professional. They introduced themselves, and we did a quick walk through and they immediately started working. They were careful, yet quick and efficient. They properly wrapped, boxed, and loaded my entire household goods onto their truck. They brought everything they needed. They worked extremely well together and had good upbeat attitudes. Once the truck was loaded, I promptly meet then at my new residence. They quickly and carefully unloaded the truck putting everything where I wanted it. Nothing was damaged or missing. At no time did I feel anyone was slowing down the process of my move. From start to finish, they made quick work of my household, a couple of hours earlier than what I expected. (I have moved my stuff several times over the years so I knew the average amount of time it would take.) My final cost was less than my quoted price, which I felt, was already reasonable. I recommend them to everybody that needs a moving company.

I was up a creek when Pack Rat rescheduled my pick up 7 times. So, once I got my money back from them, I had a full container sitting at my old house needing to be moved to my new home. I called them at 10am on a Friday morning feeling desperate and hopeless. They not only were able to make it out by 2pm that afternoon, but they unloaded the 16' container, loaded it into their truck and delivered everything to my new home in 2 hours flat! They even had time to take some of the heavy items up the stairs for me. My husband was skeptical that they would be able to do it in 4 hours! I highly recommend these guys! They are amazing! Thank you for saving my sanity and being so flexible and fast!
