This is my 4th move with Minute Man Movers in 2 years, the mover was putting something in my attic and stepped through my ceiling. I contacted the office and explained what happened and Hunter asked me if his guy was ok, I told him yes and explained that I had a painter currently in my house that could fix it and Hunter told me that he didn't have a guy to fix it so I could go ahead and have my painter fix it. My painter fixed the 3 foot hole in my ceiling since Hunter said to fix it and it was 100 degrees and my air conditioning was running trying to keep the house cool. I receive a phone call from Minute Man Movers a couple of days later and the lady tells me that they will pay half of the cost for the repair and I can pay the other half myself. I explained that I wasn't responsible for her employee stepping through my ceiling and wasn't going to pay half of the repair cost. I intend to contact my attorney and file a report with the Better Business Bureau. UPDATE: MMM wrote a check to have my ceiling fixed, so they ended up paying for the repair of the ceiling. The repairs on my other home were never fixed, but they were minimal.

These guys were AWESOME! Fantastic work!!! What can I say? They were on time and greeted me with a smile. Vincent, Sulton and Willie were the epitome of professionalism when they came to move my office. I was greeted by Vincent who explained the process to me and did an inventory of the items that were to be moved and explained what needed to be done for a successful move. The gentleman were attentive to my questions and requests. They worked hard and were pleasant throughout the entire process.They were careful and did not leave a mess for me to deal with after they were gone. I felt very confident in knowing that my valuables were in good hands. I would highly recommend this company for my future moves. Shout out again to VINCENT, WILLIE and SULTON for a JOB WELL DONE!!!

Minute man movers recently moved my elderly parents from Irmo, SC to metro Atlanta. The price was extremely fair and the 3 men who moved them exemplified an excellent work ethic. They were very polite, hard working, and treated their belongings as if they were moving their own furniture. We are all very pleased with their service!!

I used Minute Man movers for a move of a business in Rock Hill, South Carolina. They did not have a ramp to adequately load a larger moving trailer, so i had to find one from another moving company. When i found one, Minute man, manager, Hunter, says that he "forgot" to return the ramp to the other moving company and "accidentally" had the 16foot ramp on the back of their moving truck for 2 weeks until I called to verify that it was returned. I was then charged by the other moving company for the ramp with no resolve from Minute Man. Wonder what else they would steal.

DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS: Minute Man must be a name derived from the average time someone lets them stay in their house. They didn't want to move my basement first, they'd rather move furniture. Fair enough.... I showed them some furniture in a storage room. The guy quickly pointed out that he doesn't move attics. I said it's a good thing that it's not an attic then. He pointed out that he doesn't move attics because he fell through one before and his boss took the damages to repair it out of his paycheck..... which I believe is illegal (but that's beside the point). He said I'd have to pull the stuff out of the storage room (not attic) before he'd move it. Although I should have booted them off of my property at this point, I figured I'd give them another chance..... I should have went with my gut. I then asked them to move the furniture in my son's room. He promptly informed me that they did not take apart baby furniture. I promptly escorted him to the door and told him and his crew to leave. I had scheduled them to move the whole house. They did not move ONE THING as they refused to move the first three rooms I showed them. What a joke of a company. I called BLUE CHIP after I kicked the minutemen guys out and BLUE CHIP was awesome. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED: DO NOT USE THESE GUYS

Our experience moving with Minute Man Movers was the best we have had, and we've had many previously, interstate moves, etc. Ask for Lanell and Willie if possible, they never slowed down, were most gracious and mannerly, helpful, personable, and seemed to be proud of their jobs, not the "just a job" attitude seen so often. Didn't have so much as a scratch on anything. Also, easy to work with Ashley in the office, everything was quite professional and (almost, lol) enjoyable.
