Johnson's Moving and Storage was wonderful to work with. I had to reschedule so many times due to delay in closing. They were so gracious to work with and never made me feel like I was a bother. They made the moving process go smoothly. They loaded everything up quickly and unloaded it even quicker (saved an hour and 15 min). I have majority unpacked and have not found a thing broken. The price estimate was pretty much right on. They gave me a low- high range and they came in on the low side. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with them. I would certainly use them again and would highly recommend them. Thanks !!

After dating for four years, my girlfriend and I decided to live together. Since she lived in Virginia and I in South Carolina , I convinced her to come over to my place. However, there was one hurdle to our plan; she wanted to move all her things to my place. She would hear none of my persuasion to sell her stuff since I had all we needed in my apartment. A close friend recommended Johnsons Moving And Storage. These guys are pros and they made the movement very easy. My girlfriend never stops praising this company.

Wow! I didn’t imagine that my move could be so painless and easy. Shane and Johnny were prompt, professional, and efficient! I’m pretty sure they ran (actually running) to and from the truck and there was no down time (even though I encouraged it with all the work they were doing). This company is one of the best-run moving companies in the country, and I say that as someone who has worked in the industry in the past. We were very happy with the way our queries and issues were handled by Cameron, who is their customer service person, and the way the movers did their job without any drama, delays or damage.

The way thatJohnsons Moving do things, you can tell that they are experienced and that you are in the right hands. They will start with packing stuff in boxes and labeling them. Later, the boxes will be loaded into trucks carefully to avert any damage. Those that don't fit into the boxes will be well arranged in the trucks until they fit. I can attest to this since I used them to relocate to PA mid last month. Their different operation was crucial in ensuring that nothing was lost during the relocation and that not even one of them was damaged.

We had to move at short notice and chose literally the first movers we came across. Fortunately, it was Johnson's Moving ! Everything about this company is top notch, from the customer service to their speed to their pricing. We are really grateful that they managed to slot us into their schedule at the last minute and still pull off such a great move. I am so happy to work with this company for my home moving need. Though I did not to many heavy furniture, I do have tons of books, folders and papers in boxes which is quite heavy as any furniture. Two gentlemen moved them to designed rooms in 3 floors with extreme care. Particularly. they took care the piano perfectly with strong and multi level protection. It turns out there is NO any damages on ANYTHING. I cannot be happier and thankful to the two gentlemen and the company. Will recommend them to my friends if possible.

These guys were amazingly fast and efficient. From start to finish, as in the time they pulled up in the truck at my old house to leaving the new house, it only took them 3 hours total. My final, out the door price was $385. Nothing broken or scratched. Literally no complaints or criticisms from me. You just cannot beat the value. This is the third time I've used Johnsons Moving And Storage and they never disappoint. They're the best.

Hired this company a week in advance to unload a uhaul, and even called 2 days before hand to confirm my reservation. After making the 4 hour drive to our new home the time came for our reservation and nobody showed up. 30 minutes past the reservation time I called (nobody answered) and then i was called back several minutes later and told “a lady called this morning and cancelled your reservation, was that not you?” (Or course it was not me, and that sounds like a poorly concocted excuse to not show up and do the job.) Was then told that they could not dispatch anyone to help us, but I could try calling All My Sons or call U-Haul to get help. Never received an apology, or any offer whatsoever to correct their mistake. Ended up not being able to hire anyone because it was so last minute. This was the worst customer service experience i have ever endured, and I do not recommend hiring this company unless you have a backup plan in place.

Living with my extended family, I had loads of things to move. Some of the moving companies I approached, asked me to sell some of my stuff to make it easy to move. I wouldn’t do that. Luckily, I stumbled into the website of Johnsons Moving And Storage and they said they would take up the moving challenge. I doubted them but it all took two days to move. I wouldn’t believe my eyes. Rowdy and Dylan were awesome. The apt was on the 3rd floor and they I knew they were going to have a challenge getting furniture out the 90 degree staircase. They got everything out, unloaded into the storage unit and packed into the unit so well that I didn't have to rent a second unit after all.

I have heard of stories of people who lost half of their stuff during moving. On top of moving costs, they end up spending more to replace the lost and broken stuff. When my turn of moving came, I was so afraid that I will be joining the long list of those who lose almost half of their stuff during moving. But this was never to be. My auntie, who had recently moved, recommended Johnsons Moving I was so afraid at first but I had to make a hard decision. Once everything was unpacked and arranged, nothing was lost or broken. I’ve never been happier. This company is the best there is in moving.

We had them take & store a condo full of furniture & when it was delivered 9 months later it was all missing accept for 5 pieces!!! They said because their was no formal inventory done that was all they have of our furniture! They are not responsible for & not taking responsibility for the rest of the furniture. Everything is gone! A household full of furnitue! Unbelievably! You are totally wrong, wrong, wrong! Your helpers took a truck load of furniture picture & boxes from a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo on Hilton Head Plantation after my Dad's death. You better check with your workers & find out where the rest of it is! Otherwise I will post everywhere I can about how crooked your busy is & I will continue until you find it. Your workers did not want to take inventory but we made them write it down & then they refused to sign it. So find it! Nobody should even use your service because you steal from people. When we set up the move we told your people it was a hold household full of items! That is why they brought a big truck that was full when they left!!!!!!! It is not a miss representation of your company. If it was only 5 items how come we were billed for more than 4 hrs for labor & almost $2,000 total. You guys are lairs! Find our stuff & we will retract this statement.
