Poor communication. Our furniture arrived 48 hours after it was suppose to be delivered causing us to spend an additional 2 nights in a hotel. Unloaders held our belongings hostage until the driver paid them additional money. Then they didn’t want to set up the beds, televisions, etc. Again the communication was horrible and the lies were unbelievable.

Mark 1 did an amazing job for us! They were able to help us with only 2 days notice! They arrived on time, were professional, and moved us fairly seamlessly! Would definitely use them again!
