Ordered a mattress from Sam's and it took 3 weeks to get it delivered when the lady at Sam's said it would take a week. Guys that delivered it were nice and carried it upstairs for me, they did a great job. The 3 stars are for the delivery guys that actually brought it.

called last minute to move items from my storage to our new home. the crew was very polite and handled everything easily. these guys went out of their way to make me comfortable and put everything where I wanted it. could not have been more pleased. they worked quicker than i thought they would which saved me some money. i have used movers before but these guys were great!

Late arriving by an hour. Wouldn't recommend, they broke the mirror in the dining room hutch. Didn't unwrap half the furniture. One mattress was soaking wet. One of the Sleep Number mattresses was filthy. They used nothing to protect them. Also dropped one end of the leather couch about three feet. They just didnt seem to care about our stuff. After our experience we couldn't recommend them.

I ordered a Serta mattress through Sams Club and AM PM Movers was designated to deliver the mattress. The company only did deliveries in my area Tuesday's and Thursday's, which was irritating, but luckily I could accommodate. When they arrived, the bottom part of my white mattress was black with dirt with some abrasions. I mentioned that this was unacceptable and the delivery guy gave me two options: reject the mattress or they could contact Serta to request a replacement and do a swap-out when the mattress arrived. Obviously, I selected option 2. The delivery guy wrote down the issue and made my sign next to the statement. It has been almost two months of silence so I contacted the company to get a status update. The company had no recollection of the paper work and told me that was not their process for damaged goods. I had to do a complaint to Sam's Club who also contacted AM PM Movers and received the same response (in addition, they didn't even have proof that I received the mattress!). Luckily, Sam's Club will be working with Serta for a replacement. If you use this company, I highly encourage you to document everything, request paper work, follow-up, and hold them accountable for their words.

We hired this company to move our mom's belongings into storage. They arrived on time, went over what needed to be done and went to work. Tim and Chris were very professional in their work and pleasant to be around. They took exceptional care with everything. Should we ever need to employ a moving company again, we will definitely call Am Pm Movers again.

Two part review: First part to potential customers. We ordered new Cabinets from Lowe's in Knoxville. AM PM Movers does their deliveries. The first cabinet out of the truck fell on the road and damaged corner. See picture. Delivery worker just said "s... happens". Delivery guy said he was filing the claim but it would take longer for them to expedite a replacement. I understand that but they don't take enough precautions to avoid damage. I called Lowe's right away to get them to expedite a replacement. It will be delivered directly to our house via FedEx in 5 business days. Put us a week behind on the install. Lowe's was very apologetic. AM PM Movers offered no apology and their office never answered my call and never returned my calls. I would suggest that you avoid using AM PM Movers if you can. Second part to AM PM Movers and their management. First of all you are not very flexible in delivering. You gave us a date and time that you were going to deliver and you weren't flexible in your schedule at all. AM PM Movers, you may offer the best price, but you need to improve on customer service first. Quality and efficiency are key factors to look at when someone is hiring movers. AM PM Movers need to work on both of these qualities. I know moving furniture is a physically demanding, stressful and thankless job and requires planning and scheduling and knowledge on how to do it and the customer always comes first. You really need to improve your technique in unloading trucks. I watched as two movers struggled to unload our cabinets that should have been a straight forward task if they had put a little thought into it. Use your gate lift, don't just drop boxes on top of other boxes you have already set on the ground and expect them not to fall over, especially in uneven surfaces like it is in front of my house. You were on a very nice paved road and I know it's on a hill, but you must asseses every situation before reacting and making moves. Use your tools or ask your manager to provide you with what you need. AM PM Movers, I do thank you for delivering our cabinets, but I was disappointed to have one get damaged right at my doorstep and put us behind with our installation. I hope you look at this as an improvement opportunity. You must always consider continuous improvement to succeed in any business. Every situation leads to success or failure.

Long story short, ordered a mattress set Nov. 2nd. Got confirmation from penney's saying these guys had it the 13th and should get a call from them to schedule delivery. 7 calls later and 5ish voicemails and no answer or response. They finally answered the 23 (with no apology or explanation) and was told he'd call me back in 15 minutes with details. He didnt. And FINALLY the 27TH they answer (again no apology) and give me a day but no time for delivery, say will tell me 15 minutes later, 3 hours later I get a voicemail saying it will be delivered the 2ND between 11-3... if you like a company with absolutely no communication or remorse this is the one for you!

Tim and his crew of three just finished moving two trucks full of our belongings, and we could not be more pleased! They arrived right on time, assessed the job, and got right to work. Every worker was courteous and professional. When we finish building our dream home, we'll definitely be calling AM/PM to move our things out of storage and into our new house. Thanks, AM/PM for making our moving day stress-free!
