We received excellent service from Big League Movers during our recent move. They were on time, quick, friendly, and professional. I honestly have no idea how they did it all. They worked from 7:45am until 8pm, nonstop except for 2 brief breaks (during which they were not paid.) These guys are machines. All of our items arrived in the condition they were when we packed them. They have great customer service and were worth every penny. I hope we don't have to move again any time soon, but if we do, we'll be contacting BLM again.

We used Big League Movers to load our own U-Haul truck. The two guys that came to the house were very professional and very good at their job! They loaded as much stuff into the truck as would possible fit. I feel sure that if we had tried to do it ourselves, we wouldn't have gotten as much stuff in there as they did. They also worked efficiently and within the time that was given to me as an estimate when I made the appointment. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

CORPORATE / BUSINESS MOVE - I DO NOT RECOMMEND using BLM for a corporate or business move. BLM missed our move window by four hours and blamed it on previously scheduled moves. We learned after the fact that BLM scheduled multiple emergency moves over top of the regularly scheduled moves on 6/7/19 instead of showing up on time for our corporate move. We have used Big League for three corporate moves. During the first move they damaged our conference room table. At first they denied it but we had pictures of the condition just prior to the move and after we showed the moving crew the pictures they admitted the table was dropped. BLM paid to have the table repaired. The second time we had a perfect move and everything went smoothly. The move that was performed today was terrible. They initially quoted us a flat rate of $1,250 to move furniture on our floor and some furniture in a small storage area. We advised BLM they charged us $139 per hour (3 man team) just three weeks ago and they agreed to charge us by the hour. They arrived long after the window of time promised for our move and initially only two movers showed up. We reserved a 4 person team. Instead of starting the move the two movers waited outside for over an hour until the other two crew members arrived. The management team is unresponsive and I would not trust them to timely perform a corporate move. Management was very evasive about why they were so late for our move but we overheard the crew discussing how many teams were pulled away from regularly scheduled jobs for emergency moves. I would not trust this company to perform services. The crew that finally arrived to perform the move was polite, respectful and efficient. I cannot express any opinion as to their ability to perform residential services.

My move was disastrous, to say the very least. First, the movers showed up over 2 hours past my assigned window. One of the movers was barely working, disappearing for extended periods of time, while the other mover made multiple trips. I had a one bedroom apartment with limited furniture and about 30 boxes, and the move took over 6 hours That's also with me pitching in and helping the movers move my things. One of the workers repeatedly told me despite the time it was taking that I would only be charged for a maximum of 3 hours. I was later informed by the manager that this was untrue. Additionally, several pieces of my brand new furniture was damaged. However, most concerning was that a box full of my jewelry did not make it to my new home. I have filed a police report, and the movers/company claim that they cannot find the box.

Awful experience. When I moved the same things (2 bedroom apartment, only 1 person living there) from Nashville to Memphis, the whole move took 6 hours including drive time (which is 3 hours). Imagine my surprise when moving 10 minutes down the road in Memphis takes 5 hours. The movers were wholly ineffective. I packed everything neatly and had left access to the bigger items so they could be loaded first. When the movers began moving the boxes, only 1 person would move at a time. The other mover was down at the truck. The man moving the boxes took only 1 at a time--no dolly or anything. When my mother went down to load items into HER car, she noticed the 2nd man talking to a girl in the parking lot. He continued to talk to this girl for about 10 minutes instead of moving anything, and then tried to act like they were related even though they'd clearly never met before. 1. Broke wheels off an empty filing cabinet. Said 1 wheel was in truck--haven't seen it since. A 3-wheeled filing cabinet is not very sturdy. 2. Late! Were told that they would call 15-30 minutes before scheduled arrival. No call. Showed up 15 minutes late. 3. One mover flirted with a girl in the parking lot even though there were boxes to be moved. 4. Office rep was not very kind and only apologized for the tardiness. 5. Movers were slow moving with no sense of urgency. In the past 3 moves I've had, movers were walking quickly, moving box to truck and then hustled back to the apartment to get another box. There was absolutely no hustle with these men. They milked the time. 6. When unloading, the men were so slow we just had them put all the boxes into one room (even though they were clearly marked) in an effort to save time. 7. A few wood tables and chairs were scratched in the move. 8. Men seemed to have no experience in taking apart the bed, which cost extra time. The men didn't even have power tools to take apart/rejoin the furniture. We offered ours, and they used ours. 9. Because of their slow speed, we opted to put a table back together on our own. Movers should move quickly and efficiently. This was a horrible experience. I believe the men you get determine the quality of the move--these two men were just not good: not fast, not cooperative with each other, not smart (1 box at a time, no dolly). A 2 bedroom apartment move should not take 5 hours. Both men SHOULD be working--not talking to girls in the parking lot, and not supervising where boxes go in the truck. Why am I paying 2 men to move when just 1 works? When I called the office, they made excuses and actually made up a story about something that did not happen. I will NEVER use BLM again, and I will make sure none of my friends do. The whole thing was a giant rip off. For the record, our 2 movers were L Less (who actually tried to move things) and R Shaw (who talked to the girl in the parking lot and didn't move much at all). Neither man's profile is on the website. Beware!

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! Complete Scam. It is truly surprising that these people are in business. Hired two men and one truck. Took them 6 1/2 hrs because one person decided to sit in the truck the entire time and let the other do all the work. On top of this, they completely and utterly damaged my sofas, dressers, and scuffed up my new walls by dragging the furniture across the walls. Furthermore, this poor excuse for a company mentioned they could only offer a 10% discount as means to amend the damage done. Again, hired for 2 men. Only 1 worked the entire time and the furniture was damaged. No refund and a disrespectful discount of 10%. DO NOT DO IT. I promise you will regret hiring these people!

I moved from Memphis to Germantown, TN, about 15 miles. When I received a quote, they told me it would be about 4-5 hour move for rate of $199 per hour for 4 men to move after going through inventory items versus 3 men at $159 for 6 hours so we decided 4 men to have a shorter time frame since cost is about the same. I had trouble getting a hold of them for couple days and even left a message for after hours answering service and no one called me back. The supervisor of the move called me the day before the move to go over the inventory listing again and when I asked about how long the move would be, he assured me it would still be about 4-5 hours, closer to 5 hours. On the day of the move, only 3 men showed up because someone didn't show up on their team. The team lead said they think it will be a 6 hour move and would reduce the rate back to $159 so they started moving. The move took over 8 hours so the quote was not accurate as it was over $300 more than the original quote. The movers at times would move one box at a time so it took a long time even though we assisted with the move by moving boxes closer to the door. It was also one of the men's first day of work. When we closed out the ticket, I voiced my concern that this cost more as they were short one person since it took them longer. They offered to give 10% off to compensate for the difference. The math still didn't work out the same but I figure since they tried to make it semi right, I accepted and moved on. After the movers left, my husband informed me that they did not complete the move as the movers ran out of room in the truck. They left 4 TVs, a bed, 2 tables, a chair and miscellaneous household items! They also didn't communicate this to me at the end or tell the manager of the move (not one of the movers). My husband had to go back 3 different times in his truck to move the remaining items by himself! They also broke a cabinet leg and an attic stair. I called the manager the following Monday to let him know that items weren't moved and he said he wasn't aware. He talked with the team and called back to tell me that they didn't know what they were thinking and was sorry. They didn't offer to go back to pick up the items left or refund us anything for the trouble. We hired movers so we didn't have to move and the move was not complete. While the movers were polite, I was very unhappy with how the move went and that Big League Movers didn't offer to go back to pick up the items that they left or refund us some money for our trouble.

I tried to post this review with a zero stars. The only good thing about the service we received was that they showed up early. This moving company was hired by Ashley Furniture to deliver our bedroom set. They removed the chest from the truck and it was damaged. How it became damaged so badly while on the truck is still a mystery. The guy wasn't even shocked when he discovered all of the damage , apparently all of his deliveries for that day were damaged and he thought ours would be different. He stated we had two options; we could refuse delivery and wait 2-3 weeks for the replacement or we accept delivery and he would report the damages to tech support and we would receive a replacement within 48 hours. Well well well, my girlfriend calls Ashley Furniture today only to find out the guy never made the report and gave us false information. He angled the photo he submitted to Ashley so that it did not show the damage. Not to mention he was advertising that he sells mattress' from the warehouse at low rates. This company seems reputable, wonder if they actually care about the service their drivers are providing. If Ashley doesn't make this right, I will be coming after Big League.

I've used these guys for 3 out of 4 local moves. Do not waste your time and money renting truck from subhaul. Go ahead and ask Big League about renting their truck...IT IS WAY CLEANER THAN RENTING YOUR OWN. Every crew of young men they've ever sent to me was FAST FRIENDLY AND MOVED MY STUFF LIKE IT WAS THEIR OWN. THIS IS THE BEST MOVING COMPANY IN THE CITY. They are very up front about pricing, a much of a pain as moving is, if you call Big League, you will have one less thing to worry about.

I have moved several times in my adult life. I normally spend lots of time calling different companies to get the best rate. I have ALWAYS been disappointed, and I'm not a hard person to please. So I was completely dreading this move, and having to hire yet another company. I noticed that Big League had a good rating with the BBB, and that they had a 10% FedEx discount. I called and really liked the man that talked to me about their services. So I decided to give them a try. Much to my amazement, I was THRILLED with this company! David and Tipp did a fantastic job. They didn't even mind that they had to carry my huge couch down 4 flights of stairs!! They were very friendly and polite, and got the job done quicker than ever before with my moves. I don't have one single complaint about Big League and I would use them again. Don't bother spending the time looking for a better moving company. You won't find one.

When I applied at this company, they hired me to be a trainer. I have to say, I wish I had never applied. The management here is terribly inexperienced. They treat all of the employees as if they are disposable and as if anyone can do their job. Their turnover rate is ridiculous so the experience between the crews are typically minimal to none. They don’t even have a training program, it’s all done on the job. I come from a company where training was an absolute must before sending a mover out to a customer’s home. I wouldn’t recommend this company to ANYONE! Terrible service! Terrible employer!

Needed help unloading a cube of elderly father's items when he gave up his Fl. apt. Upack arranged for Big League Movers to unload cube when it arrived in Germantown. 2 eager young men arrived from Big League on time to do the job. However, they could not move the couch/sofa bed into the bedroom. Said it was too big after trying 2 different doorways. Didn't have tools, said they didn't know how to remove the door. I did removed the door. Still couldn't get the couch in the room. I called another local company the next day and couch was moved appropriately. It was suggested that the movers sent by Big League were inexperienced summer help that did not understand "couch geometry." My call to Big League Movers about the situation was not returned.

I expected a partial delivery of two nightstands and was pleasantly surprised when the drivers unloaded the entire order from Pottery Barn! My husband and I scrambled to move furniture while the drivers unpacked our shipment. They were careful and even helped take our old headboard to a second story bedroom. Cheerful workers even though it was 9:00 pm when they completed their work.

I went up to Big League Movers for an interview for a Packing job. The guy that interviewed me was going between talking to customers on the telephone, to greeting people and answering questions for people coming through the door. I'm a older female with a small frame so this guy looked at me as though I wasn't right for the job before speaking with me and I was looking at him like I'm interviewing for the wrong job. Big League Movers need an office manager or a receptionist because while the guy knew how to multitask, he let me a great future employee go by. I haven't heard from Big League Movers and yes that's why I only gave them 1 star because the guy said he would contact me whether yes or no. This is a reflection of how business is done.

I called Big League at 8:30 one morning and they were awesome with me from the get go. I was in a panic needed movers THAT day. Not only did they provide exactly the amount of trucks and guys that I needed they moved me in two hours!!!! They had plenty of opportunity to drag the hours out so they could charge me more but they hustled the ENTIRE time. They DID NOT stop unless they were talking about how to get the tree house apart and moved properly. Hats off to these guys! Awesome work and great customer service. I will use them again and highly recommend!

Horrible service and overpriced! The guy on the phone who set up my move would not give his last name. One of the movers called me the day of my move and got mad that I was not able to leave work 2 hours early to accomadate him having an earlier window available. This was mainly because he was trying to beat the rain. In the end they still arrived late. The rudeness didn't stop there. He questioned why I wrapped my belongings the way I did, he was using chewing tobacco and seemed outraged as if he didn't know we had to stop at my storage before unloading at the new apartment. I had everything separated, stacked neatly to avoid damage and immediately they start moving things around out of order, claiming boxes were too heavy. I had to constantly tell the other 2 guys with him to not pack heavy boxes on top of light ones and be mindful of boxes labeled 'fragile'. Fast forward to our final stop. It is pouring rain, my belongings are getting drenched. One of the guys who didn't drive loses a wheel off of my office chair, stacks one of my end tables high on a stack of totes and boxes that were uneven and not sturdy and it fell and broke. The third guy uses my restroom without asking and doesn't stack my dresser using the magnets for support like I asked. When it's time to pay and review the driver gets his boss on the phone to check me out. His attitude was the complete opposite and professional, which I believe was just a way to manipulate 5 stars out of me. When it was all said and done, they were rude overall and didn't apologize for any damages that were done. Tbh honest this all happened a year ago and I have been debating whether or not to post. Now that it's almost time for me to move again, I want people to be aware of this when they shop around for movers. I honestly chose them bc they were cheaper than 2 men and a truck, but what they say is true: you get what you pay for. I'm going with what I know next time.

Customer service was excellent, but I do have a significant concern. I have used this moving service 4 times , with the same furniture. My my moved usely last 3.5 to 4 hours max for 2 bedroom apartment, one of the rooms were onlu used to store a couple of boxes and 1 headboard. My move this time lasted a little over 8 hrs. which left me with a huge bill, I guess they knocked it out of the park this time.

One star is too good for this horrible company! They scratched several pieces of furniture while they were asking, "who did this?" when I watched them do it. If they didn't scratch items, they damaged them in other ways. They were the most pitiful excuse of a moving company that I have ever seen. If you want everything ruined and for them to try to deny they did it, if you want to be overcharged and cheated, then go for it, they are the company for you. If you want them to go back on their word and take 12 hours to do a job when it should be done in 8 hours or less, go for them. If you want to be treated rudely with disrespect and you want to be insulted, they are your company. I am in the process of getting a lawyer and suing them for their willful and careless destruction of my property that they were supposed to be taking care of and supposed to be responsible for if they damaged. Used Big League Movers to relocate from Germantown to Hot Springs on 07/10/2018. The men showed up as scheduled and all seemed to be going well until they loaded a wrong piece of furniture they were instructed not to load as I was not moving it. I did not notice until they had loaded several additional pieces that they then had to unload to remove the piece. After that transpired their care and concern for my belongings seemed to deteriorate. They were unable to load everything on the truck they had quoted to move, and basically just said sorry. They left and were scheduled to off load the following day in Hot Springs. They arrived a bit earlier than scheduled and we arrived a few minutes later. Only one of the men that loaded the truck was on the truck with one additional new person. They commenced to off load and I started noticing some damage to the furniture. When they were finished I asked about the re-assembly of the beds and mirrors as that was included in my quote. The new man said they did not have any tools with them and would not be able to assemble the pieces. I then asked about the damage and he used a multi part form to list the damage and he and I signed the form. He then called his Operations Manager, Tim Richie, to discuss the damage and close out the move. I overheard him tell Mr. Richie that the furniture was not wrapped adequately is why there was a lot of damage. Mr. Richie told me he would call me back in two days to discuss the damage after he looked at the pictures his man had taken. I never heard from Mr. Richie, although the final payment charge hit my credit card the day of the off load. After a few days and two messages left for Mr. Richie, I then sent him and the salesman that quoted and sold the move an EMAIL expressing my dissatisfaction and frustration with their lack of communication. I then received an EMAIL saying I would hear from a Tina within 5 business days, which would be a full two weeks after the move was completed! When I heard from Tina I learned she was a 3rd party Big League uses to handle claims and it would take up to 120 days for resolution! What a crock, why should it take this long? It seems they simply want to delay and hope I will just go away. I can not recommend them, they do not seem customer oriented in the least. Little communication and what communication there is, is misleading.

Awesome Service, Staff, & Price!! Big League Movers helped my boyfriend & I move into our new home a couple months ago & we were very pleased! The 2 guys who moved us that day were very professional, showed great, swift judgement, & honestly did a terrific job! When they first arrived each mover did a sweep of inventory of all furniture we were moving that day. They strategized how and what we should pack first in the truck so that when we arrived at the new house everything ran as smooth as possible. That particular day was about 100 degree heat index in Memphis but that did not slow them down; And despite the slightly narrow hallways & the lower ceilings in my new home, I found no flaws to any of the freshly painted walls or ceilings after they were done! I was so impressed how carefully they carried and placed my furniture so that everything was in the right place, even if it was cumbersome to do so. I was also very pleased when their manager called before the move was complete to ensure they had done a good job. Don't bothering hiring this company because they are horrible.Two guys from this company packed my U-Pack trailer and didn't know what they were doing. They took 5 hours to throw things in a trailer and called it a day. One of the movers left his vitamin water in the trailer and it spilled all over a box destroying the contents inside. They broke three of the five dinning room chairs I have. I told them to use a mattress bag, which they carried the mattress out to the trailer in, but when they got to the trailer they removed the bag and put the mattress on the floor of the trailer. The mattress is now filthy and ripped. Finally, I provided moving blankets to protect my furniture, but they just packed those in the trailer with the blankets still in the bag. Don't hire this company because they are unprofessional and don't know what they are doing.

I’ve used big league for 2 moves with good results. I set up a third move with big league and there were nothing but issues. First I could not get anyone in the menphis office to take my call. I was directed to the Atlanta office for setup. Days before my move they contacted me saying the could not move a large urn they had moved during 2 other moves. When asked why they said because it was a personal item. It’s a concrete urn that is in 2 pieces each weighing about 300 pounds each. It’s not a personal item it’s just a heavy item that one person I.e I cannot move myself. When asked what had changed Alicia said she could not tell me that information. They then cancelled my move. I had great experiences with big league previously and I’m not sure what has changed. I asked if the company had been sold or under new Managment and Alicia said she couldn’t discuss that. Clearly there is a change and I would stay very far away. This was a terrible experience. It’s sad they they would lose a repeat customer who has recommended them to others. Very unprofessional.

The loading guys spent almost an hour wrapping two bed frames in blankets, and didn't even load half the furniture into the truck and their two hours were over. I paid 300$ for nothing and my girlfriend and I ended up loading 90% of our stuff ourselves. Very polite, but very expensive and totally useless helpers. Save your money and do it yourself. By the way, these people were contracted to me by SML - Simply Moving Labor, which is honestly a scam.

If I could leave “0” stars i would. I’m envious of all the other reviews that are good because my movers left me sobbing by the end of the night. I seriously got the movers straight from hell. Not only were they almost 2 hours late but they had an attitude with me before they even got to my house and tried to get me to reschedule even though I had booked over a month in advance. He came through the gate driving way too fast and very erratic hitting and damaging a railing. The movers were incredibly slow and used multiple profanities to me, my friends who were helping me move, and even maintenance staff when confronted about the property damage. They moved my 15 items that had left for them to move very aggressively and used phrases such as “I hate this f****g place” and “I better not lose my f****g job. When asked to be more respectful his response was “this is just my f*****g language”. My wall has a massive hole in it from where he was moving my items so aggressively and I ended up having to move most of the items myself. What about the supervisor that calls to check on the move that they boats about? I was on the phone with him most of the time and was even escalated to another supervisor who basically accused me of lying and was extremely unhelpful. Keep in mind I’m a single female and I had two men in my home that were so awful that i was in fear of my safety and my belongings and contemplating getting the police involved at this point. They also completely destroyed my washing machine and I haven’t heard from anyone since this horrendous experience including from the claims adjuster. I do plan on filing a lawsuit and I implore you not to use their services.

Beware of scams... Sorry that the review below is long, but it was a long ordeal. We do not wish for anyone to go through what we did. Our initial bid was for one truck, verified and re-verified with the guy. Since everyone else' bid was for two trucks which costed about $1500 more, and they had high ratings I accepted. But, when the movers arrived, before walking into my home the lead mover already started calling his boss because he knew it was going to be a two truck move. They soon called me telling me it was going to be an extra 1500 dollars to get the second truck. I said no, that they screwed up and needed to make it right. Well, a bit later someone in management calls me up and says they goofed and that the second truck was approved, but would be sent within the next month for free. So we began dividing up the non-essential stuff. The first lead mover then stated he had to leave to go to an office meeting, and another lead mover would be there shortly to take over. The new lead mover arrives saying that the second truck was approved for the move the next day for no extra cost. We and the other 2 movers that had been there all morning asked repeatedly if he was certain of this. He then began loading everything randomly onto both trucks. We move the first truck down to the Atlanta area and it begins to be unloaded. We started asking when our second truck was going to be sent because we were missing everything for our baby (8 mo). The movers told us the other truck was not coming, would take up to a month to receive those items. Then after numerous phone calls, a manager said it would be a month because that was what we agreed to. I told him no, that his "new" lead showed up and told us all that everything was going within a day of each other. The workers that made the trip agreed with me, but the manager didn't budge. The manager later said we could have our stuff if we agreed to pay an additional $1,200. At this point we needed our baby items desperately, so we accepted. (Every single baby item was loaded on the 2nd truck) We were already having to spend money on essential items that was supposed to be shipped on those trucks. When we did finally get our second truck there was only one mover with it. We were told that he was going to pick up an assistant mover in their Atlanta location prior to delivery at our home. The young man arrived saying that management called him, and that he would not be receiving assistance. There was no way this poor guy could move some of the furniture by himself. He agreed, and finally after several hours a local manager showed up to help him. It seemed Memphis management expected me to assist the mover with the heavy items. We had already given away a bunch of stuff to guarantee that all of our things would have made it onto one truck. The second truck was half empty and I could have taken much needed items that I left behind that would have fit nicely into my new, larger home. Throughout the entire process, management took several hours after repeated phone calls from us and our movers for clarity of the situations unfolding. The last thing, my home was 2100 sqft and it took them 10 hours to move pre-packed boxes and furniture. Everything was waiting for them, all they had to do was put it into the truck. Everything felt pre-planned to obtain our business from our other quotes by saying they could fit it onto one truck. It appears management purposely sent in the new lead mover midway through the loading process so that essential items would be dispersed onto the 2nd truck that they had no intentions of sending until we paid more money. Lies, misconceptions, and management's avoidance of us for those 3 days.

On the day of my move, I got a phone call from a guy introducing himself as Anthony with Big League and he said they would be at my house at 8:00 and he asked if that was okay. Sure enough at 8:00 they were at my door. It was four guys and they were all very polite and professional. They "knocked it out of the park"...my 3 man crew called to come early which worked out perfect for me. When they showed up it was all business. If I was doing something to help their move, they didnt just sit and wait, they went to unload other items to stay as efficient as they could. When they completed my heavy lifting in an hour, they offered any other help they could (2 hr minimum) when they could have just left. In sum, i will use them in the future and i would absolutely recommend this company.

This was an awful moving experience. They broke our son's bookshelf and dresser, broke the dresser in our master bedroom, broke the knob off our washer, and scratched paint off both doors and furniture. One mover did way more talking and conplaining than actual work. He left his half eaten snicker and candy wrappers on our bathroom counter. When they couldn't get our sectional through the front door, they just sat it out on the dirty back deck, no pads, no coverings. The only saving grace about the whole experience was a mover named Marcus that tried his best to rectify the situation. Avoid this company at all cost. I will be contacting corporate.

The only good thing I have to say about Big League Movers is the crew was great. I specifically pick them because they sent a guy out to look at what we were moving. I showed him everything that was going. He said 3 guys and a 26 Ft truck. They came and started loading and figured out it all the stuff wouldn't fit. I had to pay for an additional truck and time/labor to drive the 1st truck back to their lot (they were storing the stuff) and the drive for to bring the 2nd truck back. They missed the estimate by a lot. I had a quote and they didn't offer any cut rate for the second truck even though their salesman came out and looked at what needed to be moved. I can't help it if their salesman cannot do a good estimate. The day of delivery I received a text saying my stuff was scheduled for the next day. I called their operations manager and he confirmed it was for the next day. He said he would give me a call back. He didn't. I received a call from the driver stating they were near my location but could not find the house (a new street not on maps yet) and asked if we could meet them. My wife met them and guided them to the house. We discovered that the first truck (the 2nd was not there yet) leaked and some boxes and a mattress/box springs were soaked. Boxes were crushed. My wife was told that the 2nd truck was being loaded(????) and would be out shortly. The trucks were NOT supposed to be opened until delivered after the locks were put on them. We used their locks so I would suggest using your own locks. We noticed after they left that my dolly was missing. I called the operations manager (during business hours) and left a message stating this and for him to call me back. He did not. I guess the operations manager just doesn't like returning calls. I went to their location and found retrieved my dolly and still have not gotten an answer as to why the second truck was unloaded. I WOULD NOT recommend this company because they do not stand by their quote they give you and will not answer questions or return calls when their customer is upset. I guess they just want money and really don't care how satisfied the customer is. I wound up paying a lot more than I was expecting and they unloaded stuff from their truck when they were not supposed to.

It's great to see how efficient they've grown over the past 7 yrs. Yesterday's move was just as good as the move I used them for in 2010. The guys had a good rhythm and good attitude (I went from a 3rd floor apt to a 3rd floor apt - yikes!). The move was quick, considering the steps they had to climb.
