Had a very large adjustable bed and mattress delivered on an extremely cold day. Movers were very clean and made sure not to track snow/water in house . The frame was accidentally placed backwards and they came back to flip it around within the hour. Very friendly and helpful!

ZACK AND HIS CREW WERE AMAZING!! Zack was extremely professional from the onset. His crew was very personable and friendly and we even had a few laughs! Zack walked me throughout the entire process, and educated me on what to expect after they drove away. They took extreme care of our belongings and out house. He had a small crew, to include a new guy, but they worked seamlessly! He led them throughout the process, and ensured our household goods were secure. Great team, great job. If i had to do it again, i would definately request Zack!

*** THIS POST HAS BEEN UPDATED*** *INITIAL POST* I initially gave AAction Movers 1 Star, because I was very disappointed in AAction Movers. Our boxes were placed in our house, but when it came time to rebuild the furniture this is where the problems started. We have a bunk bed for our children. We gave the movers the instructions on how to build the bed. Even with the instructions they still managed to build the bunk bed wrong. The ladder to the bunk bed wasn’t even screwed in, so there is a good chance one of my kids could have fallen when climbing the ladder if we didn’t catch it. A guy named “Miller” had a terrible attitude throughout the day. He rebuilt our dinning table, but there were still washers left over that should have been placed somewhere in the table. When talking with Miller he said if clients ever asked him to unpack boxes he would simply hold the box up, cut it from the bottom, and let everything fall onto the floor. This is what your paid to do, and your joking about breaking people’s things. I highly discourage anyone from using this company until they hire more capable employees. ***UPDATE*** AAction Movers contacted me after my review to address the issue. They assured me this is not how they want their employees to act. They take full pride in their work. The owner addressed my concerns with Miller, and was retrained on how to act when dealing with customers. AAction Movers offered to come back out, and make things right by rebuilding our furniture. I have added 2 more stars for the service I received after the fact and their dedication to making things right!

We had a wonderful experience with AAction Movers and highly recommend Zack and his crew. Tauna did a great job coordinating dates and times for the estimator, packing crew and moving crew. She even called several times during the process to check on how things were going. Three weeks prior to the move, Jason was on time and did a thorough evaluation providing us and the packers/movers with the estimation. AAction Movers moved our belongings (3,600 square foot home = 30,000 pounds) from a busy subdivision in a town in one state to another state 150 miles away to a very rural location. One week prior to the move, the owner Don drove to the rural location to research the best delivery method. We required a shuttle service to deliver our belongings to multiple buildings. The packers - Joyce, Cathy, Lee, Kevin and William were on time and did a fantastic job packing our belongings. They were courteous, professional, worked quickly in pairs and followed through with specific requests (they kept library books in order and labelled the boxes by author). They paid attention to detail and took great care in wrapping antiques, mirrors, Tiffany lamps, and china. On all loading and unloading days, the driver Zack and movers Mike, Matthew, Kevin and William were on time, professional, organized and detail-oriented. They took the time to put out carpets to protect our wood floors in our home and disassembled precious pieces of furniture to preserve their integrity. They respected the fact that we had pets in the home and made sure they were secured and out of the way. The semi was loaded in such a way that not only did all of our belongings fit, they were cushioned to prevent damage. At the rural location, our belongings were unloaded from the semi, loaded onto a shuttle and taken not only to multiple locations but multiple levels. Not once were they unprofessional as they carried heavy items up and down stairs. They made an incredibly stressful time of our lives not only doable, but comfortable. They reassembled our bed frames, mirrored dressers, etc and it was impressive how they knew exactly what part belonged to which piece of furniture. We plan to use AAction Movers again and highly recommend Zack and his crew!

This was my first time moving and because of aaction movers it was very smooth. My house was nowhere near ready to move but their packers did an amazing job box everything and labeling everything. They made sure to verify what I wanted packed and what I didnt. They did a very efficient job that was fast in terms of packing an entire apartment and very accurate. Then came the movers, they were every bit as smooth as the movers. They were very courteous and sociable and did their job well. Everything got moved very quickly and without any damage. Everything they disassembled on site they reassembled in the place I told them to no matter if it was up stairs or down. Overall my experience with AAction movers was splendid and I would recommend them to anyone.
