If giving NO STARS were an option to leave a review that's what I would do. I placed our order online for delivery at 5:09 pm. It is now 6:56pm. The online ordering said it would be delivered in 55 minutes. I just got off the phone with a supervisor who basically told me to go to hell. She said that in store orders are first come first served and that there is a 3 hour wait for online orders!! I will never order pizza hut again!!!

You don't order pizza hut for high quality pizza. Both my boyfriend and I have always worked in the service industry since we've been old enough to work, so we tip well and don't like to fuss because stuff happens, ya know? Our overall experience with this pizza hut is, quality wise, what you'd expect. But we NEVER get the extra sauces we order and pay for. Usually we just let it go, but last week we went a little overboard and spent $3 to $5 in extra dipping sauce alone. My boyfriend got the door when the delivery guy showed and specifically asked him if the sauces were in there with everything else. Guy goes "Yup! No problem." He gets a $10, maybe $15 tip and away he goes. We get everything into the kitchen to eat, low and behold, not one sauce. Not even the one the breadsticks are supposed to come with. So this time, he calls. The gentleman at pizza hut that took the call that night offered to either send the driver back with the missing sauces, or give a credit. We go for the credit, so that our food doesn't get cold while we wait for sauces. Credits can take a bit, but when it never showed up on the account, he called back. He was going to order pizza again and was inquiring about the credit at the same time. Well, idk if the girl was just too lazy to look, or if the nicer gentlemen didn't do something right, but she treated my boyfriend like he was lying to get $3 freaking dollars because "there's nothing noted." Needless to say, we didn't order anything and will be taking our business elsewhere

The pizza that was ordered originally was under cooked and had to go back the Manager on duty said next time you need to tell them that you want your pan crust pizza well done you have to tell them. So my question is if you have to tell a Manager what to do why are you working there? I will take my business elsewhere from now on since that's how they run there business. Poor leadership with no care for their customers.

So, upon delivery, my driver, Nehemiah, presented me with this. I don't know if it was because he nearly dropped, but caught the box before delivery, or if he was driving like crazy and my pizza slid all over the seat. The driver's can at least check the pizza before they deliver them, or at least tell us if something did happen. Trying to get the first piece that was all mashed into the others was fun. But hey, pizza is pizza, and it was good.

I have high hopes. Disappointed every time. After a year or so I would hope it changes. Nope. Once I asked for the special. I was told I needed the code. I told the manger on duty that it's on the reader board and their front door. Still seemed confused. Maybe his parents were related before marriage.

Delivery guy said the marinara sauce for the bread sticks was in the box with the pizza, the dude lied. Didn't get marinara sauce or napkins for that matter.

Absolutely disgusted by this pizza hut! We waited 2+hrs for our pizza. Called them and they said our pizza was returned because they couldn't find our hotel room?? They had our cellphone numbers could have very easily called to explain to us. When we finally got our pizza which they said they would remake (doubting they did) it was cold and had hardly any toppings.. absolutely thee worst!!!

None of these locations take pride in what they do and never look at helping the customer, they always blame someone else and never take personal accountability in their faults. No wonder why un-educated employees work there. That's all they can do. What a joke. If I was the franchisees owner I would be embarrassed.

Ordered 4 different flavors of boneless wings and by the time I get it, they are naked, no sauce at all on the chicken but barely any sauce at the bottom of the bowl. Would never consider ordering from this location again, the staff seem edgy, lazy, and unprofessional. Sad thing is that it's next door to my house, but I wouldnt want convienence over quality, and that is exactly what they lack QUALITY

Horrible experience I ordered cheese sticks there was hardly any cheese. With as many times that I have gotten an incomplete order I would not be surprised if they gave me bread sticks instead. Countless times have they forgotten to bring me a sauce cup or plates and napkins. To top it off the delivery driver actually asked for a tip. I gave him 1 dollar only because it was cold outside I generally do not agree with the tipping system in America. When I do tip I tip based on quality of food because I am not to lazy to get my food I am to lazy to cook it. I will never eat here again and will be telling all my friends to avoid this place.

It's a friday night and II ordere online for carry out, had now idea it was gonna take an hour to get my pizza. After sitting here for over half an hour watching I've only seen 3 drivers, and the one manager. Nobody else. A driver called my name, and I did see one more person in the back making pizzas at this point, but they are way understaffed for a normal Friday night.

Waited for over an hour to get my pizza. Called the store after 45 mins and computer said it's been on it's way for 15 mins. Guy said driver should be there in 5 mins and explained he had to go out of the area for a different delivery (I ended up waiting 15 more)... Im 1.7 miles from this location! When I finally got the food it was cold and not much for toppings. I should have ordered Marcos like I was 1st going to do. It would have been worth the extra money after this experience. I will not be ordering from this place again. Im really disappointed.

Pizza is usually pretty good if I ever got a chance to order it, called once waited on the phone for ten minutes on hold, never even got a chance to pop off one word before I was put on hold btw. So I hung up and called back and a different person answered and immediately put me on hold. Waited another ten minutes before I hung up and called papa johns. If you don't wanna waste your time just call papa John's the first time

We got the dinner box with pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. Payed for the upgrade on the breadsticks to be cheese sticks and didn't get what we played for. The bread sticks and cinnamon sticks were hard too. But pizza was so fresh and hot

The worst pizza ordering experience I’ve ever had. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for my food, called 5 times to check on the status, and no one ever picked up at the store. When the delivery driver finally arrived, she had somebody else’s food and couldn’t tell me the name of the manager of the store or offer any solutions. She said that when you call it goes to a call center. Unbelievable! Go to Summerset Pizza Hut instead. Apparently it’s under different ownership and their management actually care.

Excellent little quick stop for pizza, especially if you order during the day. If you order in the evening you might wait a little longer but still not bad. Tons of options for pizza customization; I personally like the hand tossed. No dining area or buffet at this location.

Well, I ordered pizza for the family one night. I ordered some pasta and sides. A couple pizzas and a couple pan pizza and a dessert. Well the main pizza had no sauce and was 100% incorrect. We had waited an hour and a half for $50 in cardboard box cold pizza. It was an awful experience. I called to see if they could bring me the proper pizza. They had a 90 minute wait time for delivery. So, eventually, the manager agreed to a $25 credit in store using my phone number. So, today, I had my nieces and nephews over, I was planning on another $50 in pizza, so I figured I would redeem the in store credit. Well, the woman who waited on me, proceeded to make me sound like a liar. Turns out the first manager never saved the "credit" in the computer. So, after about 8 minutes of a young woman calling me a liar and telling me I was supposed to call to get the credit. She allowed me to order my meal. This time around, pizza was delicious. But, I will never never ever return!! Everyone I know will hear about my experience...

Ordered pizza at 6:10pm....it's 7:52pm now and it's still not here. I'm not too happy. I got no phone call so I called the store. The delivery driver told me his ball bearing was broken...what the heck does that even nean? Poor service. Won't be ordering from this store again. The other kid that did end up delivering my cold food was nice but then we opened the boxes and the taco pizza looked like it had been shaken up in the box. Seriously. Cold and gross. Get it together pizza hut on mt. Rushmore. Only two drivers at 7pm and one who can't drive his "broken" vehicle...tell him to pick up the phone and do some damage control for customers who ordered pizza.... What are you even thinking?

I ordered a box meal and some wings. It said 30 minutes til delivery. 1 hour went by and I still hadn't gotten my food. So I called and they said he just left he'll be there in a minute. 20 minutes later he gets here. And they forgot our wings!this location is not even a mile away from my house... So I call back and the only option they can give me is another 30 minute wait time or a credit to my account so I had them deliver My pizza and bread sticks were stale and cold Ill never order from this Pizza Hut again! So dissatisfied. :/

I have been here before and was impressed. However the last time I visited, I was greeted promptly then I literally stood at the counter for just short of 15 minutes before my order was taken. After which I watched the employee add some extra "ingredients" when making my order. I will not visit this location again. They should be grateful I'm not pursing legal action. Do not go here.

Our pizza was amazing. One of the best Pizza Hut pizzas we've ever had. We travel for work and eat everywhere, normally we try to avoid chain restaurants but today we just really wanted pizza. Tanner got our delivery to us fast, everything was hot. Our order was perfect. I'm disappointed that we are only here a week.
