We hired this company to help us relocate locally. The owner and crew were very respectful. Had the move done quick and efficient. They also had to move our pool table which was on our 2nd floor of the house. They took the pool table apart. They did a great job taking it apart and putting it back together. Would definitely recommend Cannonburg Moving Company. It's the way to go. If you are like me I hate moving. So much simpler hiring these guys.

These people were horrible. They damaged our belongings in front of my wife, and when she mentioned how careless they were being, they threatened to off-load their truck and "refund" our money. I was hours and hours away when this happened, so I was forced to "make nice" over the phone so they wouldn't make good on their threat and leave our belongings stranded in TN. They unloaded all of our belongings of at our house (we paid for unpacking) and left. After receiving NO refund for what they damaged and NO refund for the work they didn't complete, I called them. They said that they "fixed" our couch that they broke and that they owed us nothing. My BBB complaint got nowhere. UPDATE: I reported them to the FMCSA. All of a sudden I get a check for our damaged couch in the exact amount I requested. I also found that the law states that I have NINE MONTHS to file a claim AFTER they have delivered our belongings! I will file a full claim against them and update here.
