Bo's was the BEST MOVERS i have ever used! I just can't just give enough praise to these guys that came out to move me! The movers were just the sweetest guys and so polite! They came like 30 mins late and that was ok cause they called to let me know, but when they got here they worked to get my move done in less time than i expected! Super professional and wanted to please me. They overdid themselves! I will always use Bo's Moving Company for my moves and will tell everybody how great of a job they did for me!! Thank you Bo and Joey!

We just used BO's Moving Company to relocate a couch from Madison to Antioch this morning. Will and Joey (movers) were awesome! Very polite and thoughtful. We will be using them once it's time to make another move in the future. If your looking to move, I would highly suggest giving them a call.

The movers (Will & Joey) were very polite, professional and went well beyond the call of duty to ensure that our move was accident free (i.e nothing was damaged.) We had a very large and very heavy recliner sofa that took everything they had to move, but they maintained professionalism and care in not damaging our possessions. Would use again in a heart beat! Highly recommend!

Our actual movers provided 5 star service. They were quick, friendly, and kept us laughing during a difficult move. The office staff however, totally different story. I booked my move over 3 weeks in advance and was told that there would be no extra fees "like the other guys" involved just the hourly charge which started when movers arrived and stopped when they were done with the move. Once the move was complete, I was told the office wanted to charge a "trip fee", which was NEVER discussed when we booked our move. I also specially asked if I could pay with a credit card which I was told was no problem, only to be told at check out that there was a 4% credit card processing fee. For a company that advertising no addition fees they sure do Spring fees on the customers like crazy. Again, movers themselves were phenomenal the office staff just needs to be upfront with their customers, no one likes surprises when it comes to finances!

After waiting for more than half of the day for my movers to arrive at my appointment at 12 o'clock in the afternoon I received a phone call from the rep at 4:00 pm to inform me that my movers are running behind and will not be able to accommodate me today. I had to end up hiring a last-minute mover at 5 o'clock in the afternoon on the same day in order to get my belongings where they needed to be by my deadline . The rep who answers the phone is one of the rudest people that I've ever had the "pleasure" of speaking with over the phone. I would not recommend this moving company!

I schedule a move at 2 p.m. , so when 2:03 came along I called , the dispatcher tells me that are 2 to 3 hrs behind , I didn't get a phone call explaining that to me or any thing . I will never try to use them or recommend anyone to them

Used Bo's Moving Company in December and January and was extremely satisfied. In July, I scheduled them again and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! No call, nothing! Then the next day they were too booked to move me so they sent me a different moving company that charged me double!!! (I was told it was going to be the same price.) $600 for a 2 bedroom apartment and 3 hours of moving time! I called and called trying to get someone to call me back and Bo's didnt even have the decency to return my phone call, apologize, or explain! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I was a 3 time returning customer who was treated TERRIBLY!!

The only good part of this moving service are the movers themselves. The level of their customer service and customer loyalty(I haven't used another service since moving to Nashville in 2011) is outstanding. The one who answers the phone heretofore known as "their rep" is not. The ONLY reason I've given this company a 2 star review is because of the men that work for them. I had scheduled my move for 12 o'clock in the afternoon, I was told they might be an hour or two late due to being short staffed. Cut to 1 o'clock, their office rep didn't have an answer as to where they were or how long they would be, she assured me she would call. Cut to 3 pm, I had received no phone call. I tried once more and was assured I was next in line and they would be there soon. By 3:30 I was told not to expect them and asked to reschedule. How many moves could they have booked before noon on a Friday afternoon after school had started back? I may have been born at night, but it wasn't last night. After informing their customer service that I was unable to reschedule, I received a "I don't know what to tell you." I cancelled my appointments and I assure you will never use them again. The best way I could describe this experience would be wildly disappointing.

Terrible, unprofessional service. Do not deliver on any of their promises on their website. Damage to almost everything they moved. Terrible looking truck with a massive hole in the roof. The mover joked that I was lucky it wasn't raining on moving day or all of my things would get wet. TV was dropped and broke, accidents happen, whatever. The mover said someone from the office would be in contact with me the same day to get it replaced. No one called the same day, I called the office the next day and was told I had to talk to the owner who would not be in until later in the day and they would return my call later the same day. No call back. None of my furniture was padded or quilt wrapped. Bed and dresser were damaged loading and loading off the truck. They moved my couch with a metal Dolley and no protection on the couch, when they slid the Dolley out from under my couch they scratched the floor and leather couch. Small scratches and dings happen when you are moving but there was no attempt to protect a leather couch being moved with a steel Dolley. Don't waste your time with these guys. Find someone else

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!**********************My mother in law hired and had an appointment with this company on 6/30/17. Hours after they were supposed to arrive they finally called her back and told her that they had a truck break down and that there was nothing she could do or, would do for that matter. She has to out of her condo by 5pm on 7/1/17. Having to find a mover for a saturday is not only pricey but extremely troublesome. for everyone that has moved before you know how stressful moving time is. To have a company do this with absolutely no apology and or offer of any help is completely unprofessional. Please, do yourself a favor, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!************* I called them to ask them about the situation and was promptly hung up on after being told they couldn't give any information to me because I wasn't the "client".First off, how does this lady know who the actual client is? I could have been the one paying for it.If that were the case, then I would have been the client. Horrible all around attitude. Let this bad operating business close, they DO NOT deserve one second of your time or your money.

They don't even deserve 1 star. I booked my move but saw the reviews afterwards. Decided to give them a shot anyway. Fast forward today, day before Thanksgiving. My move was scheduled for 1:00pm. I have called and called. No info except the movers are behind, its 4:00 pm. Then they just stopped answering my calls. I can only move today since tomorrow is a holiday. Amy finally called me back with her nonchalant attitude. I let her know I was angry. She told me to shut up. I will be contacting the BBB. They should not be in business, as this behavior seems to be common. I paid them no money, however this has ruined my whole schedule. I hired another mover last minute, night before Thanksgiving and waiting for their arrival. I am livid.

Punctual, and very careful. We had 2 movers for 4 hours and they finished in 3.5 hours AND we had a 1 hour commute to the new house. The movers called me the day before to confirm my move, they showed up fifteen minutes early, and they we and polite friendly. They came with plenty of supply to move all of our belongings and they did not damage any of our antiques. Both gentlemen were so pleasant and easy to work with. Definitely recommend to anyone.

HAD TO GIVE A STAR TO POST A REVIEW....BUT NO STARS ARE DESERVED HERE...........Bo's was a referral that was set up from ALL MY SONS when they bailed on my move this past Saturday....And Amy assured me that they would take care of me on Sunday by 2pm.............well 1:51pm I called and they were still on a job in Gallatin (I am in the Boro).......and did not know when they would be done. Well needless to say I had a feeling they were going to bail as well so I found a company in Nashville CATFISH MOVING, called them at 3pm and the owner CATFISH had a crew to me by 5pm....on a Sunday and no prior set up.................NOW THAT MY FRIENDS IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS...............but for BO'S and ALL MY SONS.......they are an EPIC FAIL...........

I just wanted to say that i had the best move with Bo's Moving Company! These guys were on time. I made my appointment 1 month prior. I got a confirmation email. The move was flawless! The movers were so nice and helpful. I would recomend Bo's Moving Company to everyone that wants a great move. I read these other reviews on here and those just don't seem possible. I got awesome service and was very pleased with the way my move was handled!

They never showed for a 9:00 am appt. and after speaking with them several times during the day, told me at 4:00 pm that I would need to find another mover. How do they stay in business? I had to rent a truck from Uhaul and hire 2 people. Don't use this company!

I used Bo's moving this past weekend. I moved a 3br/2ba from a storage unit into my house. Received a phone call at 8:15 in the morning stating they were running early and I was promptly met at 8:30 in the morning to get started working. My movers names were Russell & Ethan both were very friendly and hard working. We had to make two trips as Bo's only had a 17' truck that day (which I was notified and agreed to before hand) but because Russ and Ethan worked so hard we knocked the job out in 3 hours. I am very greatful to Bo's as I have had very negative experiences with movers previously. Bo's will have my business from here on out, I highly recommend.

I've dealt with many moving companies and I can honestly say that Bo’s is the WORST service I have ever received. My fiancé and I just bought our first place together and hired Bo’s to move us in. The problem arose when the painters knocked over an entire gallon of paint on the brand new carpet we just had installed. Not only were they not sympathetic to the problem, they had the audacity to blame Home Depot for not putting the lid on too tight…I don’t recall Home Depot walking into the house and knocking the paint over. Their way of disposing of the paint ( which I had to pay to replace ) was to dump the remainder into the bathtub thereby clogging the tub. Soon after, they were tracking the paint up and down the staircase as they were just walking as if nothing happened. Now, mistakes happen but it’s how you handle the mistakes that makes a company. In this situation, customer service which they claim to be 100% guaranteed, was NOT TRUE! My fiance called Missy the next day and the subsequent days after telling her about the situation and NOT 1 PERSON EVER CALLED BACK. If it wasn’t for us calling, we would have never heard from this company. I soon called and asked for the owner and was told he would call me back, he didn’t. Now I’m stuck with paint stained on my carpet and staircase and ZERO response from Bo’s. These guys are nothing but a bunch of crooks and now I’m having to deal with attorney’s to resolve this problem. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Wish there were negative ratings. Terrible and so unprofessional movers. I have never seen such unprofessionalism. Had scheduled my move after 6pm, the driver (Kris) calls me at 6.15 to confirm that he is on his way and will reach around 6.30pm-7.0pm but he never showed up. I called kris and the company but no answer. It was a no show..!

Loved Russ and Joey had the whole move done in 3h 15 mins. In July in 97 degrees. They both were fun to talk to and never complained. Will ask for them by name next move. 303.00 can't complain.

My wife and I used Bo's Moving this past weekend! We were very impressed at the speedy service that Tom and Joey (the movers) gave us..NO nonsense movers got us in out place in less than two hours. We will used them again we've already referred them to friends!

We had movers scheduled who failed to show up at all, after calling around everywhere, I was lucky enough to call Bo's Moving. They were SO easy to schedule with, completely fit us in on what's obviously a busy moving day for everyone (1st day of the month), arrived exactly when they said they would, and did a fabulous job. I highly reccomend them to anyone looking for fast, reliable movers!!

i have been using them since 2012 & REFUSE to try anyone else. They are so nice, down to earth, personable, & professional. They move quickly-not like some places that move like turtles so that they can get extra $$. I have referred them to friends and family that all have nothing but positive things to say about them. It's really refreshing that they have the same movers for years. Each time I have moved I have had the pleasure of seeing the same people over & over. And what's cool is when they remember you too. I would highly recommend them. OH and every single time I have scheduled them for a move they have ALWAYS been early. I love that!!!

If I could give them a half star I would. DO NOT USE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!! Scheduled them to move me at 1:00 today (5/15/17)....it is now 4:00 and they have not shown up or called. When I try to call there is no answer, just goes to a voice mail that has a personal message, not one for a business. I left a message at 1:00...no call back. I then tried the other number on their website and reached someone who said they would look into where the drivers were and call me back....as of yet have not received a call back and...no one is answering the phone. I have to be moved out by tomorrow. Thank goodness College Hunks could fit me in to move me in the morning. BEWARE OF THIS SUPPOSED BUSINESS!!

I am sorry I did not review the reviews before I scheduled my appointment. The appointment was for 9 AM the day I was to move. By 10 no movers and no phone call. I called, first I got a message. When I did get Melissa she seemed shocked that they were not here. They were broken down somewhere. She did get another company to send someone by 3 PM. The young men were nice, but their moving skills were lacking. I only gave Bo's one star because that was the only way I could write a review.

The movers were great, matter of a fact superb! And even Amy was courteous. That's why the 3 stars. My gripe is the so called "no hidden fees" and "rate starts when we get to your house" statements. I live 50 minutes outside of Nashville and was told the time starts at my house. Needless to say, I was charged for that extra hour $94. I don't like being lied to. Change your website Bo's!!!

I am not one to write many reviews, but I believe that when there is a complete disregard for business etiquette, other potential customers should be made aware of the problem. I contacted Bo's Moving yesterday to assist me in moving my small 1 bed/1 bath that evening. The woman on the phone was very accomodating and pleasant, and I was very comfortable moving forward with their services. The movers were supposed to be at my apartment by 5:30. By 6:00 PM I called, and the woman stated that "her guys" were still out on their afternoon job. She told me that she would contact me when she heard from them, as they were clearly running late. By 8:00 PM, no phone call. I called multiple times after that, and no one answered. I am under a very strict deadline, and this company has now put me in a bind. I was lucky enough to hire another company to move my things tonight, and I am very relieved that I did not give Bo's Moving my business. The lack of communication was unprofessional, and I can only assume that if that kind of customer service is commonplace, the entire company has low standards. There are plenty of moving companies in Nashville, and if Bo's Moving continues to deliver terrible service to paying customers, there may be one less moving company in the area after all.

Unbelievably disgusting that one of your movers would have the audacity to steal a family antique shotgun from my clients family home during a move! As a real estate agent, I will be sure to pass your name far and wide throughout middle tn to not use your company unless it is returned. Incredibly disgusting and unprofessional. If we had "proof" we would have the police involved immediately. I will be discussing with my lawyer if there can be a cased made against you because of the cost of the antique.

STAY AWAY!!!!! My experience with Bo's Moving company was terrible. I will never recommend them to anyone. I will never use this company again. I made this appointment on a Thursday for a move on a Sunday between 1-2pm. They called me on that Saturday to confirm my time on that Sunday. On that Sunday, 1pm came and I hadn't heard from them. 2pm came and I had not heard from them. I called them at 2:15pm and they told me that the movers were stuck at the job that was scheduled before me and that it would be 2 hours before they could get to me. They said the person before me was not truthful about how much stuff they had to move. I said I understood and was willing to wait. In the mean time I broke down all of the furniture in my home to prepare for the move. 6pm comes and I have not heard from them. I called them to get a status and they told me that the movers are still stuck and they might need to move me to Monday morning. I told them that this was not acceptable, I have broken everything down and my family would have to sleep on the floor. They said that they will see what they could do. 7pm comes and I had to call them back because they didn't call me. They then told me they wouldn't be able to move me and I would have to move my time to Monday morning. I told them that my Monday was already full and I would have no time to move on Monday. I called them on Monday morning to see if they would compensate me for the inconvenience that they put me and my family through. They said they apologize and I would hear from their manager about compensation and rescheduling the move. I waited an hour and then I called another company and scheduled my move. It has now been 2 full weeks and I have still not heard anything from them.

DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARRIVED 2 HOURS LATE, WHICH WAS PUTTING THEM TO DRIVE DURING RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC AND THEY REFUSED TO STICK TO THE QUOTE THEY ORIGINALLY GAVE US, THEY WANTED US TO PAY FOR THE EXTRA DELAY IN THE TRAFFIC. IF THEY WOULD HAVE COME AT 3 WE WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEMS!!!
