Appointment was scheduled for our Tempurpedic mattress warranty replacement. The time frame they asked if we would be available was not perfect, but we were willing to make it work, the driver then showed up over an hour earlier than scheduled as he was ahead of schedule with his deliveries. Was not the best experience, but he was very apologetic, respectful and courteous. Delivery and setup was very quick and they hauled away the old mattress as well. Overall very happy. I work some nights and sleeping during the day made it a difficult situation to begin with.

Our package come on time (actually, it was delivered a few days before the anticipated date, which I really appreciate). One of the two boxes was punctured and so one of the parts of our bed was damaged. However, I blame packaging more than shipping -- there was not a lot of cushion to protect the items so it was really bound to get some damaged. The two guys also brought the two big, heavy packages inside our apartment (second floor) so we were very thankful!

The driver seemed a little short on the phone but was fine in person. He seemed frustrated with his crew. The shipment was for a replacement product. They helped me open it and when the product was damaged (not their fault), they took it away at my request without complaint. They seemed understanding.

Atlas is a serious company but my last experience with this associated company of them was not the best. The crew was disrespectful and not careful with my property. They caused damage to both the upload and unload locations. The guys were complaining of their salary all the time. One guy told my wife that he was on a rush because he had something else to do! Even though I called the owner, immediatley agter the damage was caused, he did not take responsibility and he acted like he was pissed. Of course on the phone he first promised me he will take care of it but later on he never answer my emails. Atlas said they are not responsible for tjat either! I will never use them or recommend them to anybody.

Earlier this year my home was damaged by snow removal equipment. The damages included the replacement of a 16 foot window, draperies and carpet. The furnishings in the room were large pieces and could not be absorbed in the rest of the house. I placed a call to Brouwer Relocations, Inc and in a very short time a company representative arrived to give me an estimate on moving and storage costs. A time was set for pick up and an estimation of moving and storage costs were given at the initial visit. The crew who picked up my furniture were courteous and professional as they inventoried and wrapped my pieces for the move to the storage facility. They used care when handling all my pieces, some of which were antique heirlooms. When my home was ready to receive the furnishings again, members of the same crew made the return trip and exhibited great recall in the placement of each piece. I would not hesitate to use this company again, and would definitely recommend them to my friends.
