Purchased mattress from Sams who used Cord for delivery. My window was from 3p-7p, I got a call around 630p stating they would be there in 45mins. Delivery was fine but my main concern was the haul off of my old set, which they stated they could not do. I paid for white glove delivery with haul off of old set. One guy said the truck was full and they couldn’t take it, the other stated if there was damage or stains they couldn’t take. This was not mentioned and I moved forward with a complaint with Sams which they rectified. I also called Cord who stated that if they felt the mattress was a biohazard they wouldn’t take. This was ridiculous. I have purchased at least two mattress and the haul off was never an issue unless with Cord. Why buy a new mattress if the old one is perfect?! My set was no where near a biohazard and the bottom sheet on my box spring just ended re-stapling.Not pleased and would not recommend.

Terrible customer service And they do not follow deliver instructions. I would not recommend this company and they do not provide on their website a way to file a written complaint. The contact team is extremely unprofessional, employees do not follow deliver instructions and when there is a problems the leadership team blames the consumer instead of taking owenership and do their best work to provide a good solution to the customer.

Cord moving and storage delivered a mattress I ordered from Sam’s Club. The gentleman where very nice and professional. They called before they arrived and told me how long it would be before they arrived at my residence. They unpackaged my mattress and set it on my bed frame. They gave me a choice after signing my paperwork to make a copy or take pictures for my receipt. Again, very professional.

They do not communicate well with the customer without prompting. Very late 1.5 hours after stating they would arrive just after 4 p.m. on a 2nd attempt to deliver something ordered a month ago. I had to stay home all day because they didn't indicate a morning or afternoon delivery. They need GPS onboard or get shipping/delivery instructions from the shipper or call the customer and stay longer than 15-20 minutes after calling when 10 minutes away.

Moves are always stressful, but the team was wonderful in providing communication at all points - we knew what was going to happen at each step and when. Made the whole process much better.

The delivery guys did a good job. Frustrated that they did not take the mattress which was the reason we went purchasing a bed this way (deliver new bed and a take away the old mattress and box springs.) They explained that they take the mattress to Goodwill and Goodwill will not take the mattress if it is stained or is torn. The mattress was a pillow top so it’s the kind you can’t flip. There were two tears on the back (again, the mattress is not meant to be flipped and the covering on the back is not the same as the top of the mattress) and no stains on the mattress. I think it’s great that you take the old mattresses to Goodwill but there should be a backup plan like taking it to the dump.

Delivery took place during the pre-arranged time window. Phone call approximately 40 minutes in advance of actual delivery to notify me they were on their way. Movers were friendly, considerate, and moved the item indoors quickly and up the stairs without any issues.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Communication was horrid! 1. Did not call the day before to inform me of my 'window' for the next day; I had to call them before they closed for the day. 2. Window was between 1 and 5 with a 30 minute call prior to arriving. At 4:40 had not heard from anyone...I had to call the office to find out where my delivery was, again before they closed for the day. 3. Driver calls me back at 5 stating he was 'an hour out' and on the way. 4. At 6:30, still no delivery! I call him back to find out he is still 30 minutes away and can't give me an exact time of arrival. Don't bother...I am no longer available! 5. Called the next morning to report failed delivery and to reschedule. Put on hold for FIVE full minutes only to be told the person who handles that doesn't come in until 9 or 10 and will have her call me. 6. 10:40, still no call, so once again I CALL THEM! She still isn't in. They hand me off to the condescending person who does the scheduling making excuses for the driver because 'things happen' and living in Mississippi we don't get good cell phone service. Whatever! And he or she lied saying he DID call me....NO HE DID NOT AND I CAN PROVE IT! 7. Can't deliver my item until next week...another week of waiting after ordering this item 4 weeks ago from Overstock. Things happen, but the customer should be called when you know that there is a delay. I took time off of work, missed a dinner engagement, and was talked to like I was a child because I was 'frustrated'. The order has been canceled because I refuse to deal with this company next week, or ever again and will never order from Overstock if this is the delivery company they choose to use. Customer Service 101: KEEP THE CUSTOMER THE INFORMED!

Extremely unfriendly delivery crew, to the point of being rude. Tried to hide survey portion of delivery sheet by folding it and only exposing the line where the customer signs. Was relieved when they left the house. A customer shouldn’t feel like a burden nor should they endure rudeness. Seems most companies in Memphis are like this. That’s why I try to only deal with local businesses.
